521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Core 0.10.0 has been released on: March 01, 2015, 04:18:51 PM
Yeah, sometimes it seems like the bitcoin-core developers are focussed on developing bitcoin-core.

Do you not understand that having a functional client is absolutely essential, and that without it the network just doesn't work? We can't all use SPV clients - what would they connect to?

I think where you're going wrong is in thinking that "we" have or are looking for "investors".

Anyway, if there is no demand for bitcoin why is it trading at over $200 per unit?

I think where you are going wrong is thinking the development team of a coin is responsible solely on the core and the wallet, there is more to a coin than just that!

Do you understand the meaning if it aint broke dont fix it, if you have to fix it make sure it works!! ? You had 100 people working on an update and you still have some transaction times between 30 to 120 minutes, (with or without a fee added)so what have they really done? I noticed no change on my end as a user, as a coder I see a lot, but at the end of the rope, users care none about the programming they care about how fast their transactions get processed, if they have to wait 2 hours adaptation and adoption becomes a hard goal to achieve!!!

Bitcoin  needed investors from day one without them bitcoin  would be NOWHERE, investors bought the coins and helped to jump start the block chain, they bought mining hardware and helped secure the chain, without them "you" would have nothing, no transactions to process, no blockchain, and you sill need them, more now than before actually with a difficulty of over 40 billion. So, dont kick the gift horse in the mouth now because you feel you milked that tit dry and dont need it anymore. Because, in todays crytpo industry, attitude like that will bury your precious bitcoin and it will be replaced by a coin with a development team who cares about all the aspects of developing a coin, especially the people who pay the bills (investors)

I can see you are completely uneducated on trading and how it works, let me help you. The only thing bitcoin has is its tradable value, thats why it trades at over 200 bucks a coin ( the investors is why) in all actuality there is no demand for it at all.

Example: When china needs a product from japan they have a demand for the Japanese Yen, thus they buy it, then the value increases.

With bitcoin there is nothing that makes people have a need or a want to buy it "EXCEPT" the fact they can buy a few and sell a few and maybe make a profit doing it. (ITS TRADABLE MARKET) this si not a demand this is a hobby. A demand would be providing a service or a product you can only buy with bitcoins, something we need but you can not buy with cash.
522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Big Is The Impact of Dell To Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2015, 03:58:17 PM
After Dell Embraces Bitcoin In UK and Canada, what will happen to bitcoin?

Given that its only available in UK and Canada.

How can Dell's acceptance of Bitcoin affect each of us bitcoiners?

It will effect us very big, in a hige way tis gonna kill the value even more than ti already has. Dell is a coin dumping merchant, and this does not benefit us in any way it hurts us:) maybe the Bitcoin community should stop worrying about coin dumping merchants and start making thier own Bitcoin only sites and services. do you thyink Visa or mastercard had to begt and plead for people to accept their transaction process, no and guess what those assholes charge you a fee to accept their credit card, how ass backwards is that? Thats right folks, as a merchant you pay 2% of your transactions back to visa just for accepting the card. Hmmm? whats wrong with this picture?
523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The network seems stressed (and behind) right now on: March 01, 2015, 03:54:32 PM
Hmm. Seems like the network is really stressed. Too much transactions "clogged"?

Its because you are loosing miners left and right. No miners means no transactions processed, at a difficulty of over 46 billion, and a value of only 200 to 230 bucks, its just not profitable to mine bitcoin. All your small miners you guys think are worthless are now mining other coins and flipping them for bigger profits, all the big mining compuonds are bogged down with huge difficulties. This is because the big compounds have no idea what they are doing as far as securing the network, all they care about is making X amount of dollars for solving X amount of blocks so they can pay the electric and have enough left over to fuel their yacht.

The small miners are needed a lot more than this community would liek to give them credit for actually, at this point with sometimes 2 hour confirms on bitcoin transaction the bottom line is, you need more computing power, and its just not worth it to mine Bitcoins right now.

