5161  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the weirdest thing you have seen for sale for Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2020, 06:47:08 PM
Yeah i remembered that one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3186543.0 People do really go to this extent on where
selling out things which supposed not to be sold. Who the hell would purchase a stinky thing and wasting up their precious coin?
Theres no other weird thing i have seen excluding this one.

i havent seen this one. yeah probably the weirdest thing i have seen here lol. And how will we be sure that those panties belongs to a female but not a male  Grin But i think she or he couldn't sell any so decided to try selling normal things instead  Smiley
As a pure man you would able to identify on whats the legit smell of womens genital unless if you are pure virgin then you wont really able to recognize it.hehe but if you are on the experienced side then you can smell it out and identify for yourself an as said its just dumb to buy something
which you can actually get it for free. Why not try to ask with your girl friends? This is also the weirdest thing I do see that's up for sale.
5162  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Livecoin issue -- Does this make sense? on: January 08, 2020, 05:59:40 PM
A couple of days ago when Bitcoin was priced at roughly $7500 US I had 0.02062038 BTC (roughly $154 US) on Livecoin. I wanted to trade BTC for THETA, which at the time was priced at about $0.08 US cents. I traded my entire BTC holdings ($154 dollars) for Theta yet only received 22.00630366 THETA. Can someone please tell me if I was scammed or if I'm not understanding something? I sent a Help request to Livecoin but as of now (two days later) they have not responded.
Thanks for any insight anyone here can provide!
Maybe you have looking with your order history and still have some your order not refill all, your coin trading THETA maybe have higher price and not all your buy order completed, I think not fault whit exchange market exactly with Livecoin because I ever this exchange market and look safety when I make trading and withdrawing assets in livecoin exchange market.
This might be the case where buy order aren't still completed. Therefore, its better to check it out if there are still pending orders.
About livecoin exchange where Im bit aware that it do have some numbers of issues before I don't know if its already being resolved or not.
5163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MY NEW WALLET SEED: How can I use this to backup my Bitcoins ???? on: January 08, 2020, 03:23:17 PM
I got a Bitcoin Wallet Seed, as I want to trade the spike in Bitcoin, how does the below wallet seed work and help me back up my Bitcoins Huh

https://imgur.com/A7YIext

You just made a fatal mistake, you shouldn't show that SEED to the public.
I post this, your picture that contains SEED has been seen as many as 14 people.
it could be that one of them has successfully used your SEED.
Not only 14 people but trying to look on thread views which is already 90 persons do saw such seed.
I don't know if this is just trolling or what because op asked out about security of seed but he do post up image showing the
entire phrases? Sounds dumb.
People do say about not exposing the seed but im pretty sure that some already tried to access it out.lol

Reports: Anthony Davis declines max extension offer from Lakers

Reports had it that Davis declines max extension offer but he is not expected to leave the Lakers after this season.

What is the rationale of this move on the Davis camp?

What's the next move for Davis will be decided maybe by the end of their campaign for this season. Of course it depends on how well the whole team perform and what's the outcome this season.
There's only one reason, he doesn't want to play with the Lakers anymore, it's not a money problem but maybe a place or teammates.
With his stats with the Lakers, sure a lot of teams in the NBA will be eager to sign him and give him even a better contract.
Possible!
Im bit shocked that he would consider on finding another team or doesn't want that max extension with Lakers in spite of his record together with the team.Reason might be a personal one or who knows? But if I were to say which AD shouldn't leave the team yet that would be a big loss.
5165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how to filter bounty projects. on: January 07, 2020, 06:53:47 PM
The solution: don't do bounty projects. Why? You said it yourself. Probably 95-99% are junk.

This is most definitely not what you want to hear, but seriously. The altcoin market is over saturated already and it's going to be very very very difficult for new projects to rise in price(in a decently sustainable manner).

Most bounty hunters do fail to realize this thing where they do still believe that they can make money out of bounty hunting just like on 2017.
Bounties becomes shit after that year and its no surprise that bounters will surely get useless tokens.Im still surprised that bounty still exist nowadays in spite of the current situation.I cant say that theres no already projects are worth but as said its just like finding a needle on a haystack.
Lucky if you do find it but if not then you do just simply waste up your time and effort on bounty. Its better to find other alternatives or utilize your time well into things that do generate income.
5166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice Increase in Price but What Next?? on: January 07, 2020, 06:01:45 PM
We have all seen it before.. A nice pump here and there and then BOOM a big DUMP.. It's almost disheartening really but still.. What will come next of this little rise? Will it hold true and keep its position or will it come crashing down again and again. In my opinion i believe that Bitcoin would have to reach an over  10,000 usd mark to see a "bigger" style of a bull run. For now it's just going back and forth in a 6-8k range. None the less my friends only time will tell but until then what are some of your thoughts? As usual your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. Thanks again.
Deal with it!

