I have a question: is a special reward for the one who found the block? I believe not... if not... then why not allocate a little reward to the bmock founder? A little reward would not affect the global personnal earning but it could be interesting for middle miners or small ones. this would add a little "solo mining" in your system. Let us suppose that you affect 1ù for the winner. This would not change much (ok 1%) the earning...but could be interesting for the winner... This pool will perhaps attract many solo miners who are perhaps interested in a system 1% solo and 99% classic pool.
