521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In The Span Of six months what will make you trust a new casino on: December 27, 2023, 08:24:19 AM
All the points OP mentioned have a weight. After thinking for a while about voting for a "Very responsive representative here" or "Good reviews from casino review sites".

It's good to have a casino representative here on the forum, many times we saw how helpful that can be. But since BTCGosu I will not register and play if it's not Gosu-approved. It's different when professionals test the casino and when we amateurs try it.
522  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: December 26, 2023, 07:55:44 PM
Of all the things you want to look for, it is very difficult to determine the right casino with the features you want, even I myself also have difficulty finding PVP games, until now I haven't found the right one, if you try to play slots, try betting, it won't disappoint you, It's just a monthly bonus, pay close attention and it won't disappoint you

And you will probably never find PvP games, it's hard to trust those, so I guess that's the reason why casinos and developers are running away from them, they can't attract enough attention.

The best online casino is the one where you play and have a higher loyalty level, it's where we get something back. Each of us has a favorite crypto casino, but for now, my favorite is Coins.Game, they give the best daily returns in different forms. But after all, people should be free to try different casinos and to find the best one for them.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io - "Beers with Steve" Xmas markets edition :) on: December 26, 2023, 05:56:03 PM
Is this stuff even legal in most countries?
40% sounds like a very strong alcohol, more like something you would use to for medicinal purposes or for dentist.

I think it is in most countries in Europe. In Croatia certainly is - and thank god for that Grin
For medicinal purposes it's pure alcohol - and you can get blind if you drink that. This stuff is actually delicious.

40% is not strong... At the moment I have this one opened:

Here we have a lot stronger drinks, around 50% is nice for drinking. I guess some people like to drink whiskey with ice or water, and some people like it neat... so this is exactly that, some people enjoy a stronger taste, while some like to have more "light note".

Nice move from Sportsbet and Steve. Smiley

Lack of proper knowledge on casino games increases chance of loss and reduce fun...

Well, I can't agree with this one... There's fun & excitement when we discover new games, I enjoy that. Nobody forces us to push with new games, it's advisable to try them with min bets before we learn more about that game. And sometimes people lose when playing some new game, but there are cases when we win some nice amounts, it's called beginner luck.

I don't have that feeling with slots, for example, all slots are pretty similar, we choose a stake and just press spin, but with some live card games, it's different. Those who haven't tried different poker variants, especially in live games (Caribbean, Russian, etc.) should try them.
525  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 100k Event | Daily New Slots | on: December 26, 2023, 09:57:41 AM
They made some pretty bad moves a long time ago, so many of us from here stopped playing there.

I kinda forgot, what actually happened?

They started with unlocking locked Chips tokens... so we didn't get some payouts, and those inactive for a while didn't get payouts for longer periods. After that, they changed ToS without informing anyone about that. Later there was some story about Megalon, maybe about some issues with his partners, I really can't remember, but if we ask someone in the BTCGosu group I think we will find someone who remembers more about it. Anyway, soon after unlocking locked tokens I stopped depositing and playing. I just collect payouts, now I will swap them in TRX and move them to some other casino.
526  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: December 25, 2023, 04:59:32 PM

Thanks for the reminder, almost forget about it so I made a deposit today but not lucky enough to hit better multiplier than dimonstration and ivan.

Until now I’m still trying to beat @Iv4n multiplier but I’m always fall short. I hit recently x500+ but still not enough and I don’t bother to update anymore my entry. Just like yours, I’m on a huge profit already that almost greater than the reward price for the contest but it’s really annoying to play non stop slot without hitting the target multiplier.  Angry

Iv4n is so lucky to get this high multiplier while every one of us is still struggling to get a multiplier close to him.  Cheesy

Well, I had some nice wins in the first days, but I ran out of luck and busted all the winnings... Smiley I blame the high fees for that, in one moment I wanted to withdraw at least something, but I didn't want to pay a 1 mBTC fee. What a degen I am, what to say. I played like crazy and made some pretty bold moves, I wanted to make even more. Anyway, I had a few crazy gambling days, maybe I will hit something really big one day. Smiley

Are you sure?

I always gamble my vault-drop, just 5$ drop. All-in multiple time on (Dice) and hoping got a good streak 3-4x time in a row, I never withdraw instantly after the drop because I have less token and drop.

Where did you get these information ?

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if they added some additional requirements like this one or even wagering requirements before withdrawing.

After the first drop I could use their swap feature, but after that using that feature required level 2... but today I checked and it looks like it's open for all again, which is a good thing. It's better when can swap all the coins into one (even with a 5% fee), at least some meaningful amount with in one coin.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Innovation in online gambling on: December 25, 2023, 07:09:12 AM
...
The future of online gambling goes beyond new games and fair algorithms. Gambling experience is changing drastically. AR is the game-changer we've been waiting for. Imagine wearing a headset and entering a lifelike virtual casino where you can nearly feel the chips. Most sites haven't used AR yet, but they will. It will redefine gambling, not just be another novelty. AR in online gaming is inevitable. It will be amazing

I agree with you, the AR/VR online gambling experience will be something totally different from now, and the potential is huge... But for now, they are just making "traditional games" more attractive. It's innovation in online gambling, but what would be really interesting is to see some new and unique games.

