5141  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC movement after today flash crash on: August 08, 2019, 04:40:35 AM
Don’t forget that we have people with different intentions, the reason why you usually see those crashes is because some people are taking their gain from the market when they see profit and if the bulls are strong enough to continue pushing it further, those ones will still have to return the profit and capital back out of fomo and this usually result to a very sudden jump in the price of bitcoin.

You thought that the value will just continue to increase without a corresponding reversal, it has never happened, you might even still get more correction than this, but when the main bull run starts, there is usually very little presence of correction, so if you know how to trade in short term now, you better do that, otherwise, you just have to keep waiting for bitcoin bull run for that long increase that you are waiting for.
5142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Symbol For The Satoshi on: August 08, 2019, 03:08:28 AM
I would like to mention that 1 Satoshi is now worth more than 7 national world's currencies.
The rate at which bitcoin is growing, I am sure that in the next 10 years, the number of currencies that 1 satoshi would have over taken will be much, the moment bitcoin supply goes near zero, the price of bitcoin would be so high that many people would turn to satoshi then , and I am also sure that by that time, 1 satoshi may be equals to 1 united states  dollar, and this may really bring about the end for the American dollar.

By the time bit coin stabilizes on I usd dollars to 1 satoshi for life, many country’s would prefer to hold it than holding the United states dollar, and also rely on using it for more of their operations oversees than changing their money to the united states dollar. Anyway, I am eagerly waiting for that period also that I can boast of having so many satoshis.
5143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Croatian post office now offer crypto exchange on: August 08, 2019, 02:30:30 AM
This is good news for all traders. And good news for the crypto currency world. Because, everyone wants. crypto currency should be declared by all governments. So everyone can manage and use it beautifully.
It is going to surely get to that stage but will be a gradual process, I have not heard of Croatian compliance to cryptocurrency before, but now we have seen it, this is the same way that other countries that has not been heard of will also start joining gradually, and like you said, these ones are already setting space down for some other countries now.

I think right now, I am aware of about 6 countries that are fully in use and support of cryptocurrency, which is beginning to make it difficult of any country to make any suggestion as regards the general ban of cryptocurrency, which will make them to start looking into also adopting it, just like china is beginning to consider, although they are only considering if they can develop their own cryptocurrency also.
5144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should we do ? on: August 08, 2019, 01:33:19 AM
One thing that you have to know is that cryptocurrency has come to stay, and if I were you, I would just ignore that and hold on to your bitcoin, there are many areas where you would need to use bitcoin, there might not be local exchanges that would change it to your country’s currency right now.

If you ignore this  and keep accumulating the bitcoin and it worth so much money in future, is it not for you to travel first to another country that uses dollars where you can get a local exchange to change your bitcoin to solar, and then look for an establishment in that country to invest your money to that would give you very legal reason when you start taking the money back to your country gradually to become one of the riches there lol.

Don’t sell, but just play very safe, this rule will only affect you changing your bitcoin through local exchanges.
5145  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcasino.io Scam on: August 07, 2019, 05:13:24 PM
Well, the replies above were right. Strong evidence is need when you are accusing a gambling site. Transactions, or screenshot as long as the uneditable photo you have shown. Because in the gambling industry there are so many gambling sites competitor, perhaps you are trying to destroy their image. Well, I have been searching for a while in google I saw that there's scam accusation alleging in that gambling site. Indeed, you need to show a shred of strong evidence.
I suggest you ignore the scam accusation you see on Google search, there will always be a scam accusation against every site no matter how reputable it maybe and some are mere accusations to reduce the traffic on this site and this can be the work of the oppositions just like you said. So not all accusation are for real.

I think this site in question have not really been in the news for dubious activities, I have done some deals with them both as player on the site and also on campaigns and to an extent they have been fair, so this could only be a mix up. And how on earth can one even lay such grievous accusation without evidence?? Was it right for people to ask for it first? This ought to have come first to me. But whatever it is, I am sure  it will definitely be resolved soon because I trust the site.
5146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 07, 2019, 03:57:44 PM
I don't understand why people think of Iggy that highly even after last season. Dude didn't manage to slow down any of the players he faced against and Kawhi cooked him easily, dude is basically a bench player that can't get decent minutes anymore. That Curry-Klay-Iggy-Durant-Dray lineup wasn't as effective as it used to be and any effect it had came from playing those 4 amazing players together.

