I believe close source can be the threat of tomorrow, I did not know that google authenticator is close source, I wouldn't have gone for it if I knew. I know about authy as well but it encrypts people's data online which is the reason I do not like it, the data are encrypted but I prefer authenticators that I can absolutely use offline without any online usage. I will try to use Aegis or andOTP, I think both are open source.

Wallets that can be used to connect to decentralized exchanges for staking

Metamask and Trustwallet

Others wallets that I know are
Mathwallet
TokenPocket
WalletConnect
Binance Chain Wallet
Onto Wallet

A point to know, these are all online wallets connecting to decentralized exchanges for staking.

What? Man. City has been defeated today  Undecided
But I don't think the match today can be the same as in the next final UCL. I am optimistic that Pep learns many things today and probably surprises Chelsea in the UCL final match with a different strategy. I support Man City to win the UCL even if they are defeated by Chelsea today. I believe Pep will surprise Chelsea in UCL final. Let's see..
Yes, Man United was defeated today by Chelsea. I believe many City will use today's match to study more about Chelsea, but know that the Champions League final is really going to be tough but likely Chelsea will win the match. We should not yet comment much about this until the match has began. Iam fully in support of Chelsea.

One thing I have known about google is that the company has many ways of exposing people to scammer, like the Google search engines that display ads like normal links of a site which can be for scammers, making people to think the ads are the site of legit sites but not, I have been using duckduckgo long ago when I knew google do not care about my privacy. In fact, I stop anything that is related to google, but a friend of mine get in touch with me few days ago and we discussed about google authenticator, he told me that google are truly exposing people to scams but google authenticator is different, that I can still trust to use it, that no internet connection or saving any data on cloud. I tried it out and I found it to be true. But I am thinking I can still not be getting something right.

Is google authenticator good? Or still one of the google products that exposes people to scammers and making users to lack privacy?

Non-Fungible tokens or anything related to it are not relatd to bitcoin, the best board to post it is altcoin board.
5186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 08, 2021, 06:31:36 PM
I think very unlikely as Chelsea just brought the game back to a plan field by scoring a goal and the game is now Manchester City 1-1 Chelsea. Chelsea is playing a good game so far, they've been awesome except for some few errors . Its been a long time since I last saw Marcus Alonso on the pitch and its great to have him back.
If wasn't for Sergio Aguero that did not score the penalty, the match could have ended draw but it was Chelsea that later picked up at the second half by scoring and equalize the goal scored by Man City. I have already given up that the game will end draw after remaining extra time given but Marcos Alonso scored for Chelsea during the extra time. You are just right as Chelsea won the match and still having the third spot with 64 points.
5187  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you storing cash in banknotes? on: May 08, 2021, 05:37:49 PM
Now fiat cash must be one of the worst savings ideas - probably second to fiat bank deposits. Do you think I am stupid, or are some of you keeping cash in case there are problems with electronic banking?
As for me, I do not keep cash with me but not in a way I will not have like $100 with me in case. The reason is not because of any failure in electronic banking because I will surely have alternatives. I have three banks which I have fiat I can be able to withdraw in case if one is down for certain time period, the remaining two will still work fine, or if two are faulty, there will still be one that will be working good. But I have most of my money in bitcoin and some well known altcoins like ethereum and binance coin, but that does not stop me not to have fiat for monthly spendings, in which I still have like $100 with me in cash in case.
5188  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHAT IS A CRYPTO WALLET on: May 08, 2021, 12:12:42 PM
What are "pardware wallets"? Don't you mean hardware?
What is a 'pallet on airgapped devices'? I haven't heard of it.
It's typo, it is hardware wallet, also the other is wallet on airgapped devices.
5189  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHAT IS A CRYPTO WALLET on: May 08, 2021, 10:16:05 AM
- A hot wallet is associated with the web and can be gotten to whenever.
There are three types of hot/online wallets.

  • web wallet
  • mobile wallet
  • desktop wallet

- A chilly wallet isn't associated with the web and permits to store your assets disconnected. You can in any case get assets whenever, yet nobody can move them out.
A chilly cold wallet...cold wallet store private key offline

Hot wallets incorporate all online cloud wallets, generally versatile, and programming wallets, and trades.
Mobile wallet make use of phone while desktop wallet make use of computers. Web wallets will be the ones that make use of encrypted online database to store keys.

Cold wallets are equipment wallets, disconnected kept paper wallets, USB and disconnected comparative information stockpiling gadgets, and surprisingly actual carrier things, for example, actual Bitcoins.
The types of cold wallets:
  • paper wallet
  • hardware wallet
  • wallet on airgapped devices

Most digital currency holders utilize both cold and hot wallets. Hot wallets are helpful for incessant exchanging, while cold wallets are better for long haul holding of crypto resources.
Hardware wallets are cold wallets, it can be used for daily transactions.
5190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing Price action to be profitable HELP on: May 08, 2021, 09:53:58 AM
Hi  Smiley what kind of daily dollar moves or increase in price action does a coin need to be profitable for day trading? Should I look for coins moving cents a day or dollars a day?? Well I'm guessing the higher the amount the price moves daily the better the trade? And I'm guessing you want sharp long spikes in increase price action instead of slow gradual increases? Sorry for the dumb question I just need clarity.
This calculation may not be in reality but just an assumption and correct.

