5201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PH banned online cockfighting - Worst gambling-related cases recorded! on: May 04, 2022, 09:41:31 PM
- Is it really valid that we should blame the online cockfighting here that's why most people wrecked their lives?
It's all about free will and choice. Those people that didn't end up good have chosen to gamble and they shouldn't blame anyone for it. They are all accountable for their actions.
If there's someone to blame, it is themselves because they are the ones who have the authority to do what they can with their money and they should be responsible for their decisions.

5203  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Crypto online sabong? on: May 04, 2022, 10:19:39 AM

5204  Economy / Gambling / Re: 24casino1.bet on: May 03, 2022, 11:46:14 PM
First time to hear about this casino. There's nothing you can do with it but to wait until the support responds positively but I doubt that they'll do it for you until you take actions that will bother them.
But suing them and doing all of those papers works won't even be worth it with the amount that you're withdrawing from them as it's costly. As suggested to you by magneto, keep contacting them even if it's hopeless.

5207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: May 02, 2022, 08:32:10 PM
I like that, Donaire has to be very careful in using his power as he might get exhausted again in the end. This is a big chance for Donaire to avenge his loss and prove to the world that his career is not over, I'm so excited now upon reading the news you shared, I feel like this would not be a one sided fight.
It's okay to get a full blown on this match so that he can take advantage as he do that. Yeah, his career won't be over but it's about to be because it's likely that he'll get into retirement and that's not a negative note for him.
So if he's saying that he's about to get serious on this match, it's the fighting spirit that he's got in but I'm sure that he's not belittling Inoue on this one and when matches are about to happen, such statements are really made but I want him to beat Inoue just as he says.
5208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: May 02, 2022, 07:17:51 PM
When I was young, the boss of my father was into this. He's petting a lot of bull dogs and I've just heard it that he's into it.
It's like a game of the rich and I was too innocent on that when I've heard until I grew up and realized and understood the reality that this is a cruel way of gambling. It's better to just do the usual way of gambling like sports betting and other casino games.

Indeed. This kind of gambling which uses animals to be the center of entertainment and satisfaction is cruel and not at all cool. These horses have lives as well and they shouldn't be used for anyone's fulfillment. In most horse racing, horses experience animal cruelty before the race itself, during the race, and after the race. It's even a lucky chance if they would have no injury or survive after the race was held because during their run on the track field, they are exposed to all kinds of injury - minor and lethal.

It's just so saddening that government takes little to no action regarding this matter. For these kind of operations to be halted, the government must intervene and do their job to make it illegal and ban it so that no organizations or groups will make a gambling event out of it. Making the punishment and fine heavy will play a factor too to let people no longer engage with this kind of activity.

Hopefully, many animal organizations and activists push this in their specific countries. The mere fact that many horses are in pain whenever they take the course is awfully disturbing already. This should be stopped. The time back then is far different from now, hence, the traditional reason shouldn't be applicable.
Honestly, this isn't the only animal gambling that I've known. There are other types of it and for sure you're not going to like the other types of it.
So taking this as the most for the example, this should really be stopped and no longer promoted by those places that are into this. There are people that are coming and going by just to see these fights and it doesn't matter to them because they are just going to pay for how much it would cost just to them in live action. That's why there are these organizations like PETA but it's still up to the government if they'll hear them out and stop these operations.
5209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: May 02, 2022, 06:23:24 PM
They have planned it before they put those huge bets. But there's a possibility that they've just bet it due to their emotion tickling them and they're triggered.
That's very possible but for most of them, they're planning their actions and their wagers. And as they bet with such amounts, it's either they've won that amount in the past or they have it on their stash but is willing to lose.
I don't think that was a mistake or a wrong bet but I assume this will be a planned bet, and this might involve the site owner.
I'm not going to think they just fool us, especially for small players but this seems not usual daily. Either these gamblers will lose in the game but the money still goes back to their pocket, like how whales do in trading. They are making a profit rather than making themselves losses.
It's for us to decide on what we think with them. Everything to think of and these possibilities can happen.
But we don't know what's the actual thing behind it and I just have to think and believe of what I think so that there's no pressure on it and just only need to think about the huge bets that they've placed.
5210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: May 02, 2022, 10:33:15 AM
What the creator of the thread explains reminded me of bullfighting, which many have idealized, when the truth is that when the bull goes to the bullring, it is in terrible conditions.
5211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Good ways to trade? on: May 01, 2022, 08:57:59 PM
sometimes everyone has a difference in choosing which indicators are suitable for use in trading.

if you are already in trading. then you can learn self-taught or independently. many youtube channels that provide education about this for free.

