5201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe that bitcoin will have a stable price in the future? on: May 31, 2020, 11:57:23 PM
Nope, I was still expecting the same situation, market volatility, and the ups and downs.
Maybe we could say that more people and establishments are accepting this technology but thinking whales and market manipulation, it quite never to see a stable market price but rather to still see the volatility itself.

Well, I know it was important to have that stability and could it give a reason for us to recommend Bitcoin as a currency to use globally instead of having FIAT money. But I was thinking the behavior of the market will seem to be more difficult in the future if the government will never give full support on this.
5202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DISCUSSION] How to overcome a big loss in gambling? on: May 31, 2020, 11:35:16 PM
Good thread and gamblers can pick so much from it, but as a gambler it's easier to say this but when gambling -maybe is the tension/heat- you may not think of those things at that time. Although experience is one thing i count on in seriously tensed gambling time,

Gamblers needs to do more intellect than feelings. More loses comes when you don't know when to raise the white flag and end the session.
It is really hard when you are out of control and never knows how to stick to our limitations.
As usual, gamblers will mostly suffer losses than of winning against the house and that because we are chasing to win even though we can't. Even though we have those OP's with us but keeping it and following it all the time is really a big challenge for everyone. Why? It is because we are losing our minds and can't even think all of them when we are in gambling and much more if we lose already.

Just to tell this, one way to help us out from losing is not to gamble anymore.
5203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One good turn deserves another 👈 Scammers way on: May 31, 2020, 11:01:03 PM
They will still be coming back as they know that there are lots of people waiting for them and willing to be scammed, unless if we are learning already. Even we spread awareness about scamming schemes and other related issues but many were still blinded enough to think about it especially when the saw huge offering market returns. Because in reality many of us here are greedy and want to become rich instantly which we know that it seems impossible.
Until there are people who embrace this kind of trick, scammers will be coming back again and again.
5204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reasons Why I Have Lost 50% Of Bitcoin on: May 31, 2020, 09:58:00 AM
It seems that this thread is more precisely on the trade discussion board, and the OP can consider moving it.

OP, many investors or traders have the same fate as you, even though we dont know the true amount. HYPE is not new to produce problems for traders. Without good analysis, everything will be destroyed. Losses and profits are reasonable in trading, but to make a profit a trader must do a good analysis.

That is pretty hard when you can't able to understand and read charts. We're not just good to market analysis but we must have a good approach to every market changes it happens. But to the fact that we can't be good at all times and could not anticipate the market flows, that is the reason why we suffer losses.

Certainly, we can't be in trading if we really don't understand what we are doing in the first place. Losing is a thing that can't be avoided but it can be minimized if we know how to control ourselves.
5205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you handle losses in trading? on: May 30, 2020, 11:55:46 PM
It was acceptable to have losses in trading but it was also different when you are saying ALWAYS. If this case is still happening, I have to quite in trading. There is something we need to figure out what is wrong and where are we getting wrong, our strategies? Luck of knowledge? Or we are an emotional trader.
Because we are still going to continue trading without looking these holes on us, believe me, we are not going far but just keep on losing. That was hard when we pretending ourselves that we are totally ready for this thing but actually is not. That is why we have to look back and have to think deeply.
5206  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now Lot of things to focus on BTC!! on: May 30, 2020, 11:38:15 PM
We have a new market pump today, but I think this won't be a continual increase and probably it drops back again in a while. But we have witnessed a strong market gain of some altcoins and this makes me think that Bullish could something be near. If we break the $10k resistance, the possibility of continuous market pumps will soon happen. But I know it wasn't going to be straight high, a roller coaster alike still the looks of the market we are going to see. We could probably see a zigzag line.
5207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: May 29, 2020, 10:29:16 PM
You can make huge rewards even with that instance if you participated in the bounty since from the very beginning in all the bounty allocation. But the question is it has a market value? Because we are not talking about the number of tokens but we are looking into its market value which in most cases, they still don't have any $.

I was picturing out that many Bounties promise huge rewards and bounty allocation just to attract participants and to promote their project but that was so unfortunate because they are still not listed on the market or even it was but there is no value and no buyers. How could we sell it?
5208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tracking Crypto Trades on: May 29, 2020, 09:54:28 PM
Hello - I have been trading a lot recently and am worried about keeping track of everything for tax purposes. I have received a lot of suggestions that I should manually track my trades, however, this is tough when making multiple trades per day.

