I know it takes time to handle accusations and some times, community will have people who believe in invalid accusations too. So it's better if a casino can have their preventive tools to break down bot operations as earliest as possible.
It's not that simple. Bots will always exist no matter how much sites improve their security protocols. Why? Because new bots will popup in place of old bots pretty quickly through minimal time and effort.

Social media sites like Twitter are also pretty bad at dealing with them and it has gotten worse ever since Musk took over.

Iftikhar gone after a couple of sixes! Rizwan is the lone man standing along with a couple of tail enders and they still need 99 runs which implies that the game is pretty much over for Pakistan basically.

Afridi was the only bowler who bowled admirably while Warner played one of the best knocks of his life along with Marsh.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker coming to stake.com in the near future ! on: October 20, 2023, 01:08:17 PM
Not to mention, Stake is facing a lot of complaints from customers at the moment and the rate of complains does not look like it's slowing down. It seems that they are facing bigger problems than tying to tap the poker market.
Valid points. The global economic meltdown this year hit them hard too due to which they cut many important bonuses here and there and they aren't resolving complaints quickly like before as you mentioned.

But since they at least said some sort of update now, that they will start and test it at stake.us, I guess it is now that far in the future to see the final product. But do I know it? Sure not! With stake we never know!
Yeah. I'm not holding my breath for it this year since they might eventually launch it next year or later.

My bet is on Pakistan to win against Australia though it won't be easy since both teams are under a lot of pressure after recent losses. Both teams are pretty weak in the batting and bowling departments.

Whoever bats first could have the advantage since this is a high scoring pitch and chasing increases the pressure basically.

If they decide to collaborate with big poker network such as ggpoker, they have bigger chance to survive with the poker.
Betcoin and fortunejak or may betnomi, these 3 sites did try to have poker but all of them also failed although they have player base but I'm sure the number of active players are not as big as what we can see in Stake.
Your points are valid, but not all of those active players are interested in poker which is why it's still risky though Stake can definitely afford to take that risk considering how rich and popular they are.

What I find odd is that @Ahoy posted about it way back in May and there hasn't been a single update about it since then which makes me think that they probably abandoned those plans.
526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 19, 2023, 04:16:05 PM
Virat 'King' Kohli! This wasn't his best century by a mile, but it was an entertaining one for sure since Bangladesh literally gave up on winning and only focused on trying to stop him from reaching his century at the end.

Miraz was the only great bowler while the rest were mediocre. All teams barring Sri Lanka still have a chance at qualifying for the top-4 spots.
527  Economy / Economics / Re: Young people needs productive mindset to be happy in life on: October 19, 2023, 01:04:31 PM
This logic doesn't just apply to young people though since it applies to people of all ages. Staying productive consistently for a long period of time is difficult and requires a lot of effort, but pays big dividends in the long run.

Another thing that I would like to add here is that you should work in a job that you actually like which helps improve productivity in a big way.

I think there are more people interested in crypto than we think and we just have to stay vigilant in spreading the word. Get people engaged and show them that crypto is here to stay. That along with new ways to use their crypto(such as poker) will be the way to get more and more interested in crypto.
Several crypto gambling sites tried attracting poker lovers, but failed primarily due to bad execution and losses. Stake will probably end up in a similar situation even if they actually decide to add poker later.

I hope this launch happens soon and I hope it goes well. I feel like poker is much easier to make money on vs all the other games a casino may offer.
I don't think it's happening anytime soon because the site isn't exactly in its best state due to bonus cuts, rising negative criticism etc.
529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 18, 2023, 04:49:05 PM
The New Zealand team won the match with a wonderful run rate, and New Zealand came on the number. 1st position in the point table in this World Cup, and the Afghanistan team again went to the last position in the point table.
Expected New Zealand to defeat Afghanistan pretty easily which is exactly what happened because upsets happen rarely. They pretty much secured one of the semifinal spots thanks to 4/4 wins with a great NRR.

Looks like New Zealand/India will end up lifting the cup this time around though the Kiwis chances are higher in comparison.
530  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Alfa Romeo F1 Team on: October 18, 2023, 01:21:17 PM
How do you think Stake ranks compared to other casinos in the market? More and more casinos are accepting cryptocurrencies.
It's still one of the best ones out there even though their popularity has definitely decreased somewhat in recent times thanks to all the bonus cuts, scam accusations etc. Be prepared to submit your KYC though if you want to play here.

