If you are in a campaign currently managed by me and I allow you to switch, then you cannot go back to the other campaign. You need to think through decisions you make. By that I mean, this campaign may last 1 week or it may last 100 weeks. Is it worth losing a spot in a campaign that has been long running for an extra 10$ for 1 week? I'm not saying MintDice is a 1 week campaign, but it could be. It could be another longterm too. |

FYI, Waitress in Russia/Ukraine gets more money per week for the 30h-50 of work than payment for this type of work.
I believe he is just trying to give you guys examples of users who should apply. They don't have the budget to hire someone like me for the job, so they are asking users from not so good economies to apply. Not sure I would have included Russia in my description, but as for the rest, it's basically 3rd world economies. |

Those trust feedback means nothing and I don't see how it'll cost you clients beside you have enough positive trust to convince any client wanting to work with you. The user @game-protect hasn't violated any written contract as others have suggested so flagging him would just be an emotional retaliation which can be considered a trust abuse.
You're not his only victim, am also a victim of his random jokes (trust feedback) we just have to ignore him and move on since his feedback doesn't and would never count. If they want the attention, don't give it to them.
I'm not really worried about him costing me anything. Just want to justify tagging him for his behavior since the moderators/admins are only selectively enforcing rules. Least that's how it looks. Maybe noone has brought his actions to their attention as well. He's definitely abusing the system and needs taught a lesson. [complains about selective enforcement of rules as you make lame attempts to justify punitive selective enforcement of the rules because your ends justify the means] Are you just always an asshole? I don't think I ever see you post anything but pessimistic bs about everything and everyone. Just to people who put their own compulsions over the integrity and function of the entire community. This user violated a written contract with me, resulting in damages. There was no contract made between you and game-protect (implied or written), so you do not meet the requirements required to open a higher tier flag. I kind of disagree with you here. Upon making an account on the forum you are binding yourself to the forums rules correct? FORUM RULES If you look at rule #3 it clearly states he is violating the NO TROLLING rule. When he agrees to use this forum and abide by its rules, he is sort of making a contract with every user and agreeing he will not violate it. Sounds like a solid argument  |
