5181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 08, 2020, 01:33:34 PM
I have one doubt why Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav are not part of ODI and T20 tournament for India as i have not seen them in the team even if Jasprit Bumrah was injured in the recent series and India was experimenting with new bowlers rather than picking Ishant Sharma nor Umesh Yadav. In the case of Mitchell Starc he was not playing in the Ashes because the selectors thought he was not that important in the Test and when he was given an opportunity after that he bowled really well and now he is a pick in the Test format.

My guess is that the selectors want them to play Ranji Trophy (4-day domestic competition in India) instead of the T20 series against Sri Lanka. They want to make sure that these players remain 100% fit for the longer format. For the shorter format, they have so many options (Shardul, Saini, Khaleel.etc), but that is not the case with the test format.
5182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space? on: January 08, 2020, 01:27:08 PM
I am someone who lost my hard earned money to some of these scams. But rather than complaining or whining about it, I used that experience as a lesson in life. It is not right to put 100% of the blame on the scammers. A part of the blame should be shared by the victims themselves. Because their own greed and carelessness enabled the scammers to carry out the operation.
5183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 08, 2020, 01:21:00 PM
^^^^ I agree with JSRAW. Sreyas Iyer can be tested as the T20 captain. He is young, and he has captained his side in the IPL. He is one of the players, who has the potential and caliber to become the backbone of the Indian batting lineup in the future. Also, I agree on Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul. For now, these players need some match practice.
5184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is for you scam project and what is for you good project? on: January 08, 2020, 01:14:34 PM
This is an interesting question, and it can be interpreted in many different ways. There are many projects, where the idea is really good. However, the team doesn't comply with the previously decided timelines and in the end the investors suffer losses. In other cases, both the project and the team is good, but the token gets destroyed upon the exchange listing, probably due to the negative market sentiment or due to some other reason.
5185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 08, 2020, 01:07:12 PM
Gentlemen we have too much politics and Business now please talk something about cricket as we have first ODI between West Indies and Ireland right now checking score card its not interesting but still we have something to talk Ireland all out 180 in 46.1 overs and now West Indies is on 128/3 just in 22 overs with Lewis on 64 still on crease mean no resistance from Ireland in this onesided match so now give some your positive comments Good Luck. Grin

From what I have noticed, Ireland is struggling to replace its ageing players. Kevin O'Brien, Boyd Rankin, William Porterfield.etc are in their late 30s. However, the Irish cricket board has not been able to find suitable replacement for these players. And the bowling attack is looking very weak, after Tim Murtagh retired from international cricket.
5186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: January 08, 2020, 01:00:07 PM
Already Bitcoin has gone up by 20%, during the first week of 2020. I hope that this trend will continue for the remainder of the year. I first entered the cryptocurrency market during 2017, and the current price movements closely resembles the situation we had back then (Bitcoin went up by +2,200% during 2017, and many of the altcoins went up by even more).
5187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Strategy: Withdraw 50% ETH and looking to invest in Altcoin on: January 08, 2020, 12:54:05 PM
Titan is a very risky option, AFAIK. I agree with your decision to dump 50% of your Ethereum holdings. I am not feeling very excited about the future prospects of that coin right now. Many of the Ethereum developers have retired from the core team and the timelines are being missed again and again. But then, why TTN? These smaller coins are looking very risky right now. I would have rather gone for BCH or LTC.

Well after all he's NewZealander first, At least kiwis thinks he's one of them  Grin

It's a bit complicated in the case of Ben Stokes. He moved to England when he was just 12 years old. He grew up in England and if he became a good cricketer, the credit should go to the ECB. On the other hand, players such as Jofra Archer and Eoin Morgan moved to England after representing their own nations (West Indies and Ireland respectively). England literally stole those players from their original homeland.
5189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the price of Altcoin be good in 2020? on: January 07, 2020, 05:31:25 PM
every possibility will happen in 2020, altcoin could have experienced price increases along with the occurrence of halving day bitcoin later in May 2020, but it could also be the opposite that happened, could be altcoin prices would even decrease more could be even more destroyed than the current altcoin price this, but certainly we must be prepared to face all the possibilities that will happen in the future.

The Bitcoin halving event may boost the exchange rate of BTC. But there is no guarantee that the altcoins also would be getting a boost from it. And with each passing month, I am getting more and more skeptical about any spike from the block reward halving. Only a few months are remaining. If there has to be a spike, then it should have started by now.
5190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 07, 2020, 04:58:25 PM
That is right it became no fun after India' s bowling. I did not see the batting part cause I knew it will be achieved easily. Just checked the score and felt srilanka has a very weak T20 team.

