Well, signature campaign is basically where you advertise for the company, you need to be active for there are requirements on minimum no of post you have to make per week.
For the signature campaign l, a couple of codes are always provided for you based on your rank, you copy the code and move to your profile and post it there. Try and read the instruction on the bounty program you are trying to participate. . . Instructions are very important in bounty program.
To wear an avatar simply mean you put the company logo /image provided on your profile (dm) just as your would do on whatsapp/telegram or any of the social media platform.

Signature campaign is very productive and I do think it's very effective way to let your project out the the community. Crypto is community driven, you need to take your project to the community reach out to people and forums, and that's what signature campaign does for you.
From my experience as a software developer and social media advertising expert, ordinarily the signature campaign is where your advert would have been if you advertise on one of the agencies platform like Google or Co.
If Google advertisement still work, then Signature Campaign is still a very effective means of getting your product to the community.
Weather quality post or not, the essence is to see the Signature and learn about the the project in the signature, but the ecosystem should be of highest priority, campaign managers should only encourage quality post for effectiveness and valuing service of the entire ecosystem.

Hello Bitcointalk Elders,
As you can see I am still a newbie and need some clarity on certain issues relating to my ecosystem and my future activities in this forum, I thank you so much for your time and do well to drop your kind response as much as you can help, I would be so grateful for your time.
I registered here months ago; but, started activity few weeks back, hunting for some crypto(altcoin) bounty.
Question One : I am interested in making some few buck here with bounty, what are the necessary things I need to look out; for a good bounty that pays well ?
Question Two : I am very interested in becoming an effective campaign manager in near future, how do I position myself to my future client 's, how do I scout and pitch to ICOs ? How do I grow my profile to be suited for this position of a bounty manager ? How do I get to know about an ICO before it gets to the market (begins bounty campaign ) ?
Question Three : is bounty hunt worth the time and effort ? How much can I earn from bounty hunt on the average ? What measures do I need to take to maximise my earning potential?
Question Four : what you do with the bounty coin after you earn them ? Do you keep the coin or you just sell off when it hit the exchange.
Please, do justice to the question above and help a bro, and I am very ready to learn from an experienced bounty manager if anyone is willing to take me to class (Training).
Thanks for your time. Warm regards. Cheer.

I think projects spell out their earning on their bounty thread, you just need to look for the project that pays well.
Generally, the signature bounty and creative content are well paid judging by the way bounties are distributed, but then I don't really know how much they are worth on the average in a week.
Time shall tell.

While checking the rank of the bounty manager, if the account is a newbie account, I consider two factor and make my decision fast.
If the bounty is managed by the project team itself, then likely it's not a scam but if it's managed by a third party who is a newbie likely a scam.
I am no expert here just trying to make my opinion, it is subject to change over time.

Good bounty !!! Well I am no expert in bounty hunt, infact I an just beginning, probably this might change with time, but I keep this rules while hunting for bounty.
1. Coin Prospects : I ask myself can I buy this coin if I had the money ? What real world problem does this coin solves ? If it solves real world problem then I am in, I look at the team. Hunting for bounty is time demanding my effort shouldn't go in vain after investing 4 -10 weeks doing bounty.
2. The payout : I also check the payout, if the twitter and Facebook payout aren't encouraging I am out, most pay out are in bittcointalk campaign's. With time I would be able to participate.
3. The Task : bounty task is put into cosideration also, for flexibility to do your day's job, other bounties and still be effective, i have learnt my lesson and would not do bounties that require you to post 4post/tweet 4 times a day, they are tasking and very demand in and are very ineffective, they are spammious in nature.

I currently hold 1000BTW, I am certain to hold for a long time. the project has grown organically, the team are anonymous but the development has been progressive with time I think it would go to the moon, my hands are crossed.
