Hi Can you explain please? here is how per user budget works Per day budget for each user reset every day at 00:00 gmt it will check before paying to user, if the amount exceed the budget settings it cancels the transaction I set Per user budget to 0.00002 per day last day at Epay. I found some users make a withdraw of 0.000032587 or so he can't withdraw but he tried 10-20 times and the sum of this amount about 0.0015 btc .
