Actually, PayPal has been seeming to side with sellers more often as of late. Been watching the forums of LocalBitcoins and many people have been saying they were surprised at disputes starting to swing their way. Guess PayPal may be finally getting their head out of their ass and actually looking at the pattern and frequency of the transactions. A lot of people have been getting decisions because PayPal was unable to come up with proof that the transactions were fraudulent. Hate to start thinking positively about PayPal, but maybe things will start to change and scammers will have a tougher time. I can only hope. Happy Trading
