w0w such a coin

I started cgminer pointing to the p2pool http://rav3n.dtdns.net:9555/static/ with -u command as my wallet direction. Apparently its working, GPU is at 100% but A=0 is still appearing.
Also strange its that cgminer 3.7.2 says that my hd4850 is mining at more than 60Mhash/s, don't think thats true. I've never mined in a p2pool, is it working?

If its working, When will i get DOGEs in my wallet?

Did you put --scrypt in you command?  If not it could show Mhs and not mine.

It can take up to an hour before you will see anything. Throw out the hash and Doge bring back very coin

See... no hash rate but everything else is fine
Looks like you're mining.  Did you install ATI SDK for Opencl support and do you have the latest drivers?

I keep opening up cgminer but it keeps showing 0 hashrate.
Anybody know what's up.
I checked -ndevs and it's clearly showing my GPU. can someone help me please  Undecided
What's your conf or bat look like?
Which conf? dogecoin, or cgminer?
CGMiner
I don't have a .conf

My GPU is ATI Radeon 4670 HD Series
http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/ati-radeon-hd-4000/hd-4600/Pages/ati-radeon-hd-4600-specifications.aspx

what should my conf and be to start cgminer?

You may not be able to run the 4670 with cgminer.  Try this and see if it works.  Replace the x's with your username and password if mining on the pool:

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://doge.scryptpools.com:3333 -u xxx -p xxxx  -I 11 -g 1 -w 128 --thread-concurrency 1024
I tried it but no luck, I just get a blank screen.
I'm using cgminer 3.7.2 btw
I guess I need a better gpu Sad

Ahhhhhh, get 3.5 it works great.  3.7 doesn't seem to want to support scrypt although it's supposed to be the last version that did.  You can grab it from my server http://www.digitaltwister.com/downloads/cgminer-3.5.0-windows.zip

the other pool is down

They're moving the sql server.  P2Pool isn't fast but it's very coin.

532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency - many coin - wow on: December 08, 2013, 03:29:54 PM
Made P2pool for it.
such EXPERIMENTAL
very not sure it will find valid blocks
code: https://github.com/Rav3nPL/p2pool-rav/tree/doge
Pool:
http://rav3n.dtdns.net:9555
1% fee
username: ur DOGE address
pass: whaterver

Let me know if it does, I'll add it to OP.

The other pool is going down soon so it would definitely be good to have multiple pools up Smiley

I'll mine it for an hour or so and let you know if there are any hits.  Will this still need the 120 confirms before payout?  If so no results would be seen for a few hours.

Play with the lookup gap.  I found the higher for me the less hashes.  I have mine at 2.

Here's an article about the R9 with some config settings:

Oh--Which version cgminer are you using?  I found 3.5 to work best for hashrate.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency - many coin - wow on: December 08, 2013, 01:48:33 PM
You basically have cgminer using some default values.  First, what is the temp of your card?  You can see that at the top of cgminer when its running.
many degrees :70°C
in fact with that new card i was expecting about 10 times my current khs, maybe I'm wrong..

The temp isn't to bad, it can go to 75 without a problem when overclocked, in fact, that's the internal "default" target temp for cgminer.  I run my 7850 at about 85.  The reason I don't use a config file is to many parameters can be used and confuse cgminer.  Cgminer is pretty good at self adjusting on most of the settings.  Try a .bat file like I showed you and you should see a substantial increase in your hashrate.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency - many coin - wow on: December 08, 2013, 01:39:02 PM
Amph

Use a batch file to make it easier.  Here's what I use for a 7870.  You will have to do some research to find the best thread-concurrency but it gives a basic idea of how to get started.  The overclocking can be done through Catalyst Control Center and tweak for the best performance with low heat.  When cgminer isn't running, the card will clock back to defaults.

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://doge.scryptpools.com:3333 -u xxxxx -p xxxxx  --worksize 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 2 --intensity 12 --no-submit-stale --queue 2
