Sebab jika kemampuan nya (wawasan,penulisan,dan kepercayaan diri) belum berkembang dengan baik,saya yakin akan sulit untuk naik peringkat.

Yah saya setuju dengan pendapat om @landheer, karena memang begitulah seharusnya. Sebab jika misalkan ketika belum naik peringkat ataupun masih berada dalam peringkat yang masih kurang tinggi, justru di posisi itulah harus lebih semangat untuk terus mengembangkan diri untuk bisa menjadi seorang anggota yang memiliki poster berkualitas. Karena jika masih ada di peringkat yang kurang tinggi,terus berpikir ("ah saya mah masih ada di peringkat bawah,jadi postingan juga tidak apa-apa jika kualitas nya kurang bagus"). Menurut saya pribadi pemikiran seperti itu sangatlah kurang baik, karena jika memiliki pemikiran seperti itu pada akhirnya tidak akan memiliki perkembangan yang baik,mau itu di dalam kualitas postingan apalagi di dalam kenaikan peringkat. Jadi pada intinya ketika masih pemula ataupun ketika masih berada di peringkat yang masih bawah,harus mempunyai niat dan keinginan untuk berkembang dan naik peringkat. Menurut saya pribadi, kuncinya sih di situ.

Bahkan untuk anggota yang sudah naik peringkat pun, memiliki keinginan untuk terus berkembang dan naik peringkat pun harus tetap ada juga. Karena yang namanya perkembangan di dalam diri menurut saya pribadi tidak ada ujungnya,dan begitu pula di forum BTT ini

Menurut saya pribadi sih hal tersebut pasti akan sulit untuk di kabulkan oleh atasan/bos. Apalagi jika kerjanya seperti di pabrik,yang jam kerjanya sudah di tentukan secara pasti dan sudah pasti tidak memungkinkan juga untuk meminta waktu istirahat di luar jam istirahat.

Kerja di lapangannya seperti apa dulu? Apakah kerjanya memiliki target atau tidak? Karena jika memiliki target yang berat seperti dalam hal konsumen,saya rasa akan sedikit menyulitkan juga untuk aktif di forum dan membuat sebuah postingan. karena yang saya rasakan untuk membuat sebuah postingan yang setidaknya standar secara kualitas,itu membutuhkan fokus dan ketenangan yang sangat tinggi. Oleh sebab itu menurut pendapat saya,jika memiliki pekerjaan lapangan dan juga kerjanya memiliki target,saya rasa akan sulit untuk aktif di forum ini. Karena jangan kan fokus ataupun tenang,tapi lebih condong ke cape.

Tapi jika misalkan kerja lapangan nya tidak memiliki target yang terlalu berat. Mungkin bisa saja, mencuri waktu untuk rehat dan aktif di forum. Tapi itupun saya rasa kurang akan kurang maksimal dalam segi kualitas nya.

Kemungkinan besar saya akan memilih forum lalu memutuskan berhenti dari tempat kerja yang menyita waktu dan setelah itu saya akan membuka sebuah usaha mandiri. Karena seperti itulah yang terjadi sekarang ini terhadap saya. Tapi yang berbeda di sini saya bukan keluar kerja,tapi saya di PHK karena COVID 19. Oleh karena itu saya memutuskan untuk membuka sebuah usaha saya sendiri,sembari berinvestasi di bitcoin dan aktif di forum ini. Dan hasilnya saya tetap bisa aktif di forum ini dengan waktu yang lumayan lama terus usaha yang saya buat juga berjalan dengan lancar sampai saat ini.

Dan untuk saran dari saya,jika sodara Blue snow ingin lebih leluasa aktif di forum tapi pekerjaan nyata juga ingin tetap ada. Menurut saya pribadi lebih baik mencoba untuk membuka usaha mandiri seperti saya. Karena kalau membuka usaha sendiri kan kita yang mengatur waktu kita sendiri dan pada intinya kita adalah bosnya.
Meski pada kenyataannya membuka sebuah usaha itu memang pasti memiliki jalan yang sulit di awal,tapi yang sudah saya alami,hati dan pikiran serasa lebih merdeka saja. Dan waktu untuk aktif di forum ini pun menjadi lebih banyak.