The problem is that my trades make up multiple smaller trades. For example, If I buy 10 BTC, this will fill dozens of smaller orders, all at different prices. I have seen some of my trades consist of 50+ smaller trades! How do I keep track of my profits and losses when there are so many trades? I have exacted my trade data from the exchange but it lists several thousands of transactions per month!

Are there any easier ways to do this?
It could be hard to track if you are using different coins in trading and especially when you are doing a day trading. But I don't think it was very important to have it track since I believe that you are a full-time trader and you are watching it all over the day, unless if you have another job.

If you are using a single trading platform, no matter how many coins you trade, multiple trades a day, you can still find it if you are losing or not because it appears in the total balance. But it was difficult when using multiple platforms a day. And if you do the records manually, it only add a burden to you.

But anyway, you can take a look at your trading history in each platform.
5209  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will governments do next to manipulate Bitcoin? on: May 29, 2020, 11:42:49 AM
If the government is pursuing such intention, they actually make a push on it earlier. But we are already at 10 years of existence quite to see that they are giving up, instead, they look ways in order to give support and give safety assurance to the community. The government will certainly not going to after crypto being controlled but only they ask for the people to include this as an asset for them they could pay taxes.

Maybe we are so lucky and crypto community that Bitcoin will remain to decentralize market and in such a thing, small investors and traders will not be outplayed by whales.
5210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Those that hate risks! on: May 29, 2020, 10:47:15 AM
It is  good to take a risk but it must be a calculated risk and not just jumping into the boat. Life itself in its entirety is full of risks
How it could be a calculated risk?
It is called risk because we don't know what will happen next and we don't have assurance for gaining trades or a losing one. If we only know that the market will pump but tomorrow or on the other day/s, ain't no wonder why people won't jump into the boat. But somehow we don't know anything and that people will not try either as they are afraid of the possible results.

Trading is not a perfect place for those who are not capable of doing this and have negativity in minds. They always worried and live with doubts.

5212  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin price drops is a buying opportunity? on: May 28, 2020, 11:54:01 PM
although we assume that it is an opportunity, the fact is when it happens, then we will be difficult to make a decision whether we should buy bitcoin in large quantities or not. however, large decreases sometimes cause panic. I've tried this many times. Well, that is an opportunity, but there will still be doubts.
That is why having a crypto investment is so risky and that people have no idea what they are doing will absolutely fall into a losing ends. And you are right, we all just full of assumptions and prediction which is most likely out from reality. But I don't think it is a bad idea knowing that we are looking for a chance and of believing that our hopes to become possible.

If we keep doubting about Bitcoin's capability, it will only drive us apart for knowing it more. We are in crypto, we are giving support to this because we think that this has a better future and it is proven multiple times.
5213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are afraid on investing to bitcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 11:12:48 PM
If you buy a bitcoin in the price of 9000$, yes it may drop, but we have clearly seen that this is what it does. It goes up and down. If you have 1 million dollars and buy 100BTC  (900.000$) then the only thing you have to do is wait. Because someday it will pass that number and you will have profit. Am I wrong?
You should have to make it otherwise, you will lose. But the question is how long? It is so unfortunate that some people put their money at risk in crypto for they think that it will multiply soon but deliberately they become stupid because they also sell it when the market showing some declines.

