Bitcoin after 100 years? If you mean that bitcoin remain the coin number one, I don't think so. But for sure Cryptocurrencies will remain. Many new technologies will emerge. There will be many new cryptocurrencies with more benefits than bitcoin and they can replace it.

Unfortunately news even are fake, can affect the market. Any news, announcement or rumor can cause the prices to rise or fall significantly.

You as a hero member should have seen many drops in price in the past. It is not the first time that all the coins are falling. There is no need for a miracle. Soon everything will go back to normal. There is a high possibility that Ethereum will reach 10000 dollar this year. The usage of Ethereum for ICOs belong its popularity will cause the price much more.

The price in coinmarket cap was 10000 dollar some minutes ago. Now at the time of posting the price 11000 dollar. I think the price correction has ended. Even if the price falls again, it is a sign that it won't fall very much.

Since I know bitcoin, I have heard many bad news from China and as far as I know many people in China are using Bitcoin. China just manipulate the price by some news and soon every thing back to normal again. I think the current situation is the same.

We are already able to use bitcoin for peer to peer transactions. There is no need to use exchanges. If you use exchanges, it is not peer to peer as the exchange is the middle man.
But you can use some wallets which allow you to send bitcoin without any middle man.

Like you, I want to make money. But not in one month as you mentioned. If you want to become a billionaire in such a short time, consider that there a possibility of losing all your money too. Better to look at cryptocurrencies in long-term. It's not a gamble.

I don't think something bad is happening to bitcoin and governments want to ban bitcoin. They only want to have more control and I think it is very good in long term for cryptocurrencies. There are some people always panic after any news and they are causing the price to fall. It won't last long.

Altcoins such as Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, etc. are always attractive for investors. They might rise in price even compare to BTC. For coins with lower market cap, it depends on which altcoin we are talking about. Some small altcoins with good team behind, high technology or a good product can rise in very much. But for sure many altcoins will fail.

This is exactly what has happened many times. So I am very positive about coming days. Even the price falls more, it will rise again. All persons who are experienced in this market know this and are waiting without any fear.

In my opinion, bitcoin is not currency. It is an asset. Because the price is changing all the times. Transactions are slow and Fees are very high. But I think in future cryptocurrencies can be used as currency for all sells and buys.

I think Ethereum is competing with bitcoin right now. It's total market cap is nearly half of bitcoin market cap and all of us know that 2x rise in Ethereum price is really possible.
I won't be surprised if I see Ethereum at first row in coinmarketcap.

The price rose about 8 times in the past year. So 2 times price rise is not something difficult to happen.
And now after the corrections in price that has been done, bitcoin is ready to rise in price.