I still remember the "Dragons Tale" gambling game. I think that game was ahead of its time, and I would like to see something similar again... maybe I missed it, anyone knows is there anything similar in the crypto world?

It's really rare

To see you have more less than me ~XD I always admire of your gambling style, management, waggering. I guess the only person who have high token from our country only @roycilik.

I always see him following the contest and share more often big win on CHIPS Telegram.

Anyway, are still receiving dividend from the your locked chips, its been months I do not open my chips account and I'm surprised to see that the last time I received the dividends was on September.
I'm not sure how often they distribute the dividend, but looking at my dividend history, it seems to be once in 2 months.
But it is the 3rd month since I received the last dividend (Sept), any of you here from bitcointalk who received dividend during October to this month?
Did they make a change for the dividend distribution lately that I missed?

It's every 3 months, that was the last change... The last dividend payout was at the end of September, the next time it's at the end of this month. I even received email a few days ago:

There is some other promotional stuff, but I guess this is the part you are interested in.

I am just going to expose here that my account inyu_trx got banned for no given reason with ~21000 chips locked in it. This happened on september 12th but didn't bother sharing back in the day.  All I did was giving support to the old co-owner @Magalon which was kicked from accessing the site, funds or anything else (basically the site has been stolen by the current owner @Tacyarg). Posting this so you can be aware that shady things are ongoing in the background like locking withdrawals arguing that you didn't deposit enough money or no longer having a valid license is some of them. I was a support agent for over a year and a chat mod since week 1.

Take care gambling frens!

They made some pretty bad moves a long time ago, so many of us from here stopped playing there. Well, just another good reason why people should avoid Chips Casino.
530  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is WinTomato casino SCAM? on: December 24, 2023, 01:20:19 PM
If you look at the trust feedback of wintomato account, efialtis made a feed back that the casino is not honoring its affiliate deal

The red trust given by efialtis shows that the casino is not new to this kind of activities.  So it is not surprising if the casino don't adhere their agreement to their users about the affiliate system payment.  The neutral tag is also somehow alarming too.

I readed couple times their TOS and FAQ and they dont explain there rules about Referrals betting level.

Depends on the total bets count of referrals. Maximum 125000 Points (10000000 bets).

My referral did thausands of bets and got 0 points for level up account,I just had conversation with Juan1500 and that is the most worst moderator ever on casino. On other crypto dice casinos where I was active moderators was nice to me and explained me rules here this moderator even dont want to give a answer even if answer isnt in FAQ or TOS.

Is it possible that the affiliate rewards reflect on whether the referred users gain and losses?  Anyway, with the kind of service the casino has, I would be avoiding this casino to prevent myself for further headache.

OP can look at their ANN thread, after the BTCGosu incident some of us asked them questions but we didn't get all the answers... what they did was fishy, and instead of clearing some things they decided to ignore all of us.

They had a good start, and I wanted to try them at one point but after this situation happened I decided not to. With so many casinos around and pretty big competition, casinos should be more straightforward in resolving some issues if they wish to attract more players, and of course to keep them on the site.
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Features of the worldview of a gambler on: December 24, 2023, 09:10:23 AM
What do you think are the features of the worldview of a gambler?

I guess we would like to have fun and make some money while we have fun, the best way to earn money, right? And sometimes we make money, sometimes we lose, it's gambling... but some people play to recover what they have lost and to make an extra bucks, that is a problem. When you are at a big loss you need to raise the stakes if you wish to win big, but that usually leads to an even bigger minus.

I guess some people are way too optimistic about gambling, that can be a good thing, but we need to be aware of the possibility of losing the entire balance. It's gambling, that's why we need to play only with money we can afford to lose. When I deposit money in some casino I am ready to say goodbye to that money.
532  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does anyone find the spate of online casinos a bit uninspired? on: December 23, 2023, 09:14:44 PM
...
I've run simulations for casinos before and the biggest factor in making the game a success is getting players, it de-risks the project. It's trivial to copy/paste some games and as long as you push enough volume and players through it makes some money. So the focus is on marketing to get volume.

Why don't you show us the results of those simulations? You are contradictory here, you wish something unique, but here you are saying that it's about volume. If old and traditional games bring more volume why would anyone lose time & money with unique and innovative games?