Any markets would really be on this way or behavior yet this only compose by 2 which is buyers and sellers. Therefore, expect for these kind of
movements but the difference on crypto is the volatilibility intensity so we cant really stop nor presume that pumps and dumps wouldn't happen again. We might see sideways movement but doesn't mean it would last long.In any price spikes there would be a significant correction and its an inevitable. At least we do see some recovery came from 3k price which is good, we might not able to see ATH soon but I would prefer on a gradual phase.
5167  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: PrimeDice.com - Gold VIP Account on: January 07, 2020, 05:12:43 PM
Same in the comment above if this one doesn't violate Primedice terms but basing on what I saw on the past where selling accounts is not that prohibited. The question is, are there someone who would buy such account? VIP accounts do have perks and advantage but I don't see for it to be a major thing for most gamblers to consider on.

By the way you can post it or move this thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0
5168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Altcoins do it alone ? on: January 07, 2020, 04:48:22 PM
They can't.
Altcoins rely to bitcoin and that's how powerful our bitcoin is. They can do it on their own for the meanwhile but it won't take long and they'll rely again to bitcoin.
This is how altcoin works, they are pairs with bitcoin.
Youre somehow right because altcoin soes rely on bitcoin in some occasion but not in every occasion and altcoin reliance upon bitcoin will fade in the future when the total 21million coins is mine cause bitcoin holder during that time you use their holding as an asset than currency.
Yes there will be times that they won't but, most of the time they are.
It can be true when we totally see the whole supply of bitcoin being mined but I don't think we will be able to see it or we're still alive during that time.
It has nothing to do with that when it comes on the total supply of bitcoin being mined out.The thing here is that when the market tends to bull run then its really hard to believe for altcoin wont go on the same way even though it do have that kind of doubts when it comes to long term prospect.
We know that there are some platforms which are good to tie along with btc when it comes to usage and relevance that's why I do still believe on that possibility that they would able to stand alone but this would be applicable or possible to those top alts that we know like ETH.
5169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you define Blockchain Technology in a single phrase? on: January 07, 2020, 04:23:16 PM
It not might be a phrase but I would say that "Decentralized & Transparency". Actually I do love on whats being said about governments weakness.hehe

We know on how blockchain technology works and now its been gradually adopted in some sectors but they should embrace when it comes to decentralization and transparency,

Looking at your wallet won't increase your profits but will surely make you worry from time to time.
It only increases the mental trauma. If the person is confident of their coins to go up then there is no need to check them everyday but only when ordering a trade of buy/sell. You need to have nerves of steel to remain alive in this market which is way more risky than stocks or commodities. But I am sure this type of practice is not going to help anyone.
I can somehow relate to this kind of situation where it do really increase mental stress or trauma yet you do know that you've been holding something that might possibly pump anytime.
You would really have that in mind that you shouldnt missed that time thats why you would always think for you to check from time to time because of that reason.
for having smaller portfolios then this kind of behavior is less.
5171  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Nice ideas that can be really good on: January 06, 2020, 01:44:06 PM
Unfortunately, I can't apply for a loan, at least in my country, to get money, I need to pledge something on the idea of not getting money. Startup or government support almost impossible to obtain. They support projects created by university students or purely technological ones that are already on the market and have managed to survive and get some profit.

ICO may be a good idea, but without good advertising and without the support of some more well-known people from the crypto industry, unfortunately, doomed almost to failure. People invest in ICO's people who are known and provide publicity to the project, or technologically advanced enough that they are innovative at the moment and have a high probability of making a profit. Unfortunately, even if we have a good idea, which is not purely profit-oriented, most people, like not everyone, will never invest in it.
Now most are focused on pure profit. Even now, so many animals in Australia suffer and nobody does anything about it. Because you have to spend money that doesn't make a profit. Unfortunately, this is our world.
Well, you are fully aware on whats the reality in regards with investment. Its hard for people to support a thing which wont really generate them some income.
The entire crypto community do already saw countless numbers of good ideas but still end up on limbo thing due to lack of support or people isnt really that interested.
Yeah, your motive is good but if people doesnt make money then dont expect for support.
5172  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going for $8.570 following recent information on: January 06, 2020, 01:01:42 PM
which can lead to such speculation becoming something real.[/b]

