My 4 fold acca yesterday lost...*sigh* one team messed up my chances of winning my parlay...Yep, this felt exactly like my typical weekend before football was suspended LOL
Ah! Sorry brother. It's really hard to hit any acca. In my case, I will always end up with a wrong one at-least.

I don't trust them, it's all just for run  Grin
That's what I though. It's easy to manipulate one person and fix a match. In fact these people also are playing for money and they do gamble as well if I am not wrong.

Though, I picked Real Madrid and Asensio because i'm a Real fan, and I read on Marca that Borja Iglesias (Real betis) has been practicing for this tournament for the past few days
Do you think the name of a team matters here? All you need to know is that who is the better players in between two.
5202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 22, 2020, 01:01:02 PM
I saw some suggestions to play in June and Jully, short closed for public, only on TV. They have a big loss because of TV rights and this is the only way to mitigate the damage.

I do not think they make much from the ground, I mean from selling tickets. It's a very small percentage of the income they had. The main income source is from TV broadcasting and sponsors. The advertisers are their main source of income.

But close door matches are not always exciting. The heart of any sports is it's audience. However it's something better than having nothing though.

Anyone has any trick to memories them in mind easily?

You can probably disregard Royal Flush/Straight Flush/Four of a Kind, since those hands are very rare. Most of the time, you will have to deal with the rest only. Maybe make a small list, which you put on your desk or print something like this:

Source: https://www.cardschat.com/pkimg/hand-nicknames/poker-hand-rankings.pdf
Thank you I already had one but this small tip [disregard Royal Flush/Straight Flush/Four of a Kind] will be helpful for me.

But you will memorize those fast, it's no rocket science. The real challenge is something else and this can only be learned by playing a lot and doing theory.
Some example situation of real challenges? May be one or two from the experience?

I was able to register. Nick is : bttBt
figmentofmyass gave me password and I am sure I was able to spot the link of the tournament: Bitcointalk Private Tournament [private]

But now when I want to register it says I do not have enough funds after putting the password I was given. How much bitcoin I will need for this? I would appreciate some details about the chips.

Thanks

we're on SwC this time, not sportsbet.io. https://play.swcpoker.eu/
Thanks for the link and I am going to register in few minutes. I was practicing online in Facebook and it seems those outcomes like Royal flush, straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, two pair, one pair and high card are not easy to remember for noobs.

Anyone has any trick to memories them in mind easily?

Some crazy sh going on here... LFC_Bitcoin and JSRAW banned for shilling some shitcoin?  Shocked
It's a temp ban for 7 days and they were participating in a gambling promotion, not actually shilling any coin LOL

While in this doom porn mode make sure to get "The Flu" too. Incidentally a Korean movie... (got recommended to me by a Chinese friend in January).
I have already seen it. It was heart breaking man at some point when the little girl was crying for her mum in the open street. Good one.

I'm watching it right now. Firts half: Real Betis 2-1. I'm actually enjoying this, although the streaming does have some issues like audio and lag. But whatever, i'm off to a good start in my acca since Atletico and Llorente won  Grin

edit* 3-1
I am too. The first half ended with a 3 - 1. And now another goal for Betis which is now 4 - 1. It's seems fun LOL

Edit: 5 - 1 LOL
By the way, how are you gonna trust these players?
5211  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. on: March 21, 2020, 07:43:56 PM
Yeah!

I watched this match on Twitch..

It was like the swapped controllers at half time!! haha.

Big come back from being hammered in the first half.

Steve.
That dude actually won it LOL
I just checked the result and it ended at 2 - 3 for Perez which means from the 2 head to head match the Perez guy won twice.

Now Jason vs Iglesias under way. No previous head to head match between this two though.
5212  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 21, 2020, 07:39:04 PM
I read through the three page thread, linked above, and mprep did provide an explanation towards the end of the thread that seems reasonable, and it is possible that theymos might advise on a different punishment or override mprep, but also might not be necessary since mprep already did explain that he had given a lower level of punishment to participants as opposed to the thread starter.

