Hey guys my question is on optimal block size for POS purposes. Ive used coin control and have them set at 2000 coin blocks. Getting about 2 -3 coins an hour. This doesnt seem too well. I have 175k coins to work with. Is there a max coin block size? Is there an optimal block size? What have you guys done with coin control? Whats your results? Has anyone tried 20k or 25k block sizes? Did it work?

Guys I am sure this has been asked before. Its a question regarding maximum block size for jackpot for staking purposes. On the OP it says: "maximum coins for non-split the coin : 100,000 or 1/64 of balance"
So I have 6,823,650 as a total balance. 1/64 of that is 106,619. So do I have this correct that my maximum coin block size for staking is 106,619? What happens if I create a coin block for say 200,000??
I want to make larger block sizes because its taking forever to stake loads of 100,000 block coins, there are 68 of them. I suppose its a good problem to have , but Id rather have a smaller amount of larger block sizes.
Also I know the POS rate goes down. How can I know the current pos rate %?

I would give him more time, and maybe if in 2 weeks he doesnt log in , start a new thread and propose a community takeover. There is WAYY too much money is weed coins right now to let this die.

There is no market cap as the coin at this moment cannot be valued with no working exchange. I read $175k just before Bittrex froze the wallet.

Just a few minutes more.. my estimates are about 90% very angry dissapointed people (Those that didnt take the time to read or research how pos works), and a few toasting to the new seedcoin atop a big penthouse.

The negative posters who have brought up genuine concerns and questions and who have stuck to the issues, yes. The people just spewing negativity have added nothing helpful in my opinion.
There are some legitimate issues, but some posters will dwell on the problems, even long after they are resolved. These people should be asked to leave. They don't offer anything. bitkokos and barabaras are two I'd throw out (probably the same guy). After the first post (which can be copy-pasted from anywhere in their history, on any coin thread) their posts are useless. They basically go from coin to coin posting the same thing over and over and over and over. They are manic obsessive. I don't know how they could do it otherwise. It's great for the page count, but after a while you can't read the thread. It hurts the coin in the end for no reason. Free speech doesn't have to mean freedom to spam. It's about ideas, not about the volume of spam. We get the idea, they don't like alt coins. Good for them. Just read the OP and highlight what worked and what didn't. It worked for me. If you are too stupid to capitalize on the workings of a coin, that's your problem. Cry somewhere else about your stupidity. +1000 !!! Agreed!! It had NOTHING to do with the developer, we ALL played by the same rules. DONT blame the ref when you lose the game. I started with 5 coins when we hit growth stage and did not buy ANY afterwords. According to the OP I should have made around 5,000 coins IF EVERYTHING went PERFECT and it did not. If you didnt profit blame yourself, and next time educate yourself BEFORE you invest. Nuff said. When do you think the switch will be ready? Days/Weeks?

I used coin control. My total was 144,000 coins. I used coin control to create (14) 10,000 coin blocks. No pos payments for days. I then changed them to 5,000 coins blocks in coin control, left them for 3 days. No pos payments still. Is there a limit on block size in coin control? Is it less than 5000 coin blocks? It Does say Ive got 142,000 network weight. Still no pos payments for days. Any ideas guys?

EDIT: I posted this a few days ago, and no response. Im getting out. I bought this for 1 reason and one reason only, POS, and it FLAT *DOES NOT WORK AT ALL*, I wont wait around till god knows when for it to get fixed, while I loose money. IM OUT!

Ya, I leave all my staking wallets unlocked and online. All my others POS fine.
v 2.0.3? Ok.. think Ive got it resolved. I hovered my cursor over the pickaxe icon, and it said my weight was only 46. I closed it and restarted and unlocked, now weight is 452289. So Ill give it some more time. Thanks Still stake-time more than 24 hours worries me. It takes time for additional checks. I need your help, please keep me informed. I'll initiate additional research. SO I originally had 10,000 coin blocks , and it didnt stake for days, not a coin, ever. I changed them to 5000 coin blocks using coin control, and deleted all in roaming except wallet.dat. Downloaded blockchain from OP and synced. I did all of this on 10/10/14, and its now 3 days later, have wallet unlocked 24/7. It says my weight is 142439 , network weight 1995226 and reward is in 4 minutes, but 0 rewards. Something VERY wrong with POS!! I feel I have done EVERYTHING I can think of. I feel POS needs some serious overhaul. I bought 144k as I loved the POS in CFC1, it rocked!!! Im open to IDEAS. Guys if it makes you feel better, when this is all done, there will be a TINY amount of coins. I will be shocked if this goes over 50k total. The market will adjust to such a small supply, and each coin will be VERY valuble. There, all fixed now.

Ill simply say that Ive said from the begining that small blocks that are mined are not going to work properly. POS never works well with small numbers. I do agree that the math is off for them.

Theres nothing to fix. Their blocks are way too small. All you guys can do now, is combine your blocks, and wait 24 hours, thats it. Note: When you do this , your giving your weight away to the whales for 24 hours.
