Why do you, if you do, invest in ICOs?
All investors always want to get big profit and ICOs is a chance. Of course have many altcoin price is down after ICOs end but if a good project then it will soon get back the initial worth even increase fast to generate a big profit for investor ( ex: NEO) |

To me the best way would be to buy when everyone is depressed. You should check the sentiment of people on forums, and see if they are selling their coins, blame the team, etc. If you see that the project behind an alt is good, this is the right time to buy. i think all goverment will soon collect taxes all ICO. Beside they also research sulutions that collect taxes with person who is holding bitcoin. So you should not worry. In the future you will have to pay taxes