I am not saying Iggy is worse than Melo and not saying he is better neither but from individual stand point without putting Melo into this topic I can clearly say that Iggy is well beyond his time to make any difference in Lakers. Melo would be team chemistry dude that Lebron loves to hang out maybe, that could be the only positive for him and I think his playing would be limited but Iggy doesn't even have that.
5147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening to STO projects? on: August 06, 2019, 06:11:39 PM
Many people assume that the STO project cannot develop properly, I only see if this is possible due to the lack of development and hard work from the team and this is why many people become pessimistic about STO. I think maybe this is a natural thing if now STO is defined as an unsuccessful project
It’s development is not attributed to the activeness of the team at all, I think that people does not generally just like STO projects because it does not look interesting to them, do you know that the way ICO do carryout campaign is also the same way that Bitbond did too, and virtually on everyone’s wall, you could see Bitbond, but even at that,. Nothing could still be shown about its development.

I have always known that anything that government is involved is always very slow in developing; the reason why you see ICO and IEO always growing is because they are both acting independently. If not for the scam that is in ICO, ICO to me is still the best form of crowd funding program that I have ever seen, and I just wish that something could be done to eliminate scam to zero level in ICO.
5148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 06, 2019, 03:30:09 PM
Indeed, people will always go with high rewards with lesser investments that is why many will choose lottery instead of anything else. Feeling lucky and greediness are the factors that made people want lottery because aside from low investment, it doesn’t really need so much effort or you don’t have to think of a strategy, you can just select random numbers and just wait for your luck.
The money for lotteries can easily be afforded and don’t forget that there are a very high number of those who want to make money from gambling but do not have the required skills. So, most of the times they also see lottery as gambling and the fact its cheap and very affordable would make them give it a trial.

This for me is waste of money, sometimes this little money when calculated becomes big and yet not signal of being a winner. I had one friend that has bought ticket for over 200 times and the day he realized he has been wasting money was when he stopped. He could have actually predicted a sport game with same money and stand a good chance of winning. He decided to start betting properly and hes been doing amazingly well with normal bets than the usual deceptive lottery ticket stuff.
5149  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: August 06, 2019, 10:45:03 AM
Unfortunately, the US government do not see it that way, they have their own perception and judgement based on their constitution and framework and they see Facebook's Libra coin as a big threat to the banking industry and the strength of the dollar, they do not want interruption and they do not want a new financial power coming in to challenge them.
But are they not allowing Libra to be launch? I think they haven't said something like that and they also didn't say about that threat.
AFAIK, all they mentioned is just in relation to regulation and they want Libra to complied with the strict regulation so they can monitor this project properly and that's their job, imagine the risk if they can't monitor it, Libra might attract billions of users world wide and illegal activities could be rampant without a strict policies impose on them.
Well, I have seen some news around about G7 discussion disapproving the use of Libra and seeing it as a global threat and this may be the reason why Facebook too announced that they might not succeed in launching the project too, if the source of news where I read it was true because I don’t rely on Facebook official statement again, it has been long that people started talking about Facebook Libra coin which I never believe because Facebook did not make any official statement, only for me to see their statement about it at the dying time.

So, I believe there is still element of truth in this and Facebook might have been advised to halt the project and I would not be surprised if we don’t hear anything about the project again.
5150  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the current tax status of crypto-currency in the USA? on: August 06, 2019, 08:45:14 AM
The IRS is like a real estate agent.  They find where deals are going down and then jump out in front of it and say they want a piece of the pie too.

The IRS is a private company.  All those bozos can do is send letters.  The IRS can never show up to your house.  They can just send letters.

I'd like to see Bitcoiners take a new and bolder stance on this tax topic.  I think the IRS is going to be completely outnumbered when it comes to taxing Bitcoin. There very well could be a revolution brewing with a global currency and the light bulbs will eventually all turn on for the masses.  I think The People will decide that Bitcoin is non-taxable, not the IRS.
Of course, they would surely be outnumbered, and how can they even tax what is yet to be regulated, except maybe they just want to have a fixed tax for companies running blockchain technology system. The physical tax collectors in my country even lacks the capacity to control the ones they can physically manage, talk less of managing a digital tax. In my country, not every company pays tax, they only go after the companies that they know about.

Maybe as a result of hype or so. Most of the companies that even operate solely online in my country including my own company has never been once bothered for tax, so it think cryptocurrency would really make the job very hard for them now if people start using it and that is why they may introduce fix tax.
5151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which bounty campaign to participate in? on: August 06, 2019, 03:46:50 AM
As there are 5 to 10 new campaigns coming up every day, same way we have 5 to 10 projects that are also exiting the industry every day, either as a result of collapse, lack of meeting their cap or scam. So it become necessary to really take note of what we must use to know that its project will be successful before promoting them is to basically look at their paper plan, and see what they are promoting.

