I think there is quite a bit of accumulation occuring. Could be speculation that Incent will rocket on Bittrex and COVAL will benefit as well. Like the old Monero/Dash wars! 

Perhaps a direct message on slack advising the same would have been helpful.

I suspect Ahmed has been deleting sig bounty claims for his own personal reasons - nothing to do with rules or procedures.

The team either don't care or are complicit.

Unfortunately development time appears to be measured in geological as opposed to human time frames. That, and the, frankly, bizarre decision to go with the bloat of counterparty token makes one suspicious that this whole project was just a wheeze by lloyal to spin off their investor responsibilities.

Check the spreadsheet. Like me, they probably retrospectively and arbitrarily rejected you for daring to politely ask why you are being ignored or where your bounty is.

If this is how they behave with us - would you really want to rely on them to get you your hard earned wages paid?

Maybe you can tell me why my sig bounty was rejected, after showing as successful for many weeks on the 'final' spreadsheet, then long after the end of the campaign and despite my getting a PM on here from Ahmed that my stake was successful?


After going through the rigmarole of setting up another ICO account with a different email - weeks later my stake is 'rejected' despite my following the rules.
Something to do with me moaning, once, on the Slack bounty channel that Ahmed was ignoring my messages?

Incent, Waves, Ardor, Chronobank (if you can get them for < 1$) - ICO coins that raised good funds and with devs who don't do a runner are a good long term invest (Ardor is more a 2nd gen ICO).

It might be the strongest but it's power is concentrated amongst a small Chinese cabal.

The odd thing is it should only delete wallet.dat if it doesn't see a file called wallet.dat where it expects to. It should attempt and complain about a wallet.dat that it cannot read or understand it's structure. You could check read/write/modify in file properties. I take it as read that you already checked the log file (in the same directory or through the LTC gui in 'console'. This should tell you step by step what the node does when you drop your .dat file in the directory and fire up the LTC node.
Maybe you should try an older build - see if that can read your wallet. Even if it can't sync and shows an empty balance it will still incrementally update the wallet.dat file itself whils leaving your private keys intact.

Meanwhile you could also start the same thread in the Bitcoin section and substitute Bitcoin client for Litecoin client in your question as it is very likely that the issue you are having could just as easily (and possibly more likely) be answered there.

Strange one. Is the old wallet.dat from a node of the same version? Is it from a different OS - windows hides extensions sometimes - have you double checked the wallet.dat file properties? Finally - are you sure it's a Litecoin wallet.dat - most Bitcoin fork/clones use the same filename and default directory structure.

I don't see why. Yes it had a trusted setup. The trust was required during setup and destruction of the source parts. Now the launch was done and was seen to be trustworthy no further trust is required. Now, because of that people can benefit from anonymity of transactions. What's the problem?

ZCash is not over! If ZClassic were to track 10% of ZCash in a similar fashion to ETH/ETC I would be happy. I can't see ZClassic marketcap challenging zcash unless it changes it's dumb name. Everything else about ZClassic is cool, however.
