5141  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Deposit money to a Turkish Bank acc, is it possible ? on: October 16, 2018, 03:00:44 PM
I know that most of exchanges don't support Turkey, probably because you don't have SEPA and that's why I found you local ones that deal with your local currency which I believe is much more suitable.
5142  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Altex exchange ROBBERY on: October 16, 2018, 10:30:17 AM
It's not suggested to keep coins in exchanges for this particular reason, you don't have control over your funds, they do.

They haven't tweeted anything for months now and by looking at the site, It's showing IIS default page so they probably wiped everything.

To start with, BTCPayServer is written using C# but I don't think it would be a problem because you don't necessarily need programming knowledge to use it.

As for the costs, I couldn't tell you for sure but If you want to run a full node and connect it with your BTCPayServer, then you should see how much a full node would consume (blockchain size, bandwidth etc.) and buy hosting based on that. Or, you could simply deploy it to Azure using the button in the GitHub repository, Azure will give you 30 days trial with free credit, and monitor how much you're consuming and see.

Alternatively, you could use third-party hosting services but clearly, being your own payment processor and running everything yourself is much better, how profitable is it will depend on the amounts you're expecting to receive.

If you're open for suggestions and you didn't find a buyer, I highly recommend buying skins and selling them for BTC/ETH in BitSkins.

Hi. I don't know if is ok to post here, but i need some info. Is possible in future to add paysafecard as accepted payment and get bitcoin back, for most countries? And if not, someone know this kind of service? And if there are legit services and how much is fee?
I will not want to use some service with higher fee and not have a loss on my trades.

It's possible to use Virwox, It's a very reputable service and you won't have to verify your account but the fees are high. Or you could use Paxful and trade with individuals, but there is more risk here. And next time, try to make another thread instead of using somebody else's.

If you want some accurate estimation for the recommended fees, check this out: https://coinb.in/#fees

The mempool looks fine so It might take some hours but it will eventually get confirmed. I submitted your TXID to some services I had bookmarked but not sure If they're still working, hope it helps.

Just to give an update about our last transaction (and a free bump). Managed to get the funds withdrawn to a bank account so I guess that "funds availability" was nothing to be worried about, thanks for the smooth transaction.

pooya87 is correct. If you're serious about your project and you are going to receive a considerable amount of payments so downtimes are not an option, maybe going with a payment processor is a much better option. I believe you have decent knowledge when it comes to coding, so maybe running BTCPayServer is also something you might want to look at: https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver
5149  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is bitify.com down ? on: October 15, 2018, 08:07:27 AM
It's back to work apparently, the weird thing is that they haven't stated anything on their Twitter. If you're interested in such a platform, I suggest going with OpenBazaar. It's way better and decentralized.
5150  Economy / Exchanges / Re: b-ex.io is a scam exchange on: October 14, 2018, 02:56:53 PM
I've seen a few scam accusations before as well but that doesn't necessarily means It's a scam. It's possible that they are simply unprofessional and I think anyone could tell just by checking their website and how there are social media buttons that leads nowhere.

As an advice, I suggest using another exchange from now on and avoid XCN and any other coins that are not listed in major exchanges, they're usually a scam or at least not serious enough about their projects.
5151  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Service to withdraw bitcoin in EUR to bank account with low fees on: October 14, 2018, 01:33:19 PM
Which exchange are you using? Try Coinbase, BitPanda or Bitonic.

You also shouldn't treat an exchange as a wallet. Your funds are never secure in online platforms. I suggest trading and then withdraw to a personal wallet (e.g Electrum).
5152  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Denmark on: October 14, 2018, 01:22:17 PM
Actually, since you're selling Bitcoins, you really only need to use localbitcoins, and choose SEPA as the method, then you don't need anybody to be located in Denmark.

I also personally use BitPanda - they have 0 KYC requirement for the most basic level, which lets you use SEPA as a withdrawal (for 0 fees too, which is great). As far as I recall, this doesn't require you to prove you are the owner of the account, but then you'd have to sign up as the account owner. I suspect, like Bittonic and even LBC though, 3rd party txs aren't allowed. In fact I never trade with 3rd party accounts on LBC.

Why not just sell the BTC for cash into your own account and then transfer to their bank account? Or a gift card? Probably lose a bit more as fees but you'll sleep better at night having done things by the book =)

What are the monthly/weekly limits for BitPanda for a verified account with a phone number only? I'm also not from a European country so I can't really do what you suggested.

For now, it seems like Bitonic is a good option, I appreciate the help everyone!

5153  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin virtual CC on: October 14, 2018, 12:45:32 PM
Most of the major services stopped giving virtual cards. I suggest checking UQUID and Cryptopay.me, both their sites show info regarding the virtual cards but It's possible that they're outdated. Alternatively, you could check this list.

5155  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: btc-freelancer.com Online freelancing platform with own escrow service on: October 13, 2018, 05:37:06 PM
If you are serious about your project, I suggest recruiting developers to work on the website. Most of the links in the header and footer and not leading anywhere.

The 'post a project' button is also redirecting to the login page where there is some coding error:

Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Hm::area() in /home/cryptob1/public_html/btc-freelancer.com/application/controllers/Account.php on line 148
A PHP Error was encountered

5156  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Blockexplorer.com have error on: October 13, 2018, 02:57:07 PM
Im using api.

and also, if I check for a txhash manually in blockexplorer.com, its also not appear.

is blocktrail more faster? what about blockchain.info is it practical?

I can check TXHashes manually in the mainnet just fine. As for blocktrail, I can't tell you much about the speed but I know they have better limits and It's always up and they accept requests unlike Blockchain.info where people have to wait for ages to get an API key.
5157  Economy / Lending / Re: lend btc to every one have valid collateral on: October 13, 2018, 09:52:19 AM
It almost feels like you're trying to beg us to take a loan from you as long as we have a valid collateral, not to mention that you are insisting that the posted address is yours (which I wouldn't believe it is unless you post a signed message).
5158  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Blockexplorer.com have error on: October 13, 2018, 08:23:44 AM
You're simply loading the page and reading data from it? because If you're using their API, I suggest Blocktrail's one over any other service.
5159  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Deposit money to a Turkish Bank acc, is it possible ? on: October 13, 2018, 07:37:22 AM
I managed to find these two exchanges[1][2]. Both allow buying and selling using your bank account and from a quick search, it looks like they are both reputable but you may want to ask more about them.

Alternatively, you could trade with Turkish people through LocalBitcoins or link your Bank account to Skrill and exchange your BTC to Skrill so you can withdraw.

5160  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Listing at Binance for free? Yup! on: October 13, 2018, 06:25:26 AM
There is no doubt that the decision they made a few days ago about giving 100% of listing fees to charity is good but I honestly hope projects continue to pay for listings because otherwise, we'll just have random coins everywhere and as reputable as Binance is, people will probably be buying whatever gets listed without even knowing what that coin is used for.