From our own point of view, we must first be convinced that the project will be accepted and used, if you are not convinced, then  don’t invest because if a coin will not be useful in future, it will only be a pump and dump coin, secondly you have to study about the team, check their history and see if they are not lazy team that will abandon the project along the line.
5152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Walmart Digital Coin Succeed Facebook Libra? on: August 06, 2019, 03:12:23 AM
Simple answer is, they cannot, they won’t even get the chance to live not to talk of competing with a project that will not be established too, look at what Libra coin is already facing in the hands of the government, they are already have lots of government strongholds that will not allow the project to work because it seems to jeopardize the work of the government more, but if Facebook and Libra coin create theiron coin, who would make the project to succeed.

Is it same people that already have investment in other cryptocurrency; is it some citizens that would prefer to go by their country’s cryptocurrency too? If they like, they create heaven and earth all over again, there is no way it can succeed, what I actually expected these people to do was to support Bitcoin and integrate it into their own already existing system.
5153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Maximum bet amount on single bet! on: August 05, 2019, 03:58:02 PM
I never tried to gamble with lot of money because I have lot of hobbies for that I need to spend more money than for the gambling that I could but I played most of the time with random but amount no matter of how much I am I'm having on that gambling account.

Luckily I didn't go bankrup but didn't mafe any considerable amount as rewards as well just neutral life.
I believe only those who do not have what to do with money spend so much on gambling. We are alike, I only gamble when I have spare money and the highest amount I may have spent in gambling is less than 0.02 Btcs. Gambling never favors me and the few times I played were an absolute waste of money. Maybe those regular players who play with so much money has a special method for playing because gambling to me is a game that exploits players, no one ever wins

Also you cannot go bankrupt when you are wise with money, those who go bankrupt are those undisciplined, addicted players that have tied their hope of making it in life to gambling alone.
5154  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice on how best to protect your capital on: August 05, 2019, 03:22:26 PM
It is true that you should be responsible with your money but these scammers are so smart, they are used to what they are doing which is fooling people out of their money. Not all projects are a scam since there is a lot of them getting profits, but that is shortlived. I think what ruined the ICOs are the hunters that immediately selling of their payment in a lower price resulting into more hunters selling it to more lower prices for their coins to be bought faster than the others.
As a smart investor, I also believe that we should have passed the stage where we should be fooled by any scammer, the only thing that can be justified is if they hacked into our account to steal our fund, but not that we were fooled into leaving the money to them at this age where it is so simple to spot put dirty and useless projects.

I know it is not easy to do research and laziness to do so is what has been destroying a lot of people and making them fall for these bad projects, and one of the best way to still protect our investment is just to stay in a reliable project and in a reliable exchange, once we have these two, then I am certain that whatever investment that we put into the market will be a very safe one that we can make use of at any time.
5155  Economy / Economics / Re: How many months left until recession? on: August 05, 2019, 02:02:21 PM
I found this picture on reddit. Now it is clear to me why Trump wanted interest rate to decline more. He will have slim chances for re election if recession hit already this year. Sadly recession this or next year will not help Bitcoin at all. We might even see new bottom.

[im g]https://i.redd.it/6nibh2pkz3e31.png[/img]
What kind of recession are you expecting to happen, you think countries will still watch till they plunge into recession, when we talk of recession now, we don’t have to generalize it again, there can never be generally recession, it has been how many years now that people has been talking about recession, and yet we are not seeing any, is that not supposed to send signal already that many countries are already doing everything possible to avoid recession.

If they can guard against recession, then we should not expect any recession to happen. In my country, we already have our own recession silently which not many people knew about it and we are over already, so as some countries have had theirs at low key, so which recession are you then expecting that would make the world?
5156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good news! Bitcoin Price Breaks $10K Barrier on: August 04, 2019, 08:57:31 AM
Wow, popular cryptocurrency bitcoin price breaks $10k barrier after having a fourth bullish day in a row.

Will bitcoin price increase in the upcoming days?
It could be possible for it to continue to break more barriers if the bulls are strong enough to continue pushing it and it may also be quite difficult because of the strong presence of bears we have. I have just stopped speculating the price of bitcoin for now, because there are so many unseen factors that are really controlling the price of bitcoin which makes it quite difficult for us to really know exactly what direction bitcoin will be taking at any point in time.