You said you would rather show than talk about that, but now you are talking about marketing and volume. So tell me, is it better to open a casino with traditional games or with unique ones? Which one will bring more players?
533  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the us dollar might crash significantly on: December 23, 2023, 06:32:35 PM
Well, I'm fed up with these big powers that go to war and just spend money on weapons and more weapons, people are dying all the time, inflation is killing us in many ways, and there are many bad things around cause by big powers. I'm fed up with these politicians who just invent new conflicts and make this world even more complicated. At the end of the day, those billions wouldn't even exist if they didn't all work with each other, yesterday partners today enemies... and they still make billions, as usual, on the backs of good and ordinary people. So this is another good reason why we should love and embrace crypto.

I hope that we will see all fiat currencies crashing...
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites and current transactions fee on: December 23, 2023, 04:59:31 PM
Now the gambling site was in the trouble because of the high transaction fee by the exchanges like the Binance. It was unacceptable one for the gambler to pay 26 dollars to withdraw funds from the Binance.
Stop sending funds from your binance account to any casino sites directly if you care your binance account. Sooner or later that account will be disabled once detected. Also, it's commonly known that sending BTC from binance is not recommended due to its high withdrawal fee, unless you don't have a choice.

Binance offers more chains, so you just need a casino that has more chains as well, and in my knowledge BC.Games have a wide choice of available chains. So there are ways to avoid high fees... I don't use Binance anymore (since they introduced mandatory KYC), so I don't know their rules now, but I had many transfers between Binance-Casinos and vice versa and I never had any problems with that. That was back then, as I said maybe they have some more strict rules about that now.

High transaction fees are nothing new, happened before and will happen in the future... that's why I like some alts and I like to use them, low fees and fast transactions are what we actually love in crypto!
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does casino streamers have influence in your gambling life? on: December 23, 2023, 12:14:55 PM
I used to follow a few gambling streamers, Globbo from the forum and our poker games, and one Gosu slot streamer. Small communities, we could hang out and chat there, so it was interesting. And that was a long time ago, I can't remember the last time I opened Twitch... yes it was there, now Kick is more popular for gambling streamers.

When it comes to big-time streamers I don't follow them, they are most likely to play with casino money and how they win in those slots looks fishy, and maybe more importantly it's too crowded... chat is moving with the speed of light and people just wish to get some gifts. So there's no hanging out and talking with other people with the same interests, so it's not for me.

Yes, the new wheel is here... and I see the new game as well, Plinko is finally here! Smiley

I busted my ETH balance, Plinko was cruel to me, not even close to some bigger win. I don't know if it was on my end or yours, but I couldn't see the ball every time. There was a lot of lagging, and in some moments I didn't even see the ball, just the result. And is there a way to move the "Lottery window"?

Is the site down right now?

Everything was fine this morning, at least when I tried it around 9 am. Everything was working without any issues, I spent some time playing in-house games. Now when I tried it the site started to load but everything stopped at one point and the site failed to open. So it's down for me as well. Well, I don't have dark thoughts right away, I guess it's some minor issue and I hope we will see them back online in no time.
538  Economy / Gambling / Re: Responsible gambling on: December 22, 2023, 02:57:03 PM
Well, I understand the "responsible part", never enough talking about that... whether we talk about gambling or trading, both can be very risky and people should be very careful with their bankrolls. We can get rekted pretty quickly in both, so when it comes to new players they should be warned about all the dangers.

But to be honest I don't get the poll... gambling and trading can yield profits, but there's more in that than just being responsible. You need to have some knowledge & skills, and there's always that luck factor.
539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do casino owners benefit from creating multiple casinos? on: December 22, 2023, 08:08:49 AM
How does this practice contribute to their business? It seems illogical as it might increase operating expenses without an obvious benefit.

Gamblers, any thoughts on this?

This is not a question for gamblers, it's a simple economic question. Why do some businesses have stores in more neighborhoods, cities, and states? You expand your business and you provide your service to more people. You increase operating expenses, but you have more customers and higher profit. I guess what is even more important are the accountant's troubles, depending on the license and games some casino owners can find it easier to have more casinos where each of them will be for a special area.

I think we can say that once they make a name and a nice bankroll it's simple for casinos owners to expand their businesses. Since crypto gambling is gaining more popularity every year that seems like a pretty good move.
540  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: December 21, 2023, 02:56:59 PM
I really think that is where the issue lies. Many gamblers do not do their own research  before engaging with casinos. As you have said, if a gambler is looking for a casino, it is expected that they put into consideration the review of other gamblers  about the casino from reliable review sites like trust pilot  and other reputable review sites. There can be able to unravel information about the casino they plan engaging with. If this is done regularly by them, they rate at which they fall for scam would reduce, they would get more exposure to casinos with good and clean track records worth the time.

Many gamblers are not capable of writing a simple casino review, simply because many gamblers are inexperienced and they don't know the basic things... it's not smart to trust anyone just like that.

When it comes to reliable review sites there's only one good one and that's BTCGosu, The ultimate bitcoin casino guide. Efi really tries casinos, deposits/withdrawals, bonuses & promotions, and when he writes a review you can be sure that he tested the site.
