5161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BEWARE - trade.eokex.co/ is a SCAM Exchange - Stole users' KYC Details on: August 05, 2019, 03:23:05 AM
Kindly let spread the word of eokex exchange. They are scamming people. Sent 0.03eth to 0xa0390dB03F423dEC25155F8D022590d08284257E

The email is bounce back and there is no way to reach them. Below is from undelivered email I sent to the to unlock EOK:
Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to claim@eokex.co. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
Sorry about what happened to you my friend. Indeed, they are scammers and should never be trusted with any coins/tokens. If they couldn't even reward people an airdrop after taking their KYC details then chances are they will take your money without thinking twice.

Am gonna include you reply in the OP to act as a caution to those planning to send in their digital assets.
5162  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Litebeam - SCAM - FAKE TEAM - Stealing people's identity on: August 04, 2019, 08:06:40 AM
Thanks for creating this thread.  These scammers have since re-branded as Litecash / lite.cash
Can you please update the this thread's subject to reflect that,  so people can be made aware?

Thank you.

ICOEthics has been offline for a while now. Please proved the new links like ANNs and their social media channels and i will help create a new thread with all the required info when i get time.
5163  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CCUNIVERSE IS SCAM - FAKE TEAM, PLAGIARIZED WHITEPAPER on: August 04, 2019, 03:44:02 AM
I am still surprised why these scammers are not looked into that much. The evidence is clear that their WP was initially plagiarized, team was fake, and they went ahead to create a new account, ANN thread and Bounty thread without resolving this issue. Typical scammer tactic.

I decided to tag and create type 1 flags for both accounts to avoid people from becoming victims

Support is needed:

- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=578

Also OP should change the title of the topic to "CCUNIVERSE IS SCAM - FAKE TEAM, PLAGIARIZED WHITEPAPER"
5164  Economy / Services / Re: Windice.io Signature Campaign(1 open slot) on: August 03, 2019, 04:54:29 PM
Just curious because I saw lot of of members who got red tagged already. I don't have anything to hide as I don't cheat.
You don't have to answer if it's confidential,  Grin
Hahaha its better nobody knows how except CM. Let the cheaters get busted without seeing it coming. Some bring just can't help it being greedy all the time.
5165  Other / Meta / Re: Account Locked on: August 03, 2019, 04:48:49 PM
I think that good idea is to have your BTC address staked on forum,
in case something like this happen, you can always have this as a proof

Yeah, it's good to have one staked. It makes the whole process of proof of account ownership much easier but in case OP didn't stake any address, he should not lose hope. He should just send an account recovery request using the original email used to register the account stating  reasons on how he lost access to his account. He could still be helped.
5166  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coin365bet Bitcoin Casino / Sportsbook , Live Dealer & Slot / Trusted Company on: August 03, 2019, 05:36:40 AM
What do you mean by scam?
Try reading the scam accusation. It has all the details.
So when did you start sponsoring Newcastle United? Mind feeling us in?
5167  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Forum is Numero Uno 👑 on: August 02, 2019, 11:51:55 PM
Also remember when it comes to the number of users. Bitcointalk allows people to have alts which am not sure those other forums allow. But in general bitcointalk is miles ahead. In terms of organization, scam and spam bursting etc. Those other forums are not even close.

I tried checking out a couple of them sometime back as a guest but i realized that in bitcointalk it's much easier to discuss a topic in the shortest time possible especially for someone who need help. You don't have to wait for days or weeks to get the first response.
5168  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Bitcoin.comwallet app deposit pending Error on: August 02, 2019, 11:39:07 PM
Bitcoin.com wallet?

Please be advised that the people behind Bitcoin.com are shady as hell and you should even never use their wallet. They claim that Bitcoin Cash is the real bitcoin and BTCitcoin is just another altcoin. They will confuse you in every way possible.

My advice to you is once your transaction is confirmed and you have received your BTC in your address. Import your private keys to a much better wallet like Electrum (they have mobile apps too) and delete the Bitcoin.com wallet.

Be very sure that you are downloading the right wallet as their many fake apps out there that could steal your funds.

Can you deposit to a wallet that wasn’t backed up ? That’s the only thing I can think of as it was a new wallet I was depsoting to
Yes you can without any problem.
The issues arise if you lose your phone or if you delete the wallet. You will lose all the funds in it as there can be no other way of restoring your address apart from using the backup phrase or private key or backup file.
5169  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Just Broke $10k on: August 02, 2019, 11:32:50 PM
Wow, a green Friday.. Looks like we might be in  for a good weekend and week.
Bolligerbands looking good on a 1-hour chart and RSI also not showing an over bought scenario yet after yesterday's pull back. Should be good to make some small profits while riding the small waves.
The 6 days or so have been so painful for day traders with barely any serious movements after the large drop.