If bitcoin price is $50000, you bought $1000 of bitcoin. As the price if bitcoin is increasing, the price of the coin you bought is also increasing. Taking below example for more clarity:

Bitcoin price       Gain if $1000 worth of bitcoin is bought
$50000                $1000      No gain
$60000                $1200      $200 gain
$70000                $1400      $400 gain
$80000                $1600      $600 gain
$90000                $1800      $800 gain
$100000              $2000      $1000 gain

But if the price of bitcoin is reducing, that is how the loss will be also. The gain and loss is flexible with the price of bitcoin, slightest giqn or loss reflection even with the slightest changes.
5191  Economy / Speculation / Re: At this bullish season, bullish person is always right? on: May 07, 2021, 12:23:16 PM
Doge has never been a garbage coin before, I recalled it has marketcap of over $200 million or more when its price was at its lowset in 2020, it is not a shit coin.

This is altcoins season, that is why the price of altcoins are increasing, but the bear season may still come, this will really be dawned on altcoins.
5192  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org is going to SCAM 1,675,000 Doge-coin on: May 07, 2021, 12:00:02 PM
This is not new about free wallet, you know it is a custodial wallet, you do not have complete control over your coins including doge. They can block your account anytime they want. Many people have this complain in the past, it is not new, this is the reason not to use freewallet, it is not also good to use custodial wallet if you want to have complete control over your coins. Use noncustodial wallet also to be able to avoid this type of complain by having complete control over your coins.
5193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The United States is increasing its bitcoin hashrate in the region. on: May 06, 2021, 01:51:04 PM
China (the country) shouldn't be seen as a threat to Bitcoin.
I have changed it to Chinese miners. Nobody is saying they are threats but they generate most of the hash rates, it has reduced though but they are still the main miners mining bitcoin. This does not make the blockchain weak because not only one mining pool are in China, there are still mining pools in some other countries of the world like USA. The mining hashes generated generally in the world are more than enough to secure the blockchain.
5194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The United States is increasing its bitcoin hashrate in the region. on: May 06, 2021, 01:00:30 PM
This is wrong information and China is actually not controlling 75% or 65% of Bitcoin hashpower, but like I said before I would like to confirm that with more precise data if anyone can share that info.
How is it wrong? China Chinese miners control 75% of hash rate in 2019, but drastically reduce to 65% in 2020. This image is the hash rate generated by each country a month ago.

5195  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any other webiste or other platforms that pay you crypto? on: May 06, 2021, 12:15:03 PM
Have you tried publish0x and steemit? But it is about how good you can write article, the sites make use of up vote for payment. I have hard cases of freelancer.com and some other freelancing sites that hirers can make use of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin for payment. You can also just try to hodl for a very long time, it can generate more crypto income for you.

Do not think you can make crypto earning from sites like pay-to-click and faucets, they are absolutely waste of time.
5196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The United States is increasing its bitcoin hashrate in the region. on: May 06, 2021, 11:59:23 AM
When the mining hash rate dropped few weeks ago, I noticed that Foundry Mining Pool which is located in North America later increased its mining hashrate, it will be good if this continues in the North America region. China control over 75% of mining hashrate before but now controlling lesser today, at the begining of this year, China controls around 65% but recently lesser because of the increaseed hash rate from other region, especially North America, specifically USA.
5197  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [POLL] Do vaccines kill people? on: May 06, 2021, 09:11:58 AM
No, No!  Bad pleb!  You obviously didn't get quite enough vaccines back in the day.
There has been large doses of vaccines created in the past that have proved effectively, but the process of making covid 19 vaccines is too fast, this can be the reason it is not created improperly. Or if created properly, I will not use it because it clots blood of few, we have never known how long the vaccine will even last. Eat good, sleep healthily and avoid the vaccine is all I am doing.
5198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unban Bitcoin in pakistan on: May 06, 2021, 09:03:17 AM
I have found LocalBitcoins useful in that case. but, LocalBitcoins need a lot of verifications. Even National id card and Passport copies were compulsory to verify the account. Moreover, face and eye recognization was the most irritating step in the verification process.
When it asks us about verification the purpose of crypto dies here. How can a company ask us for getting a service that is decentralized?
If you are concerned about privacy, you can use bisq or hold hodl because they both are decentralized p2p exchanges but bsiq has more trading volume. Localcrypto is good but I will prefer binance if you want to easily buy crypto, no need to verify ID before making use of p2p on binance. Centralized platforms can be easy to use, but decentralized ones are better because of privacy, but not that centralized platforms are that dangerous, but you will need to move your coins from the centralized platform to noncustodial wallet after you have bought the coins because it is not good to leave crypto on custodial exchanges.

28 minute
Timo Werner scored for Chesea
1 - 0

85 minutes
Mason Mount scored for Chesea
2 - 0

Just few minutes to the end of the match, Chelsea has won this game already. Anything can still happen in matches, but not this game.
5200  Economy / Economics / Re: Could the digital Euro, Dollar or Yuan bank the unbanked? on: May 05, 2021, 07:54:48 PM
CBDCs will partially displace fiat currencies from circulation, but they will not completely replace them. The need for paper money will all the same exist both on the part of states and on the part of certain groups of people.
This will take time, it can even take centuries because there are many people that can not access browsing devices, some people are only using the phones because they are not having browsing phone, they only make use of phone to call, it will surprise you that some people are not even having phone at all. This will make fiat to still exist even in paper form because it is still very important in the society. In addition, many people are not literate or not literate enough to use cryptocurrencies, and this can take centuries before everyone in the world can blend to use cryptocurrencies. I still only see CBDCs as alternatives not replacement.