Of course, there could be a modification of the punishment, such as a reduction from 7 days to 3 days or something like that, but I am NOT sure if I understand the problem well enough in order to speculate whether such a reduction would be prudent in these circumstances... in other words, I do understand, generally, why they have to give some punishment in order for the severity of the rule breach to be understood...    I am surely glad that admins have rules that disincentivize the pumping of shitcoins.. so there is that....

I have never been suspended or otherwise punished on this forum, so far, but I have had posts deleted and I have been locked out of my account for decently extended times, including one time for nearly a month, so there is a world outside of the forum, at least I believe it still exists out there.  Perhaps LFC (and/or JSRAW) will be willing to report back to us, once his (their) suspension is over.... hahahahahaha unless he (they) becomes so bitter about his (their) punishment that he (they) becomes a no forum-er.... so there is that possibility, too.

I have received punishment in other times of my life, and sometimes I had believed that the punishment is not just, so if such seemingly unjust punishment comes, then there is a decision regarding whether it is worth it to fight the punishment or rebel in some kind of way.. In this case, the punishment might feel or seem a bit overly harsh if you had gotten caught up in the punishment, but really the punishment does not come off as outrageous to me (especially given mprep's explanation).
No problem with what mprep done and think but I think this rule is too harsh for the users. The topic creator may given a warning or such thing after trashing the thread. I was once a victim on this too and I tell you what, it's not something that makes you feel good.

This?

I see in the current game Perez was 2 - 0 behind and then in few minutes he leveled and now 2 - 2.
Where they hell it will end?
The last head to head wasn 5 - 1 for Perez.

5214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: March 21, 2020, 05:04:44 PM
After lockdown or quarantine or after this virus ends, will you go to casino places immediately or will you wait for some days before going?
Well those who are regular in casinos, who will stop them if everything goes back to normal? There will be no harm so expecting everything back to normal is logical. I am not a regular guy who goes casinos but I love gambling online. So now and then is not a big deal for me if I want to gamble of course.

Have you guys watched Contagion?

Is it any good? I heard its all the rage right now.
It's about a virus spreads from China and turns out pandemic in only 12 to 14 days or something. There are a lot of things were overdone there but worth watching considering the satiation we are in now.
5216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Austrailan league rules football Sportsbet betting discussion on: March 21, 2020, 04:25:20 PM
Have thought of placing bet but without any knowledge, it's kind of not worthy.
It's not a good idea of gambling without knowing anything about the team you are going to back. May be in the short run you will find some profit but in the long run you will definitely lose money. I know it from my experience. Winning in gambling at the begging is one of the reason people gets addicted thinking that they will keep winning like this without having very less knowledge about the teams.

Where did you find this image?
Can I have the link.
Google reverse-image-search: it's from http://sa-news.com

edit: reading that site clears up my uncertainty about how Africa will handle corona. They won't. At all.
Thanks

5218  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Very innovative BTC/ETH scam ongoing live, right now. on: March 21, 2020, 04:15:38 PM
Only thing we can do now is reporting the website and the social media postings as scam

In facebook the reporting really works and if it was done by more than one person then they look at it with series manner. However lately the service is slow due to corona phenomenon. I have an ad account which I have created to advertise one of my business and the sent a notification that the ads will longer to approve because of not many people working in their office.

We really can not do much except reporting and creating awareness against this scams.
5219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 21, 2020, 04:08:02 PM
But for other leagues, it can still be won by several clubs, unlike EPL, whose points are far from first place.
Let's say hypothetically that there will be no more matches of this season in EPL. Clearly Liverpool wins the season title but from the 2nd to 6th position they will always have this regret that they could do a bit more to get their position up a bit especially Utd coz they will end up in Europa eventually.
5220  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Very innovative BTC/ETH scam ongoing live, right now. on: March 21, 2020, 03:59:07 PM
In social media you will find the most noobs and it's sad to see they lose their hard earned money. Anyway, in this board you are not going to see much traffic except people will just comment. May be you can use the proper formatting and move this to the scam accusation board.