Based on the bolded wordwhere we cant really give an assurance that it would happen but somewhat reaching next $1000 wont really be that hard
but climbing to thats price might take some time and wont really be that on next week.Nothing is assured though but i dont see the possibility
to be that short. We do have that resistance on $8500 though.
5173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What matters most to online casinos? on: January 06, 2020, 11:37:55 AM
What matters the most to online casinos are making it more likely to look like a real casino. Because people especially those that are gambling in the real physical casinos love the ambiance that they couldn't just achieve through online casinos. The sounds, the appearance, the temperature and the feelings to matters and also, the people around. If an online casino could achieve that, they will surely get allot of users.
How can they have the ambiance if they will not gamble in a physical casino, those who love a big crowd can't get it online because online it's you and your computer, no one else, except you bring some friends to gamble with you, drink a bit, but it's really different when you are in real casino.

IMO, most of the popular gamblers in an online casino are dice games and sports betting IMO, and personally, I love sports so I am just satisfied gambling in my favorite online casinos.
When it comes to ambiance then it would pertain on a physical casino and nothing beats when it comes to pure gambling experience when you are with other people.
The noise, the chitchats and the crowd which would be entirely different when you are just playing in front of your pc. Duration will only vary on players financial capacity yet
we know that each person do have different preference when it comes to gambling activity.
5174  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 05, 2020, 04:26:28 PM
let me tell you, Bitcoin has only existed for 10 years and it hasn't taken a long time to be able to assert the value of this digital asset. Don't be too subjective to Bitcoin and believe it will grow every year and its price will be $ 1m and bla bla ... don't be silly. If you are criticizing fiat money, then you should not use it anymore and use crypto to pay your expenses, see if anyone accepts the coin you want to pay. Also, if you love cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, let me see why would it grow so well in the future if hold it? Meanwhile, coin is just a kind of tool for Blockchain to operate effectively. Governments and organizations can create a coin similar to Bitcoin!

I personally don't believe btc will grow up to $1mil or even $100k, but it can go up to $20-25k I guess.
But I wan't cryptocurrencies to be a usable tool like USD, not a thing to speculate and gamble around.
So it is better if btc won't go up or down drastically
Your grandmother could be saying that with fiat coins in mind. Thing is, fiat behaves very different  from cryptocurrencies. so hodling them might be a good thing, but not in hopes of reselling it for a higher value in a decade or two as bitcoin is intangible unlike physical fiats that holds innate value aside from the value it was assigned with.

Because we all know that older people knows best and have a lot of experience when it comes to preserving the value if something. That's why most of our grandmother and grandfather have something what they called "antique" and its value was preserved that its price is also high and has a history. Although fiat is very reliable right now, bitcoin can give you a brighter future if the price becomes high again.

that is only a myth that older people tend to know more things  .

in this time we have right now we can learn different things at a young age  . we knew if what is a real fact and not only a made up myths  . many older people on our place tell me that this crypto was a scam but i dont believe on him i only believe that crypto can give me a good future if i will start saving on it than saving fiats alone with my piggy bank   .
It will vary from each person because there are oldies that are exposed on what are the current trends of this new era where its already hi-tech and its normal for these kind of innovation to exist.
It isnt surprising that majority of them would trust up fiat no matter what since this one had been trusted since the beginning of time and also they arent already aware on whats happening
or innovation thats why they will normally suggest the traditional ways and us who do know about crypto would definitely say the opposite thing in terms of profits.
5175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good ICO Review Sites on: January 05, 2020, 02:56:05 PM
Hello guys !
I was just looking around and theres so many garbage repost websites outthere about different ICOs.  I wanted to know if theres one that you know doesn't present every idea as great. A very critical good Review site that tends to get it right you know. anyway thanks appreciate your input.

