Are we sure that blockchain prioblems have been resolved? Cryptsy was frozen all day yesterday. I made a withdrawal after it was unfrozen. The coins never came. I check the transaction ID with the blockchain

There is no record of this transaction on the blockchain. Are we sure Cryptsy is on the right fork? They were down as Bittrex was but no one commented on it. I am also writing Cryptsy.

I am unable to get V2.4.2 to run. In fact, v2.4.0 wont run,either (?). Version 2.3.1 runs fine. What am I missing? I run a robust windows 7 machine. Any help would be appreciated! Love to give SFRPay a shot!
You need to redownload the blockchain for the wallet after hardfork. Delete all except wallet.dat in your roaming/saffroncoin folder. See, that's just it- I don't have a file for Saffron in my appData/Roaming folder! I've looked everywhere- I run most of my wallets on a separate derive, but all my wallet folders with their wallet.dat files are in my /roaming folder on my main drive. All except for Saffron. No saffron, no SFR. It's always been that way with my Saffron wallets- I mentioned it to the DEV before upgrading to V2.4, so I could back the dang .dat file up, but I threw my coins on an exchange and then did the upgrade, and it went without a hitch, but now it will not run- opens and crashes. Same with V2.4.2. The file has to be somewhere because it is loading. The first time you start the wallet without having any blockchain or the Saffroncoin folder, you would be prompted the location to store the blockchain. Probably the first time you used this wallet, you would have chosen a location apart from the default location. Your blockchain would be stored on your custom location. You can try the classic version 1.3.4 and see if that works. |

I'm trying to run the new wallet on Ubuntu 14.04.1 and all i get is  Segmentation fault (core dumped) cant you update the github for the new version so i can compile it??!! The github is updated with the latest version. github.com/saffroncoin/wallet20 has the multi-tasking wallet code. Others have used the linux wallet available for download and it works fine |

If you have problems while SFRPay Payment page taking a long time to load, please stop and refresh the page again. You may have to do it 2-3 times.

I just want to say I found this coin a few weeks ago by accident, can't even remember how, I think I was mining on a multi pool and got some of the coins and noticed the decent price per coin and then did a quick search. Needless to say I have not sold one coin after reading everything on this thread about this coin. I only have about 1200 coins but I am not trading/selling any time soon. This coin looks very promising and I will get rich or go broke with the little I have. I have mined and traded a lot of alt coins, never even bothering to see what the coin was about, but this one jumped out at me, gut feeling I guess. I just want to say in my opinion this coin will be the next bitcoin based on the features. With the things I see you will be able to do everything you need/want within the wallet and need no outside service of any kind, kinda like a bank. Awesome job developers keep up the good work. I will keep mining and ope to be able to donate in the future for all your hard work.

^^^^This is why SFR is one of the best if not the best long term investments. You forgot to mention Video and Voice messaging and chat intergration. And Im sure there are a few other features you havnt mentioned, understandable so  To recap SFR will have an in wallet decentralized escrow with SFRDirect which is huge. And you guys will work to implement main stream centralized services but make them decentralized. Genius. Yup Voice and Video calls will be a part of SFRMS. That is a near term feature and will be implemented soon. |

We would like to propose some upcoming features. Your input would greatly help.
We are really excited about some unique features we are going to develop.
One of those features is SFRDirect.
We had drafted this out briefly some time back but now we feel it is time to start developing it and push it up our Roadmap.
SFRDirect would be a decentralized escrow service that connects buyers and sellers to buy and sell SFR at a single price. You do not need to trust any person or service to hold your funds. A trusted node on the entire SFR network will handle this for you.
We will have a WhitePaper prepared explaining SFRDirect and its implementation in detail later.
This would become the World's first decentralized escrow service.
This is currently our "big" feature and would take time to develop.
There are some other features that we have in our mind such as a coin recycler. We are not sure if there is still a market for a coin recycler but if you guys want it, we will have it developed.
For those that don't know, a coin recycler enables you to convert any other coin to SFR. If you have a bunch of altcoins that you want to get rid off, you can recycle them for SFR.
We were very interested in ROXCoin. It was a very promising coin but it died due to their Developers leaving. We can't revive ROXCoin but we are thinking of implementing some of its features in SFR.
We can target Hollywood as well as Bollywood. It will in fact help the growth of cryptos. We could also implement a unique feature where you are listening to a particular song in your wallet and you can transmit that song to nodes that you choose on the SFR network. It is like decentralized music sharing!
If we have good response for this, we will include it in our roadmap.
There is one more thing which we are most excited about and would bring the next revolutionary feature in crypto. We will have one of the most used centralized feature, decentralized. This would let different altcoins actually "talk" to each other. It is high time altcoins stop competing against each other and start working together. This feature would very much enable that. We will be working with other coin developers to bring this out.

More details please. Out of curiosity, why do you prefer the Classic version? Hi. I found the solution with a colleague of an other forum . The solution was to delete all files except the wallet.dat . Concerning the version , i prefered the classic one because i never tried the other one .  We would like it that you give it a try. I am pretty sure you will be amazed at what all we have included. |