I mean, a logical thinking person can always see through the bullshit I think but still people are falling for this. That's why it is very important to spread awareness about it.
Phishing sites are everywhere and will always exist thanks to so many naive people falling for their tricks again and again.

Lost a decent amount thanks to South Africa messing up against the Dutch out of nowhere. I always liked Bavuma as a batsman, but never as a captain which is why I feel that players like Miller etc could probably be better captains in comparison.

Also, I am not expecting this crazy upset streak to continue in the match between NZ and Afghanistan.
532  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽️ SPORTBETTING ADVICE ⚽️ on: October 17, 2023, 03:58:47 PM
Good basic tips op. However, you didn't talk much about value bets which is the best way to defeat books in the long-term though you will definitely get limited since most books hate value bettors with a passion.

Also, parlays are an awesome way to turn small amounts into big money through minimal risk and they help your accounts last longer.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 17, 2023, 01:08:46 PM
Looks like South Africa is all set to decimate Netherlands as expected. None of the Dutch batsmen played particularly well thanks to some great bowling by Rabada, Jansen and the rest too.

My guess is that they might end up scoring something close to 180 which South Africa will chase down in 25 overs easily.

I also was lured to play on 1xbet just a couple of months ago, though like I've mentioned here before that i did not encounter any issues, but all these negative talks about the casino is really making me afraid of ever using them again, I will try and warn my friends to stay clear from 1xbet going forward, and if they ask why, am just going to point them to this thread, as well as the Wikipedia page shared above.
Good thinking. They will payout sometimes and make you think that they are completely legit which is how they justify themselves whenever people question them about any shady activity basically.

There are plenty of legit crypto and FIAT gambling sites out there where you don't need to worry about them scamming you at any point.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 16, 2023, 04:24:42 PM
What the heck is wrong with Sri Lanka. They went from winning positions to losing positions within a short gap since this tournament started. They were 120/0 at one stage and they folded for 209 which is embarassing.

Australia struggled to win which goes to show why they won't win the cup this time. Sri Lanka is almost out of the race too.
536  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 Official Partner of Newcastle United Football Club on: October 16, 2023, 01:41:06 PM
Anyone else is having problem in placing bets? It seems the place bet button is disabled and I can not place a bet. There is a warning icon at the top right corner, but it does not show any information. It was not there before.
If you somehow managed to place that bet, you got screwed since England lost comfortably against Afghanistan thanks to a crazy upset. They failed in literally every area which is why they deserved this loss.

I was on a great winning streak which stopped all thanks to this upset. Unexpected twist in this one-sided World Cup so far.

I don't want anybody to think or believe that I am defending 1xbet for whatever reason, I am only trying to be real here, there is no need calling white black and black white here, whoever have a good review of a casino should say it and be truthful about it, while those who have a  bad review should also say it and be truthful about it, 1xbet is not bankrupt as far as i know.
Scam sites like 1xbet and 1xbit don't blindly scam every single customer. They do process withdrawals successfully sometimes(Small and Big), but they selectively scam some punters randomly which is how they operate.

It's like a HYIP scheme basically. They may/may not be bankrupt, but they are most definitely scam sites period.
538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 15, 2023, 06:23:59 PM
I don't think its an upset as Afghanistan is as good as any test playing team in this tournament. England took the right decision of bowling first but its the Afghan batting that surprised English bowlers by giving a target of 285 runs today. England batting failed miserably today, they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. England now have lost 2 of there matches in this WC and they don't have options to lose any of there remaining game.
Not an upset? Afg good as any test playing team? Seriously? They are only good in the T-20 format and perform pretty badly in other formats which is why you are wrong and this is definitely a huge upset.

What helped Afghanistan the most here is the spin friendly pitch and great batting performances by the top, middle and lower order.

Just checked Wikipedia about 1xbet and the truth is visible to everyone.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1xBet#:~:text=These%20are%20%22Sergey%20Karshkov%22%2C,case%2C%20with%20penalty%20of%20imprisonment.

The site was declared a scam a long time ago. It was also declared to be bankrupt earlier this year itself. It's still up and running somehow just like 1xbit. Also, the co-founder died way back in June itself. Trash Russian sites!
540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 15, 2023, 01:09:44 PM
Afghanistan surprised me by posting a total close to 300 which is a decent target though I don't think that will be enough to win against the English who have plenty of capable batsmen. Am expecting England to thrash them.

They need to trigger a batting collapse if they somehow want to win this match in my opinion.
