Hi.... so good to see you got sync'd again and are up and running! In case anyone has the flash screen crash issue (I did), it seems it is from original wallet.dats from back in version 1.6. Did not need to do the dumpprivkey ordeal. Just synced a fresh wallet from scratch and put my wallet.day back into roaming. Worked perfect. Great job developers. Thank you for you long hours. Yep, same here. Flash crash on my v1.8 wallet on first and second try. used the -zapwallettxes=1 parameter on the commandline and things went better. |

OK everyone, a wallet update. It seems like there was a bug or two in the latest wallet release. The bugs have been fixed and testing will begin today to ensure there are no more. Expect an updated wallet release sometime next week. Thanks for your patience!

Cryptopia never needed to update their wallet in the first place, there was no hard fork. Also I am curious as to the problems they are having with the build. Builds fine on linux and windows for me. Cyptopia G3N wallet is showing healthy again. |

How to minning via windows wallet (solo mining)  I has open console > setgenerate true , but its not working Please help me!! Unless you have an existing mining rig, you will not be able to CPU or GPU mine this coin. The difficulty is already out of range of those type of miners. Cheaper to buy it on YObit at the moment. |

when kees gets up tomorrow and sets up some new nodes and restarts his services you should be given the ok on getting new wallets but wait until he says so

Successfully built 1.9.2 from the source.
When syncing from scratch, wallet STILL stucks on blocks 21596 and 23096.
After block 58xxx, it just freezes and crashes in 3-5 minutes.
thats because that source isnt complete and shouldnt be compiled yet. i still have changes to make We suffer from itchy trigger fingers on the COMPILE button!  We wait, to stake... |

I can confirm the same for myself.
The new (v1.9.1) wallet ALWAYS stucks on the following blocks while syncing from scratch:
21596, 23096, 55756, 57708, 58227.
Same crash bug, and same block numbers. Debug file complaining the addnode IPs added are the wrong Protocol version. |

Guys all 3 devs are meeting today to discuss fixing this "update" bug that has been plaguing is for so long. I know everyone is frustrated about this, so I called a meeting with all the devs to get this fixed once and for all. Thanks for your patience.

I ask that you keep the swap period open long enough.
I find with PoS coins ppl tend to leave them stake and forget to check-in on the dev forums until the wallet loses all its peers.

Reducing the PoS interest is a good thing. I hope the goal is to drop the rate below 10% or even 5% as the popularity of the coin grows to keep it a 'quality' and not quantity coin. |

Then there is something else going on.... I am staking, but i do not stake to savings.....
(I did for a while, but I deactivated it, and staking was not affected.)
(Remember min stake time is 7 days, so you won't see stakes immediately if you have new coins)
Your right, you can stake without savings activated. I was thinking about those that stake to another address. The Savings settings seem to disappear on wallet upgrades. Or maybe from -salvagewallet operations that I needed to perform on the last 2 upgrades. |

After wallet upgrade don't forget to check your Saving settings. It was mentioned many times before, but I forgot on both of the last upgrades. Both of the last wallet upgrades my Saving settings disappeared, the result was my wallet was not staking. After you get your new wallet up and stable, backup your wallet, and check your savings settings. In the Menu select: Tools => Savings You should see Savings Activated  |
