5141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: if you have $50k fiat ,will you invest in btc or put it in bank? on: January 05, 2020, 05:41:49 PM
Just what the title says if you have $50k fiat ,will you put on btc or in bank ,which of them will give you bigger profit after 10 years? Your money will gain interest when you put in a bank, your already sure the amount will increase, or put it on btc and leave it for 10 years. Which is better?
$50k is a lot of money and for me especially, it can change my life for good. If I were to use it wisely, I would use a portion of it in various investments.
I will invest more of it in bitcoin and put the rest in bank for safer side. Both bitcoin and bank has it's own pros and cons over one another.
I personally don't like the concept of banks and hence will invest a major chunk in bitcoin while keeping the rest in stupid bank.
5142  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying online with crypto? Its worthed? on: January 05, 2020, 05:37:22 PM
Why would it not be worth to use crypto for payments online ?
It's just like any other payment method. It depends on the merchants whether they provide any offers for crypto as a payment method or not.
There are some merchants who do provide various offers for crypto. So I guess the answer would be yes, it is worth using crypto.
Besides that, it saves so much time since there is no hassle in this payment method.
5143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin never reaches a new ATH? on: January 05, 2020, 05:31:49 PM
Bitcoin's price can never really be stable. It has been fluctuating all the while since it's birth. Bitcoin has crossed it's ATH many times in the history and so I can assure you that it will surely cross it's ATH some day.
Nobody knows how long would it take for the next ATH to occur but possibility of that happening is extremely large.
The last bitcoin will be mined in the year 2140 and so we have so many years ahead of us for the ATH to occur.
There are even chances that we may not see the ATH again but our next generations might. So let's just hope that the ATH occur before rest in peace  Grin
5144  Economy / Speculation / Re: Using Deep Learning For Predicting Price. [NEED HELP] on: January 05, 2020, 05:18:22 PM
While the historic data is used by many traders to predict crypto prices, there are also some other data that is used by traders which help in making predictions.
Many people use google search data to make predictions based on it and gain profits.

