Well, maybe primedice don't has any special rules on much account holding or buying/selling (don't know really) but on bitsler in rules it's not allowed to have more than 2 account. So if we start account selling and person has 2 account, when he/she buys new one, it means 3 account despite the fact how active was any account. Also for example if someone sells bitsler's legendary account, it has unlimited 5000 satoshi faucet and I believe buyer will use this for unlimited faucet. So faucet farming isn't allowed.
In any way, account selling can't be allowed.

Is your service in all European country or are there some exceptions? Also do you have mobile app and is it possible to fill balance with bitcoin? because now transaction fees are very high and sending btc every time means wasting money in high fees.

Just curious, for me it sounds unlogical. He is the creator of bitcoin and imagine he has huge amount of bitcoins and would he threw away keys for simply? He created bitcoin for his aims I believe and not for only other people. Now is really hard moment for bitcoin because of high fees, I really think continue or not using of bitcoin because for small transactions it's terrible. Investing in bitcoin mining is great idea and still bitcoin exchange or some btc idea is still good. For example if someone will offer reduced transaction fee, it will attract many customer. Bitcoin gained huge trust and is more known than any altcoin. Still don't think people will choose any altcoin over bitcoin because for example ethereum's hard fork was reason of losing many people, they didn't like that. Also imagine zcash, what was it's first price and what's now, so huge fall in days? It's not fair and that's why bitcoin is still popular, trust is main factor.

These is following:
1. You want to sell btc and get USD on paypal (only USD, not other currency)
2. I take 3% fee, price depends on preev rate.

For example, you send me btc which is 100$ on preev rate, than I take 3% fee for myself and I'll send you 97$ on paypal.

Keep in mind, send transactions with good fee because nowdays confirmations are very low and to avoid very late payments.

When transaction has 3 confirmations, I can than exchange btc and send USD you on paypal. ( - 3% fee)

If you remember, in 2013 year, bitcoin went from $200 on 3 November to $1000 on 28 November, it's 5x rice but it fell to around $400 in April 2014 . Now we got nearly more than 4x rice (from 600$). I have also hope that it will continue rise but I am a little bit afraid that maybe we can see crash but despite everything, now I think we won't see bitcoin under 1000$.

It's really true that their faucet for newbies isn't best one and yes, it's fair to talk about that here because this thread is also for getting advices from customers. But I can't agree you in one fact, their faucet system is still great because when you achieve legendary member, you can get 5000 satoshi from faucet every time you want, without daily limit.