Right now, the only thing I just keep my mine in is the long term benefit of bitcoin, that is why I am not holding bitcoin as short term trade, but for future investment, I know that in the next three years, bitcoin value will be so far greater than the current value it is holding right now, so better I just hold till I am satisfied of the profit.
5157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17,800,000 BTC already mined on: August 04, 2019, 07:34:24 AM
Anyone noticed that we have breached 17,800,000 BTC already? Which means that 85% of all BTC have been mined. And in the next 10+ years we can all assumed that 'almost' all bitcoin is mined already. Have you accumulated at least 1 BTC in your wallet?

Current bitcoin mined:  17,851,062 BTC
That is really a food for thought for everyone really including me, I believe that by now, averagely, everyone should already have at least 1 BTC in their wallet, I am not talking about new investors who are still new to bitcoin or the richer ones though, because those ones accumulate bitcoin like they buy popcorn on the road. Bitcoin Is really close to closing the gap of the total supply of bitcoin.

In 10 years bitcoin has already mined almost 70 percent of the total supply of bitcoin, which means there is possibility of these supply getting exhausted in another 10 year’s time, so I am wondering where some people are getting the arithmetic of 2140 from, which is about 95 years from now. I know that bitcoin will start getting quite high gradually, but that would still not stop people from buying it no matter how expensive it is.
5158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do Casinos make money? on: August 03, 2019, 02:05:56 PM
Casinos are the only business who don't care about you, because they keep encouraging you to play more despite that you lose big money already and for sure every casinos know that thing. There are so many ways for them to earn, but of course its already on their system and luck can only your chance to earn money as well. Its a win win situation for every casinos, that's why many investors are trusting this kind of business.
I beg to disagree, they are not the only business that does not care but they are the only business that customers fall more to their tricks. Every business man is concerned about himself and the growth of his business and would do everything possible to make clients come for purchase but at the end of the day, it’s always the choice of the clients but this is not the same with gambling.

I really do not understand how gambling sites do it that despite how much lost by the players, they keep on playing and let’s be honest, casino operators do not encourage players to proceed with games when loosing excessively, it’s just the gamblers that choose to continue because of the fun in the games.

There are so many ways they make money aside what is lost by players, they make money from promotions and partnerships. It’s a good business
5159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale revisited on: August 03, 2019, 12:21:56 PM
If you are into gambling to make money, then I suggest you start thinking of an alternative source of money making because gambling is definitely not one of those. Gone are those days. The gambling I used to know, people made money, maybe because there were no strategies like we use today. These days even with the strategies, it’s so difficult to beat the house edge. I feel the site operators are aware of the efforts of gamblers to going through the back doors, so they made it a little bit more difficult.
Right now, the only way to enjoy gambling is to play for fun and top thinking of making money, let the profit that comes from playing for fun be appreciated and maximized for better games.
Totally unacceptable bro, I think this strategy never worked, so it didn’t start  today and I will like to like to correct the idea of playing for fun, I think you can't impose your opinion on other players. Someone like me for instance, I am so determined to make money from gambling and I believe and understand that this is what this game is designed for, the only thing I can then do for myself is to play with care and also watch how I play my games but advising that players accept to only play for fun is what I call am impossible mission.

Not winning games has got nothing to do with the site owners, it is just not doing the right thing. Martingale strategy might not be working but there are definitely others that works, so the idea should be players, going to the extreme to dig out what strategy works for their games.
5160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here have some strategy to gain money, but with low profits daily? on: August 02, 2019, 04:59:58 PM

That's very stupid idea. Gamble shouldn't do for long, get out asap when you are in profit and forget about it.
Your grammar is ridiculous lol.

I know that not everyone would like it because it's a different approach to gambling. It's not for entertainment purposes but possible profiting. It's just a suggestion, and the topic is about low profit daily. How would you even achieve that without some strategy? Let's see you do it.
I think we should learn not to ridicule others and also  to understand that we are from different countries and there is every tendency of some people using translators but the most important thing is for the message to be passed across and well understood and I believe I can comprehend clearly what the upper poster tried explaining . We are here to correct and learn from each other and not to discriminate.

That being said,  concerning your question, I get it correctly, I will say that winning or making profit is not only tied to strategies but rather skills, there are so many skilled players that never depend on strategies but keep winning on daily basis, the important thing is to understand your game, though strategies are also very important.