Maybe OP if you have the guts to invest that big amount in Bitcoin and make it possible to hold waiting for a better price then it is good for you but if you're not, I'm afraid to see you dump your Bitcoin first in the market. It was clear enough to see a huge risk here and those people who are willing to take the risk will absolutely get their prize in the end.
5214  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe that bitcoin will have a stable price in the future? on: May 28, 2020, 10:51:37 PM
Do you? I believe yes, after some years, if more people get into bitcoin, the price will stop somewhere and it will change slowly.
Forget about that we are in a decentralized market, even though we want to make to stable but actually, it can't unless we turn into manipulation and become a centralized one. We could see that some altcoins are already centralized but quite different from Bitcoin and nobody owes it. Keeping the market still in decentralize we can always see the ups and downs market flows. But it never gives me worries, besides it was so grateful to see like that for we have a big chance to gain more.
For me, I don't think there is a market change especially for Bitcoin and even the government will try to manipulate cryptocurrency is still impossible.
5215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: May 28, 2020, 02:47:28 AM
snipped...
I don't usually follow the recommendation of my friends simply because of the risk of losing money and even if they are my friends, they can't give any guarantee that I will make money on that so I do my part as an investor. New cryptocurrency are worth buying if they are real and offering a new system but if they can't even perform a well service then you should doubt on that. There's a lot of criteria to be used before investing and you have to do your part before listening to anyone.
We are the same mate, I supposed not to follow my friends before and thinking that Bitcoin could just be scam way. But this is also my big regrets coz I'd found it late and if I allow that recommendation drives me, I already got a lot. It was a lesson for me and think that we shouldn't have to close the door for any opportunity that will knock on but leave it open for they will come soon.
It was difficult to trust crypto at first as you can hear bad reviews but actually it is different when you are there. But Bitcoin is somewhat different from the others and particularly to the new coins existed, and we can't deny that they are losing such potentiality which makes it difficult to give trust and put at risk.
5216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think shops should accept bitcoin? on: May 27, 2020, 10:31:42 PM
If you are saying shops SHOULD accept bitcoin, it doubts to be happening. We know the risk in crypto and even big business institutions are still not finding it safe. Having Bitcoin or cryptocurrency isn't just pushing to us to use it but only to consider an optional way of making transactions an example for bills payment. We find that some establishments are having it already accepted but quite just a few of them.

Maybe we can see more shops/establishments will take this option but not this year or even next year. It probably when the time that crypto is fully developed and when that volatility rate will slow down.
5217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is crypto is better then fiat? on: May 26, 2020, 11:53:48 PM
Cryptocurrency will be more valuable than fiat especially bitcoin because it has a limited supply and decentralized. Unlike fiat that is controlled by the government and they keep printing as they want. There are rumors about USDT controlling the market, I also see some large transaction on USDT is being minted. Yeah those whales really influence the market they can pump and dump a certain coin. If that continues I guess it is not good for the crypto community the trust will decrease if markets are manipulated.
The continuous market participation of whales in crypto will actually be ruining the feature of the market. Tend to believe that we are totally a decentralized market but what whales wanting to manipulate the price it will also say that we are no longer to that form. I'm afraid that people will lose their confidence to see crypto is a decentralized one and then it can be likely the same as what it happens to FIAT where being controlled by the government. People have chosen cryptos especially for Bitcoin because of small txn fees and no taxes to pay unlike having FIAT money.
5218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some Alts for long run investment. on: May 26, 2020, 11:40:13 PM

I don't know on what basis you gave this list. All of this coin is shitcoin on this list. It is very dangerous to invest in such coins. So becareful traders, before anyone follows this list, you must do research about that project. Give an analysis of why this coin will do well in the future, it will be easier for investors to understand. And if you have a random list, then it's dangerous.
Probably OP can give nothing because it only gives disappointment to the investors. No one would actually consider these (shitcoins) as everyone knows the nearest possible results. And I hope they will.

I don't know what is the purpose of having this list. I hope OP is not trying to fool us particularly to newcomers. But to keep safe, it is very important to check on the CMC. And I suggest everyone do some research before investing and choose the best project, and not just because someone is promoting it (just like this).
5219  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important ? on: May 26, 2020, 11:18:16 PM
Trading on the live exchange is actually harder than how written contents usually convey it but you are right about one thing though, taking calculated risk is the key to success in any volatile market because the wave and charts can go against you any moment no matter how pro of a trader you seems to be.

Because crypto trading in real life is somewhat different. It was very hard to manage ourselves when we have a little patient and knowledge in trading and quite to see that some traders are quitting and leave because they don't really understand the situation.

It is just unfortunate that most trader don't yield to the warning of trading what you can afford to lose or a spare cash
And then, it was an unfortunate thing that they couldn't even manage to take the risk and handle the stress they actually live. That even you are an expert and pro traders, you can't simply think that trading we work so easily, yet it was a stressful job especially when the market turns into bearish.
5220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: May 26, 2020, 10:55:34 PM
Now my friend W has recommended a new cryptocurrency to me. Should I invest?
What coin it is? So we can evaluate the capability of this coin.
Investing new coin/s isn't that bad if we could see its huge potential in the market but if we can't see anything, I can see the losing ends. The risk of acquiring new coin is high-risk unlike those who are existed already it is because they don't have such market performance that we can see and evaluate.
But for me, I'm sticking into Bitcoin and putting some funds into potential and promising altcoins. Usually, new coins get ignored unless they prove that they are worthy of trust and a gaining market.
