About the question "Are NFTs art?" I would say yes and no.
Yes,because we can't deny the creative effort,that was put in most NFTs(I exclude all the plagiarized ones)everything can be viewed as art in one way or another.
No,because most NFTs are created with the sole purpose of being sold.
Pieces of art like paintings and sculptures are created with the same purpose,but this is NOT their MAIN purpose.The main purpose is the artist expressing himself and his views about the world(or something else) in that particular piece of art.

I completely agree with you that NFT can not be attributed to art in the literal sense, but, as it were, to a branch from the skill tree. Of course, certain skills and knowledge of the technical component are required. But traditional art of various directions, whether it be painting or sculpture, expresses the thinking and inner world of a person who creates his masterpiece. I think that is why many people of art died in poverty because they were not understood by their contemporaries. |

NFT is not a must and of course you will not left behind if you didn't know it since the majority of the people in the world still don't know or use NFT. NFT is a breakthrough technology for arts, games and collection industry but still there's always a pros and cons when using especially for the valuation of NFT's. Just like DeFi, It is just a seasonal trend and maybe in the future it will become obsolete due to new much better technology. The only it was become a hype is due to the insane valuation of some NFT which is due to price manipulation.
Imagine a scenario where instead of acquiring a college degree from Harvard University, which we all know that college degree do not teach real skills. What if you undergo a mentorship from people like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Gary Vey and the proof is not certificate but an NFT? I see that NFT will become a great deal in the future. However, this is just starting. Interesting idea. But to get such a certificate, you need to make a lot of effort. And it can cost as much as studying at Harvard, or maybe much more. |

The biggest gas fee I paid was $50. This was when I transferred the stablecoin USDT from Polygon to the Ethereum network on Metamask. It was a long time ago and out of ignorance of some options. This will not happen again and everything will be done at a lower cost. |

Polygon Matic is nothing but a scaling solution for ETH transaction, it brings cheaper and faster transaction to the table through its layer 2 side chains, if you ask me this is something that's lacking in crypto space for some time now, I believe this project will have it's safe place in crypto space for a very long time, you are safe to invest in polygon
