521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much you profit gain from this bull, my one is same as previous on: February 21, 2021, 02:00:41 PM
The Profit percentage for me too was equivalent to the bull run last time. But this time, I was ready with a larger amount. Not as large to make me a millionaire but the profit I made withing 6 months were greater than what my salary was in the last 3 years. I learned from my mistake from last time yet was not too confident to take a loan for investment like some people here did.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think the price of neo will reach $ 200? on: February 20, 2021, 11:23:38 PM
There's no fundamental or technical analysis leading NEO to $200.
But you never know what the whales are hoarding and pumping during such time of bull run. NEO was over 160 the last time and if they are to hit another ATH, it would be over $200. Though NEO is a dying coin, it still has a good following and holders. It could reach $200 if whales decided to pump it.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Insane Gas Fees on: February 20, 2021, 09:55:24 PM
I'm trying to unwrap my ETH on Uniswap and its not being able to do that even with a fee of over 0.0035 ETH which is over $6.
If a simple transaction on a dex requires such fees, how could one use such dex and defi based on the platform on a long term? ETH transaction are costlier than bitcoin which is wrong in so many ways as bitcoin is nowhere a competitor to Ethereum.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No year of altcoins coming. All the big money is pouring into bitcoin. on: February 20, 2021, 03:07:08 PM
I thought the same till last month as I predicted, people would be just exchanging between bitcoin and stable coins. But luckily, I was not right. Many altcoins have already achieved their new all time high along with bitcoin. The first few months, the bull growth was limited to bitcoin but at the moment, some coins are rising even more prominently than bitcoin.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Cardano? on: February 19, 2021, 11:55:04 PM
Cardano used to work for me in past as it was a good option for grid trading as the price fluctuates but tends to get steady again.
Even now sometimes, its the better option to transact between exchanges. Otherwise I haven't encountered any other way I'd love Cardano. They are as good as dead coins for me. Years of development and hype but zero results, same as NEO or NEM.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB is No. 4 (3RD NOW) on: February 19, 2021, 10:12:28 PM

^ As you can see, there was a tiny drop in TVL the past days. Those who moved to BSC are probably shark traders/investors while whales remained at Ethereum.

This is just the start. As people starts realizing BSC is a better network that gets the job done, they'd keep moving to it. As BNB is now being seen as the direct competitor to ETH, it also depends on how ETH moves. The slower and costly the ETH network is, the faster would BNB grow.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel, Looking at the Bullrun market? on: February 19, 2021, 02:20:33 PM
I feel sad, confused and angry at myself. It's not that I completely missed it but I didn't invested enough and waited enough even though I had high confidence in crypto and in the fact that a huge bull run is coming. And at current time, I'm even more confused whether to buy bitcoin and other cryptos at higher price than I sold them or wait for it to fall as the prices are showing no signs of falling.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ETH overpriced? on: February 18, 2021, 06:00:22 PM
I don't think the supply or the lack of a fixed number is a disadvantage for Ethereum. With it turning into POS, the yearly increase would be below 10% which would be necessary for utility token like Ethereum as with the large numbers and amounts of transactions and wallets, there are several ways the coins could be lost. Ethereum's nature might be more suitable for long term than many other coins.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 18, 2021, 04:43:39 PM
It's a dilemma I always face. Trading is attractive, with some right choices, you could even double your investment within some months. But take a wrong one, you would lose similarly. You should make a clear strategy before joining the trading. Investment (legit ones) are a passive way to see your money get interest which for crypto is much better than interest provided by the banks in most parts of the world.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KCS the GEM at only 1/10 of 2018 ath on: February 18, 2021, 02:19:20 PM
KCS indeed is a coin to watch. Though I have already sold all my holdings much cheaper, it still is a potential coin for profit. Its price hit hard after the Kucoin hack but the exchange has rebounded with no any loss to users and are already into the top 10 exchanges by volume. And they also provide small drops of all coins depending on the profit of the exchange which itself makes it a good and profitable staking coin.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk tweet causes Dogecoin holders to dump on: February 17, 2021, 04:09:29 PM
I do respect Elon Musk, he excel at his plans and all of his ventures are making the world a better place. But he is also a billionaire businessmen. Jumping on every tweet he makes might make him greedy to use it to make a profit from himself. More importantly as we now know his company Tesla had already brought bitcoins as an investment.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why only tron missed the bull this time. on: February 17, 2021, 03:35:55 PM
This could be a whale strategy. They'd need somewhere to put their cash when they sell of the tokens they boost. Ethereum was silent for a long time and just suddenly mooned. Similar could happen to Tron as the whales maybe buying them silently. I'm not trying to create a hype but just talking about the probability. There's not many valid reasons that could explain it's price.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if the bear market starts next month on: February 17, 2021, 03:20:13 PM
Things are much different than how bitcoin and alts were at the end of last bull. Bitcoin mining yield are lower and most of the supplies are frozen or bought by institutions and hedge funds which would prevent it from crashing rapidly. Many alts too are now much more dependent on their use case than market manipulation. There sure would be a correction or bear after such rapid increase, but the rate at which the coins would decrease would be uneven.

536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero the most anonymous cryptocurrency in the world? on: December 12, 2020, 03:15:52 AM
Monero is all messed up now. With it's ultimate success in darkweb, US government funded projects have been able to crack the transaction and find the receiving and sending party. And if you are into some illegal trade, you'd rather use something else. But if you are legal and abiding by law (which you should), any other popular coin works as well. There are still no taxes on bitcoin transactions.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins have no dividend or potential future dividend on: December 12, 2020, 02:48:09 AM
Gold bar doesn't produce gold nuggets either. It's about the trust and security in the value. Bitcoin is limited with a known supply and it can't be faked or created by any other way except how it's meant to. The value is agreed upon by the holders, traders and miners through a 24 hour trading.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we trust Stablecoin ? on: December 06, 2020, 01:42:36 AM
There are many stablecoins that are backed up by equal amount of fiat they are pegged with it. And they are made to hold the value of fiat however the overall crypto market is. If you know what you are trying to do, there's no reason not to trust a real stablecoin. But you should always be cautious not to fall for fake and scam coins.
539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Chinese Quantum Computer breakthrough - should we be concerned? on: December 05, 2020, 10:41:33 AM
I was thinking about the same. China doesn't love bitcoin and wants all of it's people to use their own crypto but not bitcoin. Though current quantam machine for is a specific task but bitcoin has became large enough for Chinese government to dedicate a quantum computer to destroy it. It's not time to panic but with bitcoin being defenseless against the future, China would not let bitcoin becoming stronger than itself.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is uniswap a good place for the new tokens? on: December 05, 2020, 02:08:47 AM
Indeed Uniswap has became another etherdelta. A pleasant experience to start with but overwhelmed by scams and fake tokens. The orders book are not as large as a centralized exchange and you need a supported wallet. Though DEX are more secure if you are aware what and where you are using it but centralized exchange are much easier to use on the go with multiple device and connections.