5170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 02, 2019, 11:14:42 PM
Finally official too ...
Arsenal officially bring Nicolas Pepe from Lille. Arsenal reportedly spent €80 million to bring Pepe. And make Pepe as Arsenal's most expensive player in history. suddenly Arsenal bought an expensive player, even though the funds released by Arsenal officials were fairly minimal. Hopefully this purchase is not in vain for next season.

Source
I have seen highlights from some matches he has played. He is the kind of winger arsenal need so bad. If Arsenal had been serious and bought Zaha too. It would be a killer team forward wise IMO.
I still kind of feel Aubameyang is always misplaced in the left wing and must play forward to optimize on his chances of scoring.

But they also got a very serious problem at that back which they need to work on.
5171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: August 02, 2019, 11:05:53 PM
I have no doubts that Hazard will become great addition to Real Madrid, but he obviously need some time. And from what I saw, I got impression that he need to loose some weight.

Reminds of the old times when Ronaldo "El Fenómeno had weight Issues at Real Madrid. It was a very hard time for him. I think it was around 2005-2006. He got so much criticism for it and it could have been one of his reasons for his departure to AC Milan.

As for Hazard, i think he will have some issues especially as people expect him to emulate what Ronaldo did there. Ronaldo was exception and he adapted right from the word go.
I would give Hazard some time.

In other news, Barca sold Malcom to Zenit. I'm a bit sad, because I see big potential in him, but unfortunately he don't have future in Barcelona. Probably it was bad decision for Malcom to choose Barca instead of Roma.
It was a bad choice in my opinion. I see the same happening to a couple of other chaps especially Dembele

• Malcom (Barcelona) to Zenit done deal: https://twitter.com/fczenit_en/status/1157284086454640640
Another dead talent leaves  Grin
Who is going next, Dembele? Coutinhno ? Arturo Vidal? Then Griezmann after 2 years? Slowly Barcelona is turning into a talent death bed.

5176  Economy / Reputation / Re: Old scammer is active again on: August 02, 2019, 08:40:31 PM
Hey, link to the flag type 1 is wrong... please correct it.

Seems pretty solid except for the other two accounts daisyliker and harddisk02burst, am not able to find a conclusive connection between them and Gablay12
It's no coincidence that all the first 3 accounts woke up on the same day just a few hours a part... These are definitely his alts

according to seclog

- August 01, 2019, 03:44:42 AM - BTC_ISTANBUL - woke up

Nice try, we had even almost forgotten about you. You just earned yourself a flag

Previous ponzi scheme owner wakes up to advertise 21bitcoinstash.com. This should be no brain that this is scam too
5178  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ICO] Hydrogeno-- Plagiarized Whitepaper on: August 01, 2019, 02:13:27 PM
Just cause there is some copied parts in the white paper dont assume scam. The issue can easily be resolved, just mention it...
Its not just some, all the content is plagiarized.
plagiarism of white paper is what scam ICOs have been doing here and its very unprofessional.

Look at your white paper again. Do you think with that you really deserve any investors to back you up.
5179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bustabit.com SCAM on: August 01, 2019, 02:06:29 PM
Did you have 2FA turned on?
Obviously OP didn't have it activated

Someone @ me in chat. Told me to PM. I PM. He ask me for help to make bits. I said ok because i was getting 50% of his winnings. I msg on discord. He msgs on discord. He says he needs to see me play so Share screen. I share screen on discord. He tells me to make an account for him on bustabit so he can send 200k so I will play for him. I made the account, sent him the BTC deposit address, sent him the password to his account, he delays. 2 mins later I get logged out of @CYMRU (my account that got hacked) and I notice i cant log back in, he then leaves the call, then I see him playing on my account. Then here I am, back to having $0 to my name and sitting here on the verge of crying cuz this money was money was quite important. This is by far the worst thing that has happened to me all my life, losing $500. I need to know how this guy pulled it off because I don't know how he did it on discord. I didn't click any links or downloaded anything suspicious.

I wish I recorded the calls but I never thought the situation would ever come to this.

Here’s video of all I got from it; https://streamable.com/0k32v
Here’s a picture of someone else that had this happen to them, but the thing is I never download AnyDesk, It all happened on discord. Although he did ask me to download it. : https://imgur.com/a/QVjcaiR
I think when you shared screen with him... He was able to see your username/email and then when you created an account for him, you probably used the same password so it was easy for him to get your password and log into your account
5180  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scammed by coinmixer.es and bitcoinmixer.eu (100% scammer website) on: August 01, 2019, 10:43:55 AM
Hello,

I have just been scammed by these little rats for over 1000 USD. Did not read this post before. Doesn't matter. Was just a trial to check their validity.

I will pass this matter to our boss, he do not like worms like this. We will engage heavily in finding those little pricks and bring them to justice. You do not mess with Chechenia lords...

If we are successful i'll let u know.

Igor
Sorry about what you went through. There are so many scam bitcoin mixers out there and shouldn't just trust any site you google.
I made a list of scam bitcoin mixers and am yet to add more in the coming days. Keep your eyes peeled.
