Basically it's not an stupid exchange mate but the Network itself, Ethereum can't handle much transaction for now it was affecting all of Ethereum-Based dApps and Uniswap is one of them, Uni is offering us new concept especially DeFi and i think it's was revolutionary. Yes making an transaction on Uniswap it's worthless if you trade small amount like me so let's wait till Ethereum 2.0 Implemented and use some alternative like Pancakeswap (BSC), Matic (Quickswap), Tron (Justswap) Or 1inch (Ethereum, Lower fees).

Basically From my perspective Ethereum was Dying Slowly, Tons of new project especially DeFi, NFT and other different Concept starting to adopt BSC, Matic, Tron or other alternative since Ethereum Network was overloaded. Yes it's still on 2nd Position with highest Cap Alts out there but we are talking about long term for this one, For some whale or other big entities it won't becoming an issue but for some small people on the community like me, Paying $30 For $50 Transaction value is ridiculous.
I'm also noob and all of us is noob too, BSC is Binance Smart Chain, Copycat from Ethereum with 1:1 Similarity only it was PoS and Centralized (For Now). It's backed by one of the biggest crypto Exchange, Binance and if Ethereum Network continue like this i suppose BSC will Replacing Ethereum in the next 2-5 years, Well let's wait till ETH 2.0 Implemented and hope everything will becoming much better.

Nothing, BNB Was already have strong fundamental in the first place, It's backed by Binance with real utility use case, You can use it for Staking, Subscription (Launchpad), Lending and many more. BNB it's one the successful native Exchange currency that truly have utility, Beside that today we can see some bullish trend BNB when Ethereum Network was overloaded and the gas fee was ridiculous, If Eth 2.0 Implemented later, BNB will becoming another alternative like today and not dying.

But BSC Was Centralized (For Now (?)) and basically have good development to lately which making it more better, Current Ethereum Network is ridiculous and yeah only whale can survice today as you said, $30 Transaction Fee for swapping it's not even can be tolerated again. Let's Hope EIP 1559 & Ethereum 2.0 will be implemented so we can see some significant impact to the Ethereum Network.

Well, Every altcoin on current bullish season will have an potential to break ATH Especially for DENT, One of the Survived Altcoin from back 2017 and listed on Binance will give some push to current Price, Beside that DENT have an great concept by making an Blockchain-Based Marketplace for Mobile Data. I personally Hold some BNB & ETH from the beginning 2021 and get some good profit from that and if i have more money i will splitting it to below.

40% BNB, Strong Fundamental with tons of new Exciting news, Native currency from one of top crypto exchange and have low supply (Atleast $1000 This Year)
30% ETH, Upcoming EIP & Eth 2.0 will give some good impact on ETH Price for next 1-2 Years, Good for long term holders.
10% BTC, Not really much I suppose but good for investing.
10% DOT, Some People said "Ethereum-Killer" and i suppose not true but good alternative for sure.
10% Rest, Will do some scalping i suppose.

NFT It's not going to die, it's offering the market a new way to representing every digital asset to be unique and can't be manipulated, Imagine buying some Rare Baseball card with only some simple click without need to buying it from ebay or any marketplace out there and not even need to worry about fake item, Beside that it also can become an Identity verification and some exciting stuff in the future i suppose. The hype will end soon but it's not going to die for sure.

I suppose Doge still can rise to atleast $0.6 and basically i personally never though doge will even reach $0.1 Before, There will be a small chance if the crypto market was continue to bullish for next few weeks or months and "Maybe" We can see $1 Doge really soon. Well let's wait and see what will happen.

Bitcoin more likely will only become store on value same like Gold, Ethereum much better since it's offering different with use case with better Use case, It's smart contract can become a basis for financial process and everything and more transparently, faster & cheaper. XRP was good too since some bank already try to implement it, Beside that for fiat i suppose USDT still the main tools for now but since some country already experimenting with CBDC, It's going to be replaced later.

Lately some Decentralized Storage & Cloud was also come in to crypto Space like Arweave, CUDOS, AIOZ which will change everything. Well, let's wait for now and see what will happens!

Yeah it's also "Centralized" For now which is make other altcoin with same purpose like TRX, DOT Much better but hey it's Binance, Everything "Backed" by binance will be successful and beside that it's also the main currency on the Binance Ecosystem
So far BSC have much better Compatibility comparint to the others especially with DeFi or other Web3 dApps, It's copycat from Ethereum and we are already Familiar with this and that's why we personally me more comfort or familiar to use BSC-Based dApps.
