Binance and Idex is NOT a real DEX  The nodes on the Binance DEX is owned and controlled by Binance themselves, which makes it a centralized service, Idex has KYC, which makes it completely centralized as well. As far as I know Blocknet is the most decentralized exchange out there. Zero points of centralization from what I could find. It's true that the liquidity and volume is low right now, but you're delusional if you believe it's gonna be like that forever  of course, i know that, Binance dex and idex just like a semi decentral for me, and we can see blocknet is totally different with them. i guess,when regulations totally something cant be avoided,block DX will be favoritable. Been keeping an eye on Blocknet for awhile, and I thought it would dump as well, but I've seen some MASSIVE buy orders earlier this morning, (10k BLOCK buy orders), so there is definitely some people wanting in on this while it's cheap. It's old ATH was $55+, and I believe it could easily reach $100/coin due to it's scarce supply. But blocknet is also facing another dump this day and it looks like that who have already sold at peak price has started to create another buyback again and they are placing such order to show if there was still a huge order to the sell order. A couple of times bounty manager is the one who was being blamed for the unsuccess projects. Not realizing that bounty managers are just doing their job whatever the owner wants him to do. And it is true that bounty participants are juat joining any ICO or any signature campaigns without further realizing that it is not worth to join for.
Being a bounty manager isn't an easy job. Reputations, good image, efforts and time are needed and I understand where OP is coming from all of his sentiments.
Bounty managers capability is of different types, few bounty managers on this forum cares about their reputations and they do research before approving a bounty project but some bounty managers are know for always introducing bad projects, I'm not going to mention names but this is true But the central capability from the managers must be to make sure if the participant was getting safe too. There was a lot of differences between bitcoin campaign and altcoin campaign manager. The majority of managers who are introducing so many scam projects are coming from the altcoin bounty as they wanna look like they are reputable enough to manage the campaign. Still, they don't care about the quality of the campaign. Those altcoin campaign managers should have been putting more responsibility to make sure the quality of their projects. |

Hello guys, having been here for a while now, I feel that having a higher percentage of your portfolio on bitcoin and maybe the rest 30 or 35% on already good and established altcoins like ETH, BCH, Stellar, brave. BNB, Vchain, etc, is a good way of staying away from useless projects. I have come to an understanding that running after new promising projects always leave you heartbroken in 97times, and running after IEO to quickly make up for past losses lead to more havoc on your fund. So stick to the safe zone.
This caused by the whale will only create an early pump to the coin because the whale was also participated in the IEO. I have participated in several IEO projects in the past and i always sold my coin at early pump and that always gave me a lot of return. This is a very sad part of crypto when the market is not so healthy as the whale with a lot of money can always control the market. I just stick to the safe zone like you when i have sold all of my bags from participated in the IEO. |

Does anyone know why the amount raised of a coin is different to the value sold in a coin???  It caused by the market can't be dictate even if the team who sold the coin in ico have created a collusion with the exchange site. the reason is very simple caused by people must try to understand about how crypto works today. Demand and supply are the main factors who will be determined the price of coin. BTC also have ATM so you can withdraw cash for bitcoins. Is this real adoption or just using money to look it as more adoption from people? Even bitcoin has its own ATM and that's different with bitcoin cash that is only creating a partnership with macon cash. I remember so many crypto payment system are also accepting bitcoin too and that makes bitcoin available to be bought and sold through use VISA, MC, Union Pay and many more. Kucoin, gate and huobi are the best exchange sites from your list that can be alternative for binance as they are not putting very strict verification. I feel doubt if okex, okcoin, bittrex especially coinfalcon can be the alternative as these exchange sites have a chance to be used for washtrading. Kraken is a 50:50 option as i have ever used it in the past and it's not so bad based on my experience.l

Central Bank coins to me will be stable coins, with very negligible fluctuations, hence not threat to cryptocurrencies. The more reason why they will be stable coins pegged to FIAT is because the government won't want speculations to affect the price obviously. Well, I don't really have a deep insight on this for now, till any central bank coin is officially launched, then we will know better.
That is not really the way in which those currencies are going to threaten bitcoin, what governments are trying to achieve is to try to deceive people again, they are trying to make people to switch from bitcoin to those currencies in the future in order to keep this market small and they will have some success at the beginning, but when people finally realize the fiat system has been used against them they will renounce those coins and buy bitcoin instead. I don't even agree about your statement as when the developer can create a gateway to the fiat digital and then bitcoin will also very easy to create a connection to fiat digital. The government has no intention to do that because so many times the regulators have already stated if they wanna use crypto and they are taking their own risk. Regulators just give awareness. The fact is if those countries are preparing for the future as anything will be controlled by the technology ( include financial sector). It's not always to be a threat for bitcoin. I remember when so many people have said if stable coin will be a threat for bitcoin in the past. |