What is more important for beginners who are very early in joining is to recognize the risks that will be taken. learn the basics. and don't be in a hurry to jump right into trading if your knowledge is not enough. and one more thing to remember is to stay away from excessive greed when trading. because believe me it will only destroy your trade.
But do not be dependent on those YT channels at most times. Although there are those who really are willing to teach what they know in trading. However, we can see that many of them are taking advantage by misleading their subscribers upon sharing knowledge about trading. It's like they always put a sales pitch at any part of their videos. And that's why many doesn't like that idea anymore and it's better to find readable materials and understand it from there.
5212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: May 01, 2022, 03:08:17 PM
This is shocking England isn't in the top 10 list ranking, this is questionable to ask what criteria they used on this ranking?
If for Australia I'm not surprised I have known a lot of friends from Australia who narrated to me that gambling is huge business over there.
Finally for my country I was expecting to see them somewhere around 20 upwards or should be in the top 10 because gambling is a huge business here, you can merely see a street without a betting shop.
Well, just like what others have been talking about. The way the list has been made isn't accurate at all. It has its own basis and that's why many of you folks are not impressed with it. Whatever the metrics being used and done on this by the author, there will be some of the few that would find an inaccuracy on it. In our own belief, we know which places are into that list and based on that knowledge we've got, it could also be used if at some point you'll make your own article and list like this.
5213  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency trading courses on: May 01, 2022, 01:46:33 PM
i'm looking for a good trading course. i found some good ones on udemy based on reviews but im not quite sure if they are actually worth it. i dont know how to value them. i want to learn trading from A to Z step by step without jumping here and there on youtube. ive been doing quite till now but i feel i have knowledge gaps. if u can please link me to some nice courses i'll be thankfull.
You'll never know if the course is worth it until you've tried it. Look for the reviews below if they're worth the buck. Before purchasing one in udemy, you have to check all of those elements including the reviews of those people that have tried that course.
In YouTube, you can learn the basics there and just ignore those shillings that will be done throughout those videos because that's for sure going to be included for each video tutorials that they make.
5214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: April 30, 2022, 11:28:44 PM
i'm sure the OP must have a great awareness that regret always comes late....but i will not judge the OP for this mistake he did, everyone especially gamblers must have a greed that is difficult to control, so hopefully the OP and all of us can learn from mistakes like this, keep the spirit OP, i hope you can solve the debt problem you are experiencing (i'm trying to encourage the OP from losing playing gambling due to selfishness)
Greed is always there but if you allow it to win then you'll eventually be losing all that you've worked for. No one stops you to gamble but do not go that far.
When you have to gamble with the money that you've worked hard for months. It's okay to put a budget to your gambling needs but be in control of it. Because if you don't, gambling is the one that will control you and every time you've saved money to be spent in other meaningful things, you'll do this again.
5215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 30, 2022, 02:22:55 PM
AFAIK, it's because of their lackluster. They've been into that situation that's near to the belt but they fell short. Each team has their own style of cleansing or shuffling if there's really need a change.
And to this point of asking if their staff wants to stay, they'll just let them stay.

Let's go to the finish line. If the Meralco is really decided to reshuffle, what's the sense of exit interview if those people who are being asked are already considered to leave. For example, Meralco told Maliksi that they will trade him but in the exit interview, Maliksi said he wants to stay with the team. Will it change Meralco's plan and decide to keep him instead? The same goes for other players and staff.

This exit interview is pure of non-sense by Meralco. As if that will change the future of the players to stay on the team.
Well, we don't know what's in their mind. If they're willing to trade then during the interview, they have already said that and the player would make up his mind to allow him to stay.
We don't know what's going to happen with all of them but the next conference is coming. So whether you think it's nonsense, it's okay and if I think that's brilliant for them asking who's willing to stay for their careers, it's also okay.
5216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A single trading tool is not enough on: April 30, 2022, 10:27:44 AM
Do not forget about reading news. They can be useful indicators too for specific cryptos that you're holding or trading, they set a sign if there's going to be a shorting or if someone has to see that it should set a bullish pattern. Well, nothing beats having multiple tools and indicators in checking out the market.
But for those that don't like to look at the charts or don't know how to do it, there are still other ways just as I've said.
5217  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: April 30, 2022, 08:09:19 AM

5218  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: April 30, 2022, 02:20:58 AM

5219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 29, 2022, 11:20:46 PM
AFAIK, while he's on Adelaide, there's one scouter from the NBA that has seen him already and that's why a hype was built on him. But we really don't know if that has chosen him as prospect.
But just as we hope, the kid has gone that far to be drafted and he worked hard for it and ignored other opportunities for this growth. Going in the D league would be his one way ticket to NBA but it's also possible that he'll get drafted there directly.

That's something that influence his decision, or his agent might smell something from their radar and let him join this draft, Kai was love by the Adeline fans and they wanted him to stay for another year, he still young and linking him to possible PBA draft is also not impossible to happen, he got a lot of options and if fate give him that luxury to play inside NBA.

It will be a good recognition of a pure breed pinoy competing internationally, something that we, all Filipinos, will be proud.

Just remembering how Yao Ming bring that noise to all the Asian neighbors when he spent his career inside Houston, and Jeremy Lin
who will forget him right?
He's young and I think that's all planned by him to join Adelaide to have that exposure for the scouters and he's right on that. Now, that the draft has come, it's also part of his plan to get on it.
He just went through the process and hopefully, he'll be successfully draft with any team or with the team he likes. Does anybody knows what team he likes to be drafted on NBA?

Who knows, maybe Kai will be an import from one of the PBA franchise...
He's good to avoid it for now, there are too many opportunities for him abroad.

Bitcoin.
Just compute how much it had gained for the last 6 years. I've held a few and luckily managed to sell at profits for the past 2 years. I made sure that when it get into another bull run, I'll definitely going to take profit.
So I did, for altcoins, maybe a few with Ethereum and waiting for some of my investments in NFT to give me such gains.