I thought there already was a lazycoins exchange a few months back whatever happened to that one?
525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dell accepting bitcoin does it make …… on: March 01, 2015, 03:39:50 PM
So now the dell is accepting bitcoin does it increase the value of bitcoin ?
International users can buy there products through bitcoins !

http://www.businessinsider.com/dell-becomes-biggest-company-to-accept-bitcoin-internationally-2015-2

No just the opposite it decreases the value tramendously. because merchants like Dell do what i call the biweekly dell dump. I named it specifically after dell because once Dell began accepting BTC I watched the market drop a steady 20 to 40 dollars every two weeks for 6 months straight. Places like dell do not hold or buy coins and no one is buying bitcoins to specifically use on dell. Because dell also uses fiat as a payment method in conjunction with paypal, credit cards and even bank drafts, dell does not help bitcoins value it hurts it.

We dont need fiat merchants we need merchants that only accept crypto as a method of payment.

It is definitely better than if they did not accept Bitcoin.

You could not be more wrong, it would actually be a lot better if merchants like dell did not accept bitcoin. Bitcoin is not money its a transaction process, leran this, understand this, and once you do you will better understand how the bitcoin developers and this whole community totally screwed the value of bitcoins. Promoting it to coin dumping merchants like Dell and Amazon is not the way to increase its value. Giving holders places that only accept bitcoins as a payment method is what the developers should have done.

By pushing bitcoins on coin dumping merchants it has killed the value, making it less profitable to mine, as with this whole bitcoin project, the developers spend no time anticipating the future of the project, they see only the hand in front of their face, and this problem continuously kicks them in the face. They need to start looking past the obvious and plan for anything that may arise. becasue so far everything they didnt plan for has happened and negatively effected their project.

The number fo players can be seen by admins but maybe not regular members, I see them when i am doing my security checks and when checking the MYSQL Database. I can also see them when I verify your depositing addresses. but for regular players I dont think ti is tallied up for you to see how many players we have playing.

I am updating the Netcoin wallets for their new Mandatory update so give me a little time to get your deposit thru please. The coins are not sent from the wallet in the dice game they are sent to you from my personal wallet so i will have to update both wallets before i can send the deposits. Sorry for the delay.

That being said you may want to make sure you , or wherever it is you will be withdrawing to has an updated wallet as well.

Is this offer still available? If so, I'll update my post with required info...
It's not suprising no one took part, altcoin marketplace forums aren't that popular  Sad

Yes it is still available, Just follow the instructions and you will get your free netcoins to play with.

And it was just this bitcointalk forum that few people took part in the giveaway, i am almost out of the Netcoins I had set aside for the giveaway, on all the other forums a lot of people took part.

I like dice. and now I want to try it for altcoin. if it still works?

Will you be adding other coins? if so, can you add smartcoin SMC ?

just delete this post if you dont like it.

thank you Smiley

Yes we will be adding other coins, however they will start out being ones that we use in our next project we are working on. Then later we may add more. we have some projects in the mix that will use each other as backers for one another. So the coins involved in the main project will be the first ones that get added to the dice game website.

I do not delete posts that aren't just rude and obnoxious attempts to ruin ones work. For me, it took a lot of time to put this dice site together the way I wanted it, to keep the players info as safe as possible as well as their gambling investment. In addition I know how Bitcointalk members are, they spout thier lips to ruin ones project with bullshit and crap to make it so people will not use a new service that may be a very good investment, yet they dont invest in the site, or they dont use the site, heck I know one guy in here that trashtalks over 20 websites and has no proof to his claims. More people ruin others work on here than actually help them. It's very sad, but to try and promote anything new here is like entering the firey gates of hell, you will get burned and defend yourself more than you will get investors to use your service or site Smiley

So because of the ney saying trolls I self moderated this thread, this way they either dont post at all because they know I'm just gonna delete it or If they are stupid enough to bad mouth me or my hard work and attempts to provide this crypto community with things they do not have, i can simply delete them like I did here.