At the risk of going against what most Crypto investors suggest, I've decided to keep the majority of my portfolio consisting of projects from the top 20 Alts (apart from BSV and BCH which are shitcoins) working on the assumption that many of them are down by a far greater percentage in the last few years than bitcoin which has actually gone up  I'm well aware its a gamble but I'm prepared to run the risk of either making insanely large profits or losing my $2K investment especially after watching the markets the last few days, Alt prices have gone up and down faster than a hookers knickers Your thoughts peeps? am I stupid, brave, a pathological gambler or a combination of the the three? You are not included on those three. So many people have made their pre-assumption about the trend that always happen in the market but im with you in this case as im also betting on another coin and bitcoin is not only my portfolios. I have also invested or try to bet on the altcoin and i have tried that on top 100 CMC and it's not even included on top 20 CMC and im still holding this one and i have been making 3x return. it's not so bad as the trend in crypto is not static and that is always changing anytime. |

It can't and almost impossible for this one to reach 100x. The price of SIN is still at the bottom even another coins have started to grow again. It's only traded in the small exchange sites and the daily trade volume is less than 25k and that means it has no demand and how is it possible for a coin without a lot of demand can reach 100x return in the future? What you have been saying didn't match with the reality that happened in the market right now. The major blockchain like ethereum is still preparing its platform to get mass adoption and how this one can compete with it. That's true and so many people are getting trapped at the peak price of BSV and they are feeling so mad after see a huge dump caused by the latest news if CSW didn't have priv key to the satoshi's bitcoin. I will give put CSW as a big liar in the crypto history. That korean major company must think for a twice before the company try to use BSV chain. In this case and BCH looks a big better than shitscam faketoshi vision. I am not sure that the big Korean companies did not think hard to choose to use the BSV chain but they were cool in their political games because in the company there must be members who know and are smart at it and maybe they are making other plans. many choices, the price is relatively cheaper than bitcoin and the opportunity to make more profit. Maybe there are some benefits if I spend more of my money investing in altcoin and holding it for the long term. But the negative value that I found is that the influence of bitcoin is too big on altcoin until now.
I think it depends on the situation, base on my experience in 2018, it was not good to hold altcoins when the market is at bullish trend, it will cost you a lot and after the heat will subsides you been realized that you are already losing half of your portfolio base on its value when you bought it. that's why think twice before you decide to hold any altcoins specially when intended for long term holding. This time looks very different with 2018 but it's very similar with what already happened at the end of 2017. The price altcoin can't be generalized if that will always get a dump when the price of bitcoin is getting bullish momentum. I guess for the long term investment and native coin looks much better compared with altcoin. At least altcoin can be considered as a mid term investment and not all of altcoins can't be considered as long term investment too. I just try to remind you about the altcoins that below the bitcoin right now like ethereum. |

This is not a good project as the development is very slow and the price keeps dumping a lot to the bottom price. It's better to re-consider to invest in this one and take a look at another option that can bring your more possibility to get the decent return. Even if it's listed on binance doesn't mean if such coin will always be a good coin to invest. Why don't you just try to invest in another coin? that will be worthed. Some people may say you can invest on it as long as you can deal with the risk but what about to minimize the risk and increase the potential to get the profit from your money. it will be much better |

Guys have few half bitcoin i earned through promoting projects and i am looking for a way to increase this btc, i am thinking of using USDT to lock my btc when bitcoin reach 9,000 plus and buy back when it drop back to 8000 plus, is this possible or just a stupid idea over all?
It's a bad idea right now as the bitcoin is still in the bullish trend, it's better for you to keep them all in bitcoin form and the waiting for the peak price of bitcoin to happen in the future. We will face the next halving event and i believe it may possible to touch over 10k easily and this time 9k is reaching bitcoin and just expect more to come very soon. Just hodl all of your bitcoin and put more than 10k as your next expectation to sell all of your bitcoin. |
