So if the USD price of WiC increases, the user will just have to reduce the WiFi price in WiC to adapt to the market prices. Thanks! Thank you for the fast answer! Hey, so as you already know we will be on Livecoin on day 1 which is a a decent sized exchange with daily volume in excess of 24 Million USD. Apart from that we have been in talks with Bittrex and they don't commit to add yet to be launched coins. But we should be hopefully be listed there soon after launch like most other innovative coins. |

You dont know how many times i was stuck abroad needing internet connection and searching for a Wi-Fi spot i could connect to.
You are offering an interesting and useful solution which can help a lot of travelers. I will be monitoring your progress.
Not just the traveler but also the whole vast majority of mobile and internet users, since US and europe often use data on there mobile phone and on asia using data is more expensive than having a WiFi around your house.
Except you need a connection in the first place to be able to connect the WiC App to the internet to get the map of local Wi-Fi spots. Either you need to find a free or paid Wi-Fi spot before you can use WiC, or you need to buy WiC spots in the destination before you leave. But that won't always work, for example if you're on a road trip and need Wi-Fi along the way.
Like it says in the whitepaper, there will be an option for an offline map with all the WiFi spots. And if i understand correctly, u wont buy the actual password, but will pay to connect. So they can do some kind of limited connection just for paying and after that you can have a full access. Maybe dev can explain in details.

I still don't understand how this works exactly. Do I earn coin for sharing my wifi password ? Do people use my wifi to earn me coins or do I is theirs ? I'm sorry this is very confusing. It's very cool though. New idea so thats good.
Hey, So how it works is you can rent out your WiFi network to anyone in need via our CryptoWi app. When you upload your WiFi network to the app, you get 100 WiC as a reward for that. You can also set a custom price in WiC for that network which you will earn if anyone else connects to it. So for example, if you set the price at 50 WiC, another user who wants to use your WiFi will have to pay you this amount first and then use the WiFi. Let me know if you have further questions. can i block or set some connection detailed stuff in the mobile application for my wifi?
Hey, as far as issues regarding illegal activity are concerned, there is no real incentive to use our app for illegal purposes since it would create unnecessary issues for that person. He could easily go to a Starbucks or McDonalds and use their WiFi; no reason to download this app, then buy WiC and then pay for it. Also, since our main aim is mass adoption, we have made it extremely easy and secure for the users. They don't need to worry about security concerns since if you have seen our app demo, you will realize that the end user does not have to do anything except click on a WiFi and buy it. The app does the rest and connects directly without exposing any details to the end user. Also this is all encrypted. |