To be honest their attempts to push me around was useless, did they honestly think anyone is getting rich form an altcoin dice game? No you wont its as much of a gamble for the owners as it is the players. I lost over 8000 Netcoins the first week of the launch Smiley It was something I personally wanted to add to the Netcoin project, not something we wanted to profit from Smiley
530  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is it too late to start mining? on: February 24, 2015, 05:35:56 PM
It's too late. Really.
Big miners were already shutting down operations.

If you really want to mine, I'd try to look around in the altcoin scene. You could have a chance there (whether you keep the alt or trade it for BTC)
No way, altmining is where you lose your ass, a decent miner with decent electric price should hold it's own and especially if you undervolt it as it gets less profitable.

wI love inexperienced low knowledge miners

I paid my big miners off in 3 months and I was not mining bitcoins with them Smiley can you get a 3 month ROI on miners mining bitcoins NOPE YOU CANT

you have a lot to learn, undervolting give you high hardware errors and some pools punish your reward for that and others will lower your hashrate, or submitted shares that you see, pools do a lot of different things when a members efficiency is lower than average. plus the OP made it perfectly clear this was new to him explaining overclocking and undervolting to him at this stage could confuse him and cause him to ruin his new euipment.

If your an intelligent miner you NEVER base your income solely on bitcopin mining. Altcoins are the way to do it, mining a brand new altcoin is yuour best bet, get in on the release and mine the living crap out of it and dump it as you mine it so you get a nice high price for it.
531  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Eobot reviews Cloud Mining Suck Take huge profit from your investment. on: February 24, 2015, 02:10:38 PM
Do not Cloud Mining With Eobot, it a joke..   When you try to invested your money on this Eobot.com
They deduct a huge profit from your mining every month... and hardware mining with Eobot a joke to me profit not stable.

I have never had any problems mining here since I started this thread LOl, the cloud mining is not a joke its called costs. Eobot has some of the lowest costs as far as maintenance. CEXZ.io/GHASH.io cloud would actually lose income even when bitcoins were worth 400 to 600 dollars, I have never had this happen with eobot

They do not deduct anything form my mining that I have ever seen. I started with Eobot and I have an account for each person in my family there and we have never ever had any problems. yes the payouts right now on cloud are low but so is the value of pitcoin oops I mean bitcoin.
532  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is it too late to start mining? on: February 24, 2015, 02:02:28 PM
I started out pool mining for bitcoins, but its way more profitable to use a place like coinwarz and find a coin you can solomine with a low difficulty and high reward and trade them for Bitcoins. if you have a few thousand dollars laying aroud you cna mine anything you want. But to be honest I would not even go with a SHA coin at this time I would go scrypt, or even go a step farther and spend the money on a good Staking coin that doesnt use big time machinery. I stake coins now instead of mining them since the electric costs can sometimes consume a lot of your income. stake mining is a lot like a savings account with interest basically. you put a butt ton of coins in a wallet connect as a server and they just5 earn coins while connected, simple as that.

so for me I would would forget all about mining you cna spewnd 1/4 of what you would invest in machines and just find a nice coin like Netcoin and stake the hell out of them Smiley heck for 1/2 the cost you could make a great earning staking a few different coins and still have less overhead costs involved.
533  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Power Supply 700w on: February 24, 2015, 01:51:23 PM
you either have the PSU hooked up incorrectly, or the PSu you bouht cant handle the loads. make sure no wires are crossed, if you clip wired them make sure you used good clips, if you hardwired them make sure no single threads are touching anything they should not be. If its all hooked up correctly using the correct wires then the PSU is no good and needs replaced.

this situation happens whenever its hooked up wrong or the PSU cant provide enough power for the miners.