This Indian side has recently chased 200 plus scores successfully (against West Indies). A target of 143 was like child's play for them. On top of that, apart from Lasith Malinga the Sri Lankan side is missing good bowlers. India should have rested some of their star players such as Virat Kohli and KL Rahul. It may not be a bad idea to give a few matches to players such as Sanju Samson.
5191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee backs out of his $1 million bitcoin prediction on: January 07, 2020, 04:52:17 PM
Actually I am surprised that so many people took him seriously. John McAfee is like a cheap street hooker, who would flash her private parts to attract clients. Let's not forget the fact that this is the same guy who promoted scam ICOs, fully knowing the details about them. Users who trusted him lost huge amounts of money when these projects died out. I just hope that the authorities will be successful in detaining him and he will spend the rest of his miserable life in some dingy prison cell.
5192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: January 07, 2020, 04:45:48 PM
Yesterday I read the news, one of the analysts claims that Bitcoin will grow to 48,000 dollars, of course I was a little surprised. But then he decided how many people have so many opinions. Do you think such an outcome is possible?

People can give all sort of predictions. Two years back John McAfee predicted that Bitcoin will be worth $1 million per coin by 2020. We are already in 2020, and as far as I can see, Bitcoin is still struggling at sub-8,000 levels. Users need to be realistic with their expectation. Predictions of $1 million and similar amount looks good on paper. However, achieving those targets are never going to be easy.
5193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BItcoin: The path to $10,000,000 ten million dollars per coin on: January 07, 2020, 04:34:29 PM
These predictions are getting more and more ridiculous by the day. I have seen predictions for 25K per coin, 50K per coin, 100K per coin and even 1 million per coin. But this is the first time I have seen such an insane prediction of $10 million per coin. At this rate, the market capitalization of Bitcoin would be $200 trillion, which would represent 2/3rd of all the wealth in the world.
5194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 07, 2020, 04:28:01 PM
India has started well though both the openers are back in pavilion and and now India just require another 53 in 46 balls and have 8 wickets in hand . It should be an easy chase unless India loses some quick wickets now and end up in a troubled zone .

There is no fun in watching such one sided matches. I was watching the South Africa vs England test and switching back to Star Sports just to check the score from the T20 match. I was expecting a slightly better performance from Sri Lanka (still expecting them to lose), as they are better in the shorter formats. But they failed in every single department.
5195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto history making year 2020 started it's journey ! on: January 07, 2020, 04:19:11 PM
As of now everyone is happy with the current bull run. Bitcoin exchange rates increased by 15% since the new year, and the other altcoins are also posting similar gains. However, the PLUS token scam is hanging on our head like the sword of Damocles. Once the scammers dump their BTC and ETH in the market, the exchange rates for sure will get affected.
5196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Danger that awaits few coins on: January 07, 2020, 04:11:23 PM
The OP made his points very clear. A lot many of the altcoins are like inflated balloons and their current market capitalization represent 10x to 100x of their fair valuations. There can be no better example other than the Binance Token (BNB). That coin doesn't even represent the total worth of Binance exchange. Then how can it have a market capitalization of $2.3 billion?
5197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 07, 2020, 03:59:35 PM
Restricting srilanka to just 140 runs is a fantastic job by the bowlers. All of them bowled very well. Not to forget Shardul thakur. He got three wicket in one over. It is a one sided match now.

It was supposed to be a one sided match, and it is turning out to be one. So no surprises there. As I have pointed out many times, the gap between the big 3 teams and the other teams are widening. The gap has grown to such a level that the smaller teams are not even able to give meaningful fight against big teams such as India and Australia.
5198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: January 07, 2020, 03:51:51 PM
As of now, BNB is trading at $14 per coin. The value purely comes from the popularity of the Binance exchange. However, nothing is constant in the world of cryptocurrency. Currently, Binance is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange. But who knows what will be the case in the future? There is a strong chance that some other exchange may topple Binance from the top position. What will happen to BNB then?
5199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: January 07, 2020, 03:39:51 PM
You should not invest in many different types, but should only invest in a few good top altcoins like
Ethereum, Ripple, Binance Coin,Litecoin. Here you will be safer and more stable

One of the biggest issues remain storage. While dealing with multiple altcoins, how to store all these coins can become a big headache. There are multi-coin wallets available, however my experience with them was not very pleasant. Another option is to store these coins in exchange wallets, which once again is not a safe option. If the exchange closes down, then you will lose all these coins.

Amazing bowling by Ben Stokes in the end.

Good knocks in both innings and some crucial wickets in the end by Stokes- that's what was needed and he delivered so well. South Africa on the other hand needs some consistent Test players to hold them strong in batting area. Bowlers did it in the 1st Test but batsman were not well then and same thing was continued here in 2nd test. Atleast I would say that they got a little better from last year after how drastic they were after the World Cup.

They were horrible during the CWC 2019 and I never expected them to give such a strong fight to England. But at the same time, the core issues remain. South Africa continues to lose players to Kolpak. The latest in the list is Vernon Philander, who will be representing Somerset instead of South Africa from this year onward. There can be no recovery, unless this issue is properly addressed.
