521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do? on: August 28, 2019, 01:04:54 PM

Is there anything what we can do to punish them?

If their identities are known, investors who were scammed can lodge a complaint to the criminal unity or anti-cybercrime unity in their country, that in turn will work with the appropriate law enforcement agencies for arrest and investigation. When Saveroid CEO did pull an exit scam stunt, some investors were willing to report him, he would later explain his reasons. I am one of the buyers of that Saveroid, till date the project is just like a walking corpse. This is not going to be an easy task though, most times they fake their identity.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Still looking For New Coins When Bitcoin Dominance Hit 90% on: August 28, 2019, 12:55:58 PM
Even if the bitcoin dominance was 90%, the remaining 10% will be shared by altcoins, and the useless altcoin projects will just give way for an innovative project that has a good plan and support. We will not stop having a good challenging new coin in the market. But many useless projects will have to close business.
523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming Financially Free With Bitcoin on: August 28, 2019, 12:45:43 PM
Quote

If it pays off, my route to financial freedom will be LIGHT YEARS faster than I could ever expect from property, gold, bonds, or investing in the stock market as a whole.

It surely will pay off with some patience. Since you are not entirely relying on the investment and you still have other means of survival. This plan would have been closely harshed if you had this same thought when bitcoin dropped to $3k plus early this year and would later move by times 4.
524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 76% of dark market using Bitcoin on: August 28, 2019, 12:38:33 PM
I think they use bitcoin because of its ease of acceptance and its price and market dominance showing bitcoin as the most trusted of any coin. Monero at 4% is very low despite been a privacy coin.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MIRACLE TELE SCAM??? on: August 27, 2019, 02:30:48 AM
The CEO and the employees are at longer heads, the CEO is just too arrogant and takes a hasty and harsh decision and never listen to advise. He should even altogether stop the daily reward rather victimizing some account. They said they were on vacation, mind you, I don't think they will resume back because of too many shady activities. If they ever come back, that would have been an extraordinary miracle.
526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright is official a fraud on: August 27, 2019, 02:10:33 AM
This is a remarkable judgment. Wright should have joined the community in propagating cryptocurrency in a good light rather resorting to self-inflicted destruction, and now his believers that bought BSV are currently in pains. Heros never try to prove their identities, his followers should have known this.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: don't rely on gift tokens, balance your time with other things. on: August 26, 2019, 10:46:40 AM
Relying only on bounty and airdrop for survival will always lead to a sorry life. I use to rely on bounty campaign because I thought every project will succeed, but after many failed projects from bountyhive, I had to start trading, I have made from trading what bounty campaign couldn't deliver for more than a year. If one has the fund and know how to select a good coin, trading is far better.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My greatest crypto regret on: August 26, 2019, 10:37:53 AM
One of my greatest regrets is to have listened to some stupid analysis just before the hard-fork of bitcoin giving birth to bitcoin cash that while holding bitcoin, that our bitcoin could just evaporate from our wallet if there happen to be a code error. I foolishly didn't buy and boom bitcoin started pumping, in other to keep up with the wrong advise, I invested heavily on some online investment and ICO and they all died with my money.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Zipmex Is Giving Free $15 Bitcoins on: August 26, 2019, 10:26:12 AM
It's just a way of trying to get active traders which is not a bad idea, the only concern should be the reputation of the exchange and how much they charge their customers a fee.  In the end, only customer friendly exchanges with good reputation will survive.
530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are banks scared of crypto on: August 25, 2019, 05:03:28 PM
Nothing to fear at all. The banks have loss already, and they have no choice than supporting the hedge cutting technology, many banks are even now discussing blockchain support, even though they claim to still be studying cryptocurrency.
531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: August 25, 2019, 04:59:49 PM
People trust the bitcoin more than any other coins available in the market and that will ever be created, Satoshi is anonymous and built the bitcoin on a very valuable technology and he doesn't even have control over it now, and the government can not arrest anyone for been the creator of bitcoin and it has nothing like board of directors.

533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first country in the world. Officially salary in cryptocurrency! on: August 16, 2019, 02:48:33 PM
Is New Zealand about to mint their stablecoin or going to peg against XRP or the bitcoin. I would have loved it if you had included the source to this post so I read the mechanism of the operation. Good move but hope they wouldn't be making some calculative error.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better than an ICO and IEO? Introducing the SCO on: August 15, 2019, 08:06:20 AM
I don't know how this will be better than ICO and IEO. Maybe it will prevent price dumping. A dishonest team can still destroy the model. Nothing appears to be new under the sun. I will keep a watch.
535  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a Stock Market Crash affect Bitcoin? on: August 15, 2019, 07:54:58 AM
I think the crash of the stock market will make investors buy bitcoin and trade it. I am currently in talks with my fund manager to sell off my mutual fund so I can invest the same in bitcoin. Bitcoin will appear to be a safe haven and this is expected to bring more liquidity to the market.
536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are Virgin Bitcoins on: August 14, 2019, 03:10:45 PM
This is the biggest joke I have read in days. Your article is very lengthy but I strongly disagree with you. Newly minted $500 is no more valuable than 2017 $500, both commands the same value.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Was Created By Our Lord and Saviour Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 14, 2019, 02:30:14 PM
This makes a mockery of Christianity. I will be glad if you desist from always linking bitcoin with religion. Satoshi won't be happy with such a post that attributes him with the Saviour Jesus.
538  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Miracle Tele Is a Scam Stay Away on: August 14, 2019, 11:38:38 AM
P.S. A couple of months ago there was a moment when there was an announcement on official miracle tele website, that this token will be listed on binance. That announcement was there only for 10 or 20 minutes max. But people still have saved screenshots of that...

I didn't see this announcement, this was a big red flag. I almost sold off my token, until something pulled me back. I have suspected the project and its team. The CEO is a dishonest person. This may have just ended the Pyramid scheme. Although some persons want to take legal action against them. One of the best moderator by name Sonny left the telegram group.
539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Suspected Bitcoin mining scam on: August 13, 2019, 12:41:41 PM
You have been scammed. You don't invest money with just anyone you meet online. Even Genesis stopped paying me for long because of bitcoin difficult level, and hasflare terminated my mining contract making me lose my capital. Friend, you must never seek the easy way in crypto. Get to learn how to trade BTC/USD/USDT. forget paying some expert online, most are scammers who want to steal your fund.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your family thinks about that you into crypto on: August 13, 2019, 11:58:48 AM
My mother thought  I was a fraudster for been always online when she saw I didn't suddenly become rich, she started telling me to get a good job and close down my office. I sometimes don't know what to tell her or she could believe that Crypto is as real as the real economic sector.
