521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: January 15, 2020, 09:09:01 AM
All my expectations is on bitcoin now since i stopped keeping many altcoins and sold off to buy more bitcoin, now i have 0.5btc and i hope bitcoin will reach 20k if not a new ATH at least so i will make the half of 20k this year
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining crypto by walking on: January 15, 2020, 09:03:27 AM
These type of coins will always end up dead because the use case is worthless, this have no good use but generate profits while walking or running, sorry pal this is not what crypto space ask for nowadays, investors want real projects that will help the entire crypto world
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quality or Price? - which one you look when buying altcoins? on: January 15, 2020, 09:00:25 AM
The quality of a project matters the most, there is difference between holding bitcoin and holding pundix but sometimes it's good to buy cheap coins as well, not all coins that are cheap are bad, remember that quality projects are once cheap coins as well
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why We Need Bitcoin, If Altcoins Transfers Are Faster And Cheaper on: January 14, 2020, 08:07:49 AM
Bitcoin have delivered trust more than all other altcoins can ever delivered, it will remain the people's first choice for a long time if not forever, for transaction speeds altcoins win but for store of value or strong and trust bitcoin wins
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PoW to PoS - questions on: January 14, 2020, 07:58:37 AM
Is Proof of Work is going to lose popularity compared to Proof of Stake? Ethereum is going to PoS.
Is there going to be a lot of hash (computational) power idle because of shifting to PoS?
Where that power be used then? Will it address such decentralized computing projects as Golem, Storj, Sia, etc?

Many miners will have no choice but to move hashing power to other coins when ETH switched to POS but it's really a shame because ETH till this day is the most profitable coin to mine, the only option left is monero because it's the second most profitable coin to mine
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the altcoin market being manipulated in 2020? on: January 14, 2020, 07:44:26 AM
Hello There!  Wink

At one time, I stopped being interested in the altcoin-markets because of the situation there. Famous projects were dropping their bags off to gullible investors to get even more money.

Do you think the situation has changed in the year 2020?  Huh
Is it safe to trade ERC-20 tokens and is it possible to earn something else?
Fee tokens are still good, in terms of their use cases i mean but many of them aren't worth it, no one wants to bag them anymore, now all i did was sold off all tokens i have and leave few good ones just in case market take good turn, i presently look unto bitcoin and eth only
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: warning be aware from Hitbtc exchange on: January 12, 2020, 02:34:52 PM
I'm not surprised, I've promised to stop using hitbtc exchange since 2017 when you hold some of my coins for no reason sake and they never get back to me after writing to their email, its a shame that a top rated exchange acts this day, this is one of the reasons why DEX exchanges will make way in future
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why you need to store your money in your hands! on: January 12, 2020, 02:28:35 PM
Most money that binance exchange freeze are illegal or fraud money, this advice is only for those who aren't 100% clean or are involve in illegal activities like scams and money laundering, its really a good thing if they froze any bitcoin that looks suspicious
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: January 11, 2020, 04:10:29 PM
Every legit projects starts with hope of accomplishing their goals but most projects have bad teams that change their ways after money gets involved, there are many competitions in crypto space but most problems are from the team
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Forks Are Bad? on: January 11, 2020, 04:02:40 PM
Many fork coins are actually bad, you mentioned zclassic but it looks like an abandoned project already, no new updates and no new exchange listing, all three available exchanges are small exchanges, i know few forks are good but you still need to do your research very well before making decision on fork coins
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have a $2000 and had to invest in crypto which coins would you buy ? why? on: January 10, 2020, 11:45:47 AM
For me i will prefer to buy bitcoin, look at 2019 btc is the only coin that still brings huge profit for investors, i made 4k in crypto very early this year and i just buy bitcoin straight, halving is on the way and i am sure that bitcoin will surge
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much should i trust crypto Youtuber? on: January 10, 2020, 11:37:52 AM
Trust no body but yourself, what ever you hear from any crypto expert are all still categorised as prediction, it's not certain that things will go as they say, instead of relying on them better shape yourself up and do your own research
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here Are the Five Blockchain Projects to Keep an Eye on in 2020 on: January 09, 2020, 07:39:02 AM
Yes all the projects in the article are promising as per my own research, have you done your own research? If no its better to do yours because you might be able to see something I couldn't and just because the article said they are good doesn't always mean they are so only invest what you can afford to lose
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: January 08, 2020, 11:18:38 AM
Altcoins that brings something entirely new, unlike something we've seen already on other altcoins, many new altcoins still lacks in this area but its not impossible, rare real use case is the answer and most new coins don't have this
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do you treat the current airdrop bounty? on: January 07, 2020, 02:31:49 PM
There are more airdrop bounties now, and many of them are rubbish.

And there is a lot of deceptive content, are the forum partners involved?

Would you like to set up a TELEGRAM group to discuss and exchange?

You can help each other, knowing that it is a liar airdrop, and that is an effective high-quality airdrop.

Interested to join the group: @bountypr_airdrop

Or chat here and help each other.

There is no need to join any group for bounties discussion, every thing you are seeking for is right here on this very forum, if you come across any new bounty project just do your own research and check out scam discussion thread time to time
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The best exchange in 2019? on: January 07, 2020, 02:25:31 PM
The best exchange you can ever trade on is binance, they have real volume and no sign of watch trades or bots, their service is good and they solve problems instantly, binance will remain my best until another takes the lead over binance
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin you love to see die soon and why? on: January 06, 2020, 06:46:38 AM
Who doesn't want shitcoins to disappear from crypto space? We all hope for this but since crypto world is a free world without laws or rules we investors are the ones to look out for each other, time is the only thing that can kill shit projects
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Liquidity pushes IEO projects up on: January 06, 2020, 06:44:14 AM
Yes, but to get listed on the most reputable exchanges you need to pay higher fees and also you need to prove that you are legit. And that is the problem right? How many IEOs and ICOs are legit nowadays?
Very low projects are legit nowadays and that is why we have to rely on projects from top exchanges instead of projects that lists on low exchanges, i think it's that simple, many projects have failed in 2019 because they list on low exchanges and the developers still failed to learn lesson
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters answers needed on: January 05, 2020, 01:31:15 PM
I will leave that bounty. Because without update I can't continue my work.Because this kind of project turned to scam or failed (Majority percent). Also few managers are lazy and not responsible that’s why it happen.
We have different take on this, I'm ok with only updating on a weekly basis, they don't have to, as long in the final tally and stakes distribution they are all correct and within the time frame of the promised distribution, I have encountered a bounty campaign that counted the stake in the last week of the campaign, but they all counted it right and distributed ahead of time.
Many will surely miss their stake in signature campaign because post can be removed at any time, I will just advice such bounty hunters in that position to make sure they post good posts to avoid missing stakes
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: January 05, 2020, 01:26:57 PM
Here are few things I always make sure that any coin I hold has

1. Serious team that put investors first, they will always want to hear from investors.
2. Standalone project that introduce something very new, not repetitive ideas.
3. The plan to list on better exchanges

Here is my own little advice, forget about whitepaper, just go through it to know more about the project only, do not let whitepaper be the main reason you choose a project.