Quote
My question may sound stupid, but what news, posts, tweets, reports mostly affect at BTC price? Because the problem right now in training data and in weight for news.
Posts/Tweets from Celebrities and big players/Entrepreneurs also make an impact on crypto prices many times.
5145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do traders spend crypto when they can? on: January 05, 2020, 05:06:26 PM
You just said what I always think. The whole point of bitcoin being created was to use it as a payment method without any middle man.
While bitcoin is used in many places these days, most people hold bitcoin as an investment rather than using it as a currency.
I always tend to use bitcoin as a currency and find ways to use it in different places. I don't hold much of it right now and so I did not use bitcoin for quite a while now.
5146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: US- Iran Tensions boost Bitcoin price to $24,000 on: January 05, 2020, 04:58:42 PM
Global events does have an effect on such assets and we can also see a slight increase in bitcoin's price in the global market but that doesn't mean that the global value will increase to $24000.
Bitcoin's price has indeed increased to $24000 but that's just on the local exchange and not the global one. If we look at Venezuela's case, the bitcoin's price was increased more than global exchange on the local exchange but then the global market price remained dormant. Let's see how much of a difference will the Iran airstrike event make on the global bitcoin price.
5147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Big invest in bitcoin on: January 04, 2020, 05:24:48 AM
If you are up to investing big in something then you should do your own research and understand what you are going to invest into.
Asking others for something like this would be foolishness. Nobody can guarantee whats gonna happen in future so why to take the risk of relying on other's opinions. Do your own research and be sure about your investment so that you don't regret later.
5148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gifting satoshis to future generations on: January 04, 2020, 05:20:45 AM
If its just about gifting bitcoin then why should it be limited to new born babies. We can gift bitcoins to our friends and relatives as well. We can even gift it to ourself. I am 24 and I can certainly gift myseld some bitcoins to be used at the age of 40. Matter fact, am gonna do that for sure.
I was actually saving some BTC to be used in future, so why not turning it into a gift for myself  Grin .
5149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Profitability of Trading Bots on: January 02, 2020, 05:26:17 PM
I don't think anybody would consistently gain profits just by using a trading bot. It needs some effort too to get regular profits.
I think trading bots need regular tinkering in the way it works. Bots are meant to work in the same way until their algorithm is changed.
The trend keeps changing from time to time and so it becomes a necessity to adjust the algorithm to earn better profits.
5150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER EVER deal Bitcoins with PAYPAL (F&F too!) on: January 02, 2020, 05:04:09 PM
Shit like this happens bro. I am sorry to hear this but you will have to move on learning from your mistakes.
It's good that you are trying to get your money back and I wish you really do but the chances are too slim.
Paypal should never be used to make crypto payments because we can reverse the transaction in Paypal which is why it is suggested not to use Paypal.
You should have done your research well before making such a transaction.
5151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the general issues/problems do traders or investors usually face during on: January 02, 2020, 04:58:53 PM
The most common problem beginner investors face when investing in cryptocurrencies is the lack of trust in the particular coin.
Most of them are unsure of their investments and just invest in any coin to get higher returns which often results in losses.
Finding a good exchange to start trading with is another problem that investors face in the beginning days.
5152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would it be realistic for the world to run on cryptocurrencies? on: January 01, 2020, 05:39:39 PM
If we talk about the future then I would definitely say yes. There are definitely a good number of chances that the cryptocurrencies will be used as a mainstream method of payments.
I am not saying that bitcoin will be used globally but there will surely be cryptocurrencies used around the world for day to day transactions. Governments will soon realize the potential and convenience of cryptocurrencies and will probably soon adopt it. Technology is advancing every decade and so are the people. I am quite sure that within the next 1 or 2 decades, most of the people will be educated enough to use a computer/phone and complete a successful crypto transaction. So according to me, the future is very bright for cryptocurrencies.
5153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the lowest transaction fee bitcoin wallet? on: January 01, 2020, 01:59:53 PM
Transaction fees is something which you need to send an amount to a receiver. It should be an optimum price depending on the size of the transaction.
You can get any wallet which will show you the optimum transaction fees for bitcoin. If you want to set a custom fees then there are some wallets which have the ability to set the custom fees for the transaction.
Wallets such as Mycelium, Electrum etc.. have the ability to set custom fees.
5154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin experience in 2019 on: January 01, 2020, 01:38:03 PM
I really wanted bitcoin to be used as a currency rather than an asset but things don't go our way every time. I don't bother about the price fluctuations since I just try to accumulate as much BTC as I can while I spend the rest for daily living. It has been a really good journey all this while and I am really happy to get involved with bitcoin since it provided me an opportunity to work part time and earn income.
Bitcoin has really improved my life a lot. I wish bitcoin becomes a global currency one day and if it doesn't then it will at least pave way for better currencies to change the traditional financial system.
5155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2009 - 2019 Bitcoins First Decade Closes With . . . on: January 01, 2020, 01:28:55 PM
It is indeed quite amazing to see bitcoin's rally despite all the negative events happened with bitcoin. Although bitcoin spiked up to an extraordinary gain in price, it did fall back and I believe it had to since an asset should not be going in one direction for a long time. The longer it goes in one direction, the strong will be the reversal in it's price. Despite the hard fall in price, bitcoin still is standing strong at $7k price level.
If we ignore the negative events and just look at how much growth bitcoin has had in the past decade then we can observe that how well it has grown as compared to any other asset.
I can't wait to find out how well bitcoin does in the next decade.
5156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time for YouTube to vanish ... on: December 29, 2019, 01:37:03 PM
I would say that it's not Youtube but it's Google as a whole which is targeting crypto related things on various platforms.
First it blocked all Crypto related videos on youtube and then it deleted ETH wallet and Metamask on playstore.
God knows what Google is planning on to do next.
5157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: it's so hard trading my day now! on: December 29, 2019, 01:24:23 PM
If you are trading on a daily basis then you must be knowing that not everyday can be a lucky day.
Some times you lose and some times you win. You must be prepared for the both.
If you are continuously losing then try changing the strategy and keep changing until the one works for you.
Keep your stop losses low until you find the right strategy.
5158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Exactly Does Crypto Arbitrage Trading Work? (guide) on: December 29, 2019, 01:11:56 PM
According to me, arbitraging is a thing of the past now. These days traders have become more aware now and so there are rarely any opportunities left for arbitraging.
Even if a lucky trader finds a place to arbitrage, then the duration of arbitraging would be really short and hence most traders don't get in at the right time.
It's good to know how arbitraging works but it's kind of becoming an old thing now.
5159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Traders here on: December 29, 2019, 01:05:36 PM
Let me give you some tips to post trading tips

1. Always make a direct post rather than posting a link to the article. You can attach the link as a reference though.
2. Many people post basic tips. If you want to contribute something then post something valuable.
3. Always mention the target audience. Eg: Crypto traders, Stock traders or Forex traders
5160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance not accept my citizenship, Alternative? on: December 29, 2019, 12:44:35 PM
Binance, OKB, Bitterex, not accept my citizenship, whats best alternative?
Most of the time I tarde BNB, BTC.
I want to trade 190K$.
Safety is number 1 Priority for me.
Low fee is number 2 Priority.

Guys my Citizenship is fkng Iran, I asked Binance support and guess what? They said not only they dont accept my KYC also they told me to leave Binance forever and they told me Im not allowed to use Binance even for small amount btc.
May be Binance doesn't accept Citizens from Iran. Did you mention them that you want to trade $190K. If yes, then may be they are thinking that you are some kind of a scammer.
You can try contacting binance support again and ask them about the KYC.
May be the person who addressed you earlier must be a douchebag  Grin - happens most of the time.
