is there a way for forum users to check if their reports are being marked as good or bad?
Directly, "NO" but you can "indirectly" check to see the result of your report (recent) by clicking the "Report to moderator " button > changes to the accuracy (higher percentage = marked as good / lower percentage = marked as bad).

Why you're posting those here (you should either send those through PM [to the escrow provider of your choice] or simply post it on their announcement threads)?

As the mentioned website above which I am mentioning again cryptoclothing.org is 100% SCAM WEBSITE with coinpayments.net merchant on them. This guy has fake feedbacks and fake followers, I figured out about this ONLY AFTER I paid him and he sent me "FK OFF" message on my facebook which confirmed me that he is running it to ripp off people. Their are no t-shirts and no nothing so don't pay this person because he's a fraud. And anyone here who works for coinpayments, Kindly shut down his merchant before he ripps off more people. I got ripped for 1.47 LTC almost $250 including shipping
You should move this thread to " Scam Accusations" (use "move topic" option from the lower left of this page) and update/edit this post with the following format: What happened::
Scammers Profile Link:
Reference Link: Amount Scammed: Payment Method: Proof of Payment: PM/Chat Logs: Additional Notes:

Need cheap ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Apart from the above suggestions, you can try the following crypto based websites: 1. XBTFreelancer2. cryptogrind3. Coinality4. WorkingForBitcoinsYes, I will send money for gamble.
Bad choice (good luck with finding one). Update:Bad choice? I will pay for video and give extra cash for gamble.. ( How can create video without placing bets..?)
That wasn't the case earlier: I send some BCH for betting..
Yes, I will send money for gamble.

We have started a service that pay users to share there view and thoughts about Coin and we pay users btc for this job
Couldn't find the rates, after logging in. Care to share?
- Limit user's activity (I can easily manipulate my own "Total Earned Points" by liking/disliking my own comment). - Change the way all of the comments automatically gain points (users will abuse it). There should be some sort of quality control. - Add delete option for comments.

Do you think that looking at CPU usage would be sufficient for this kind of thing? I'm thinking a lot of poorly programmed sites, that simply use more resources than they should might get accused with that criteria. It might be a good place to start though.
Fair point. Perhaps any website that uses more than 15% of the CPU (constant usage), should be checked.
To have accurate results, we can simply look at the source codes of each > finding the keywords like "coinhive"/"webmine" and few others (as shown on the previous link that I posted)...

would love to hear the communities Feedback on this project here. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) To be honest, I have my doubts but at the same time, looking forward to seeing this becoming a successful project. Few concerns: 1. How you're going to fit/display 3 portfolios? Is it going to be with a switch function? 2. Can you explain, how it's going to have "99.99% uptime market view connectivity"? 3. Since this is a WIP, can you provide some videos as proof?

Yes, I know but why not try to eliminate its possibility? Plus it's really easy to get caught if you are posting the same shit 100 times.
And yet there's another one roaming around ( 9064177v), for the past 3 days and so... Archived: Page 1, Page 2Nuked.
Thank you. Just report and it'll be handled quickly.
Will do...

You can use a filter. You can choose a coin and all the news of this coin will be shown on the main page. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/iu7ozaYes, I'm well aware of the filtering options. Or do you want to modify the filter?
Not to modify the filter itself but to have everything on the main page (without the need to visit each of the coins pages or the use of filters). Maybe even try to have the "price chart", as an added option on the main page (for each coin). A switch button between "Nearest event" and "Price chart" (not sure how hard the implementation process is).

Recently, " Dartanium" caught my attention. Noticed he/she posted the exact following post, 28 times across different sections & threads: Archived: Page 1, Page 2 Suggestion: Not allowing exact similar posts (based on " drafts" or "users posts"), being made from the same user (by forum itself). Some might say: They can easily change few words and be able to post again (perhaps having certain limits, can solve that).

1. Do you want to see events of only one coin or event of all coins?
I'd like to see all of the coin events on the main page (each of the coin events on their respective boxes [below "Nearest event"]): Direct link of the screenshot - (red boxes)

-like a scammer scams to its clients-
Exactly. That's what I'm seeing so far: 1. Newbie account 2. Recent email changes 3. Promoting a website that requires you to download certain files for "collecting more coins". 4. The website itself, looks like it was made in less than 5 minutes. Forget this for now ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) This. I encourage everyone to forget this ( REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ON THIS WEBSITE).

We are waiting for your suggestions and wishes related to finalizing and developing the service. 1. It would be better if we could see all of the upcoming events on the main window that the "Nearest event" is being shown (perhaps with the use of scrolling or maybe left and right buttons [to move onto the next or previous event]). 2. Noticed some glitches/bugs on the price chart (sometimes), while moving back and forth (from one point to another). 3. Have the events with higher ratings at the top (while viewing a particular coin).
Apart from the above, it's quite good...

|
is it coincidence?
Nope. It's quite obvious that they're merit farming between one another (or rather his/her alt accounts). Almost all of them, have sent some merits to another account from the list (there's a pattern).
The time in which the events folded, shows a clear path that more accounts are involved (if you look deeper).

I would like suggestions for how to go about investigation, verification of accusations and formatting of this thread.
- For verification, a simple screenshot of the changes to CPU usage, can be good enough (while monitoring it using the "Resource Monitor" or other similar programs). - In regards to formatting, perhaps we should remove websites that no longer use it and instead, have them in a separate section/list (this way we could easily scroll the list and also save some spaces). ex. List of websites that no longer use browser mining: thepiratebay.org and so on...
Found a website that has compiled a lot of these websites (tested and some of them, no longer use it): The List of Top Alexa Websites With Web-Mining Code Embedded on Their Homepage* List (2/8/2018)
Should we only list crypto related websites or others too?
|
|
|
is there any chance, rules or thread that we can submit our post like nomination for a possible merit?
Yes, there's already few threads that fit that description. You can find them here: List of Threads Giving Away Merits

Read and do the necessary steps from this sticky thread ( Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords). There is a 3 years break with no posts on wafdawg account, between March 2014 and April 2017
You forgot to edit the "account name" from the template that you used: Original:There is a 2 years break with no posts on wafdawg account, between June 2015 and June 2017.

The trust system works by referral. Positive or negative trust that you give someone will appear to you and to any members that have given you positive trust. For example, if I give you positive trust, then I will see all the positive or negative trust that you give to other members.
That's incorrect. Giving someone a positive feedback/trust, isn't equal to adding them to your "trust list" (you won't see any of their ratings by default, unless they're DT1/2 members). To OP:First three responses, have valid points. Also to make it clear, you should follow these (shown at "Trust" page): Positive - You trust this person or had a successful trade. Neutral - Comments. Your rating will not affect this person's trust score. Negative - You were scammed or you strongly believe that this person is a scammer.

Apart from what "sud" mentioned, here's the " New PM limits" (those with higher ranks and activities, have less restrictions in terms of sending PM's): Activity | Max recipients | Max recipients if whitelisted | Max PMs per hour | Max PMs per hour if whitelisted | Max PMs per day | Max PMs per day if whitelisted | 0 | 2 | 10 | 1 | 40 | 2 | 120 | 15 | 3 | 10 | 10 | 40 | 15 | 120 | 30 | 5 | 10 | 10 | 40 | 30 | 120 | 100 | 7 | 14 | 20 | 80 | 150 | 600 | 250 | 15 | 30 | 120 | 120 | 300 | 1200 | 500 | 30 | 30 | 120 | 120 | 1200 | 1200 |
UpdateAlmost forgot: Full members and up, can have avatars on their profiles.
