I am sure Vitalik would have invested in Dogecoin, which is why he is trying every means to promote it, by using his influence.
It would have been better if he had geared that influence and effort towards making more promotions for ethereum.
Although, ethereum itself needs some upgrades, most especially on scalability.

It is not really because they are afraid of being dumped, rather I would say that they lack proper planning and that listing on good exchanges these days require a lot, which they (the project team), might not be able to fulfill at that time. Which is why they still wait to see if it will be possible. |

I just thought and wished that sometimes I could invest in presale, but just as good as it is, it also has its shortcomings.
Although, I prefer more the presale of IEO of good projects, on reputable exchange. It's just that sometimes, it is not easy to buy them, because of competition.