There is really not one and I don't recommend that you look in this review sites for finding a legit project, they are not an independent reviewer and they are proven to received money even from dubious projects, they give it a good review and they give bad reviews to a project with good potential, ask investors not ICO rating sites, or even believe in them.
Main issues on where these Reviews sites are into where they do get that money or bribe to make those scam projects looks real and suggesting to the public that it is a good one.Long time ago where i do already lost up trust into these sites and in fact there were already lots of them and i only knew about ICObench and ICOrating but these places turns out to be a shit when they get involved to these issues.
So i wont recommend any single one of them.
5176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bot trading domination: Time to panic? on: January 05, 2020, 02:03:22 PM
Analysts claimed that bot-trading may possibly dominate in the 2020's, do you think it is time for traders like us to panic now?

HFT algorithms have already dominated conventional markets for years. No need to panic. What you need to do is zoom out. Stop trading the intraday charts, the minute and hour charts. I recommend analyzing the weekly/daily time frames for trade setups and maybe using the 4-hour for entries.

Higher time frames have a much better noise-to-signal ratio. Focusing on the 15-minute chart is a sure way to get chopped up by the bots. Wink
For Bigger TF then it would be less likely to be burned out by bots yet most of them would really set it up on lower time frames.

But we know that they would really tend to hive on short ones due to active movements which bots are really suit out.If you do trade manually on
these frames then expect that your trading against bot.
5177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $$ FREE FIXED MATCH BASKETBALL $$ on: January 05, 2020, 12:53:05 PM
Well, don't take it so personally.
It is okay if those matches are not fixed, everyone here bets on their own behalf. It is good that there is a member here who gives tips on basketball leagues around the world.
Why in the heck are you comforting this fool? He clearly tried to scam people by presenting his own tips as "Fixed matches" and is now coming up with excuses just like others did with similar threads in the past.

On top of all this, his tips suck anyway. The worst thing is that so many high ranking members actually bought this bullshit and placed bets(Some even placed parlay bets) which is quite frankly stupid. His username itself is a dead giveaway that he is a scammer.
He isnt a scammer though yet anyone havent been forced to bet and he do just give out some tips but the wrong thing here is that he do claim that is fixed.
Its understandable if he do just try to make a tipster thread just like any others out there. He should clear up that hes playing according to his own picks rather
than keeping telling people and make them believe that he do have fixed matches info which we do see that it isnt the case here.
5178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Hypocrisy Behind Facebook Banning Crypto Ads on: January 05, 2020, 10:26:17 AM
So, I assume most of you familiar with the lame facebook cryptocurrency project.

Some background: In January 2018, Facebook announced that it was banning advertising related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. The ban was expansive, and it included Facebook, Instagram, and its Audience Network that sells ads on third-party apps

So, one month before launching Libra, Facebook literally lifted its ban on cryptocurrency ads, demonstrating hypocrisy in its prime. They simply imposed the ban until it directly benefited them.

These companies serve as the gatekeepers of innovation and progress, creating pathways and implementing prohibitions in ways that are worth our attention and consideration. This is especially true for the nascent crypto industry that is continually becoming more popular and is

Full article
With this big company then they would really have that power yet they are capable of.They can ban or unban as they like and also that Libra project is still lit for it to be launched.

Good thing they lift the ban of those crypto ads to spread up crypto adoption and awareness. For now, they dont mind too much with these issues yet pretty sure they were busy on how
they would launched up their own crypto.
5179  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will Bitcoin do next in the near term? on: January 04, 2020, 11:48:10 AM
So Bitcoin has been sitting around $7000 for quite a while now.

What do you think the next significant move will be? Up or down? Down to low <=$6000s or up to >=$8000s?

And when do you think it'll make this next move? Jan? Feb? Later?
No one knows since no man can predict the future. So these kind of questions doesnt only apply to yours but only in all people here on crypto.

We're tanking on 7300 as of this moment which is somewhat a good thing to see on this year rather than seeing a dump.

We are heading on halving event and we might see some sunshine on that time but its still not an assurance.
5180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $$ FREE FIXED MATCH BASKETBALL $$ on: January 04, 2020, 10:04:01 AM
Wasn't there another 'tipster' who did this exact same thing not so long ago? Kept posting predictions from the Chinese basketball league calling them fixed and when he started losing he made excuses and simply left. This looks familiar.

Fixed matches do exist but I seriously doubt OP has access to them. At the moment he is not asking for any money so his intentions are not yet clear to me.

This is his intention as mentioned on earlier page

Now the thing comes why I am sharing this
Obviously to help you and gain trust
And to make more money from it.

My most of the accounts are already limited and can't bet more than 2-3k on these games.

Currently he promised out a 4 fixed game above.Lets see if this one would make it through or not.
