5221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I daily earn 10% on: September 04, 2018, 11:02:46 PM
Depends on by how much the price fluctuates every  day. The more it fluctuates with higher margin, the better the chances. But honestly, getting 10% profit everyday becomes actually quite impossible or extremely hard to execute. You will need keep an eye on the market almost 24 hours and grab every opportunity you get.
5222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Optimistic Attitude on: September 01, 2018, 01:34:24 PM
A true believer of crypto currency is always optimistic. They know that no matter how much damage or price fall the market goes through, the price will eventually rise back and will one day dominate the financial aspects by taking over fiat currency. Just be positive and give some time. As more people starts to adopt and get used to crypto currencies, the chance of being more successful increases.
5223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: September 01, 2018, 01:29:03 PM
Well, right now people considers it as an investment since the value will eventually rise. So why not take the advantage? No matter how much people deny it, it is used as a form investment to make money. As long as the value fluctuates and keeps on rising, people will use it for investing to make profit unless total adoption takes place and different merchants starts to accept it as a form of payment.
5224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto to be abandoned on: September 01, 2018, 12:51:20 PM
Why do people come to conclusion that bitcoin or other crypto currency is  being abandoned when the price starts to fall? This makes no sense. The price fluctuates, goes up and down which is quite normal. We see the value of dollar or other fiat currency fall but do we say that they are being abandoned? Or do we show them the reasons behind the fall (inflation  and stuffs)? Obviously the latter one.
5225  Economy / Economics / Re: What should we focus on more? Demand or Supply? on: August 31, 2018, 10:11:31 PM
Holding is not like cutting off the supplies. It is more like limiting the supplies. Even if we hold off the coins, new coins are generated every day. The holding increases the value of the coins, and as usual more people are attracted towards investment as they see the price increase. So eventually the price will start increasing more, that is more demand and the supply won't be reduced since fractions of the coins will carry more value than before which people will be buying (what I mean is that people will then focus on investing on fractions of coin rather than one whole coin). The more we dump, the lesser the value will be.
5226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency began to be trusted. Poland introduced a new law on: August 31, 2018, 10:05:44 PM
The anti-cryptocurrency campaign organized by the Polish government was ridiculous. Some Polish YouTubers were paid quite a lot of money for discouraging young people from investing in cryptocurrencies. They were obviously laughed at. Here you can watch a video titled "Who will you be when the bubble pops?" - disabled comments and thousands of dislikes.

The Prime Minister of Poland once said during the interview that they were going to either ban Bitcoin or regulate it. It looks like the government realized that it is not possible to get rid of cryptocurrencies completely.
And once they realized this, they decided to tax it to make things easier and turn over the tables so that it become advantageous for them. They will be taxing people who are using crypto currency which means they will have to regulate it. By regulating they will end up indirectly controlling the usage of the currency and thus decentralization will be lost without people even realizing it.
5227  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!! on: August 31, 2018, 10:00:31 PM
I'm so sorry you feel this way. But i don't think i agree with you. Being too greedy can make you lose about 70% of your initial capital which you started with in crypto investment. Crypto investment is not about how high the price is or how high the price can be. It is about knowing how the market trades and the trend at which people are trading. Once you understand this, you can invest without losing funds
There is nothing to be sorry about. He knows what he was into and exited when he actually saw the real risk and now started to spread fear?
Anyways, how do you know it is only 70% of the initial investment you will be losing? Just some random numbers? You can be losing around 100% of your investment if you do not know what you are doing. Do keep this in mind that just learning the trend won't be making you risk free. There is always risk associated in trading no matter what you follow.
5228  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy Bitcoin. The price of the coin exceeded $ 6500 on: August 31, 2018, 09:51:21 PM
On the other hand, if the coin value can rise above $ 6595, it will reach the $ 7000 zone. Bitcoin will begin to recover gradually if it can consolidate above $ 7067. In the near future this is less likely than a negative scenario.