535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NETcoin is one of the best POS/POW coins right now on: February 24, 2015, 12:02:29 PM
Netcoin is doing very well. It actually jumped up over 600 satoshi per coin earlier this month, and is now holding strong above 200 satoshi per coin, which is very very good considering I bought in at only 45 satoshi per coin. The community involved in this coins is very very supportive. ANd I know the development team is working all the time. So far Netcoin is one of my top most favorite investments in the crypto world.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: (ANN) Netcoin has gone POS! With PIR & OWI on: February 24, 2015, 11:59:55 AM
I have about 15k, I am thinking about buying more Smiley
But first, does anyone know about how much the 15k will stake for? I've had my wallet open for about the past 15 hours so far (since I got on the NET train/bought it) and my weight is 17503 as of 2:19 AM PST time

Any help or screenshots would be appreciated.

I have a lot being held in my wallet so i stake a good bit, to try and distinguish what a low amount of 15,000 would stake would be a bit complex for me, I stake them in large amounts only. However I do know they have a detailed list of the payouts and brackets thruout this thread.

538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Core 0.10.0 has been released on: February 24, 2015, 08:12:01 AM
Nope not trolling,

Just tired of seeing the bitcoin developers concentrate so much on a core protocol that is literally utilized by less than 40% of the people using bitcoins right now, and out of the ones that do use it only about 10% of those actually care about bitcoin and do anything for bitcoin. SO you see the priorities of not only the Bitcoin developers, but the ones who actually use the bitcoin core is doing nothing for the value or the demand of bitcoin. So the investors we do have make little to no gains and the ones looking into bitcoin are turned away since there is no demand for bitcoin that would make it a good investment.

You could stop looking at it as an investment.  Wink

Well what are we supposed to look at it as a currency? A transaction process? Its not a currency, and its value as a transaction protocol is not even utilized or promoted by the developers. As for now it is an investment, and since the developers who have made a but ton of money from the investors have seemingly already got paid you (and they) could say its time for them to get off their ass and do thier job. if not for the people who looked at bitcoin as an "investment" where would bitcoin be? NOWHERE, if not for the people who looked at bitcoin as an "investment" where would the developers be financially, most likely worse off than they were 6 years ago. Maybe what you and the bitcoin developers need to realize is they created the monster that is now bitcoin, they made it an investment out of greed. If not it would never have become one would it? So the bottom line is they wanted to make money and steered its real reason of creation from a transaction protocol to an investment, now its time to sleep in the bed they made. Maybe now we have a glimpse of why Satoshi left huh?

And FYI they cant even do their job right 100 people worked on the update and I still have 1 hour transaction times on companies using the bitcoin core.

How can we get Satoshi back??
539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can Bitcoin fail? on: February 22, 2015, 01:03:40 AM
Its not a matter of how but when. With the attitude of the developers and a lot of the development lovers in this forum you will see they neither care nor understand the importance of a damand. no one is doing what they need to do to secure bitcoins future. instead they just keep working on a wallet core that is used by a very small portion of bitcoin users.

As the profitablity of bitcoin decreases and the difficulty rises, the mining aspect opf bitcoins becomes much harder to achieve. the diff is around 40 billion right now, and the reward is 25 BTC, not bad right, well what happens when bTC is worth 40 bucks, the reward is 1 BTC and difficulty is in the trillions? ahh yes FAIL thats what happens.

No one mining bitcoins means no transactions are being processed, if no transactions are processed bitcoin fails pure and simple. And ole JP morgan and Goldman Sachs are waiting , anticipating and excited for that day to come.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Core 0.10.0 has been released on: February 22, 2015, 12:57:13 AM

100 people working on the core and 0 people working on the demand for bitcoin, you guys are doing great work for your coin if your priorities weren't all messed up Smiley I think you should start doing some real work and maybe do something positive for your investors like ahh CREATE A DEMAND so people will have a reason, a purpose and a need to buy more bitcoins than they sell. STOP waiting for others to create a demand for your coin.

Not sure if serious or being trolled..  Huh

Nope not trolling,