it's been 9 days since this post and it seems the price is struggling to stay above $ 6900 and since we do not have good news to drive a big price increase, we can imagine that the price will fall to $ 6200. it has been very bad months for bitcoin and altcoins, I would not have imagined that I would ever see the ETH price below $ 280. Imagine the losses that many people must be having with these price falls
The price does not always depends on "good" news or "bad" news. Moreover, the price did go above $7,000 for a brief moment and then fall back below $6,900. But right now we can see that the price has once again gone above $7,050 which is actually a good sign for us. Hoping to see the price exceed $7,500 within the end of the next two week which is quite possible if the price can sustain above $7,000.
5229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Master the trading on: August 31, 2018, 12:31:18 PM
They should actually spend more time learning the market before entering the trading sector. They should learn how the market moves daily, the trading pattern, the usual rise and fall. They should also keep in mind that the pattern are not always followed, and should keep them selves ready for any unexpected blow. Then they can start investing slowly in trade and after gaining enough experience can start investing higher amounts.
5230  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it good to recruit other person to join Blockchain technology? on: August 31, 2018, 12:28:43 PM
I think majority of people here are very selfish ,. Believe it or not. They are hiding and choose not to tell to the other person especially to their neighbors what is cryptocurrency all about.
They don't want to spread the mechanism of it. And that is very wrong for me.
We must encourage people who have no idea to the cryptos. Teach them how to use and explain what is the benefits of it.
This is also for the good of our industry .
Remember the status of cryptocurrencies as of now is endangered and the value of bitcoins is gradually dropping .
So, the good thing to do is to spread out the operation of Blockchain technology.
Lol. What is there to hide about?  Cheesy Cheesy. I don't see how they will gain something by not letting people know about blockchain. Isn't it actually the opposite? They should be teaching and enlightening people about blockchain so that they can gain something. The more the people know about this technology, the more they will be interested and start investing on it. More people adopting means higher value of the coins and better chance of the government accepting it as a legal tender.
5231  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen after the last bitcoine is mined? on: August 30, 2018, 08:20:18 PM
The miners will no longer be generating coins. They will only get the miners fee only as the reward. Eventually many miners might leave causing slow confirmations and higher fee. But I am quite sure better solutions will come out. We will see the price of bitcoin higher than it is today. Assuming, most people already adopted bitcoin, we might see some price stability.
5232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the best decision on: August 30, 2018, 07:22:45 PM
Unfortunately you bought it at the wrong time. You should have invested when the price was low, not during the price rise hype. Now, it all depends on you. If you believe that the price will eventually go up and recover, then keep holding and start investing more as the price keeps on dipping. Or just sell off your investment as it will open more opportunity for you to invest on some other coins.
5233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to accept Bitcoin on: August 29, 2018, 07:16:51 AM
Can you give me a credible source? Did google it but found out that they are "still planning" but couldn't find any official notice. The posts were around 2 months old and no recent talk about it. A huge company taking this huge step would actually be a positive motive and a good news for crypto community. Others might end up doing the same, who knows. Lets get hope they actually do that.
5234  Economy / Speculation / Re: ARE WE REALLY SEEING BULL RUN OR TRAP IN BTC MOVE on: August 28, 2018, 09:01:55 PM
Not sure what is happening now. The price of bitcoin has gone up by almost 5%. Other alts coins (which usually starts to fall as bitcoin rises) ended up following the same trend and went up in price along with bitcoin. We can see something positive over here. Lets just wait for a week for we end up taking any kind of decision to see where this leads us to.
5235  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: August 28, 2018, 08:08:39 PM
in the future, will there really be a need for fiat currency? Government can collect taxes in crypto, determine how to allocate it, and spend it in crypto. Ppl can receive salaries and do all commerce using crypto. Loans can be done in crypto. Fundraising can be in crypto. Sure, problems have to be worked out in terms of scalability, does it have to be completely decentralized, etc, the value has to become more stable. But theoretically, is there any reason to have fiat in the future?

It has been established that governments can now do taxation without representation by printing more money (which is a tax on everyone holding the currency), instead of trying to get a bill passed that allows it to increase the tax rate. With crypto this would be no more. All increased taxation would have to pass a vote.

From an economic standpoint, the idea that a country can stimulate its economy by adjusting interest rates is tenuous. There is just as strong an argument that lowering interest rates has caused speculation and bubbles, with calamitous results. In a crypto market economy, capital will flow from where it is needed less to where it is needed more.
Well, if government starts collecting taxes through crypto, then you will have to strictly regulate it. The more regulations are imposed, the less decentralized the system becomes. This is an issue right now. And yes people can receive salaries in crypto, but what if the value falls and the receiver starts to suffer? They can even sue their employer if the value falls down there minimum wage.
5236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will altcoins ever recover their value? on: August 28, 2018, 08:05:06 PM
Have heard of only TRON and CARDANO. The price of altcoins are actually more unstable than bitcoin. Specifically the coins that are not actually very well known or are not trending. Right now, we can see that the price of bitcoin along with other altcoins are actually going up. Keep your fingers crossed and keep holding your coins. We might see another huge and long bull run coming soon.
5237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Continuing to touch the lows of the year, why is Ethereum so? on: August 28, 2018, 07:50:52 PM
We are undergoing a very unpleasant situation right now. The way price is dropping, I don’t know whether it will recover or not. I hope everything gets right without causing much of our loss from the investments
There is nothing to worry about. This is actually how the market works. You just have to hold as long as possible and take advantage of the dip by investing as much as possible during the fall. Look at the market right now. Around $12 billion has been added as the price of every coin started to rise back. Bitcoin and ethereum is up by almost 5%. We will have a very interesting week ahead.
5238  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it going to pass $20k again? on: August 27, 2018, 04:58:59 PM
Why do people keep on asking the same question? This kind of questions has been asked tons of time and the replies were the same. The value of bitcoin will eventually rise, but when it will happen can not be predicted by anyone. You just have to believe in bitcoin and keep holding it as long as you can. Eventually in the long run it will get to reach a new all time high price.
5239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap data on: August 27, 2018, 04:57:05 PM

Where did you read that? it would be nice to know the source to see if someone here can confirm the info.

That's the thing - I don't even think that I read it - I think it was something I heard on the radio or in a tech podcast (no idea which one as I listen to several and didn't keep track of listened/deleted episodes). It was one of those situations where I wasn't listening closely and just had it playing in the background as background noise. Sorry for my inattentiveness!
Went through their social media and I don't see them mentioning that they will remove their "free plan" from their API.  In fact one of their recent post was advertising and welcoming people to use their free plan to try out their API. You were probably misinformed or it was me that missed out. Anyways, try googling and you might find your answer. Or use other sites the users provided above.
5240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency back from the dead? on: August 27, 2018, 02:38:16 PM
Define dead? Did you ever see the value of crypto currencies going down to zero? Nope. Now do you think a  dead thing would have a value? Nope. As long as crypto currencies have a slightest bit of value, we can say that it is "not" dead. Honestly, it will never be dead as long as we don't find such a flaw which can never be fixed.
