5262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need partner to bet with on: July 02, 2019, 12:15:29 PM
i need partner who has an account in bet365 or planetofbets who is able to bet no less than 0.1 btc for some chosen matchs of foot-ball with higher odd 1.7 to 2.00  . for each bet he must give me 40% of the gain . i am expert in foot. only serious people plz
You’re in a country that does not tolerate betting? I think you should have mentioned what country you are in, that way some people might have considered working with you. Most of the people that I have seen doing this are scammers, not saying that all of them are scammers, but most them are, and that’s why a lot of people don’t trust them. Another thing, even if betting is not allowed in your country, you can still make use of VPN to access the betting sites and no one would know… Just saying

i dont find op as a scammer if if he will only give advice without paying him first but its okay to give him some shares if his advice works . there is  a country that is strict with gambling and even if you use a vpn it is still against the rule of a gambling site so its useless because you account will still be banned but idk why he only needs a bet365 and planetofbets account  ? whats so special with this sites ? and why not all gambling sites can be done with this trick

Perhaps the OP wants to promote the bet365 affiliate program and get referral signups?
Anyway, his post is really low quality. It's impossible to get gambling partners with such posts. Grin
What does he mean by "expert in foot."?Can't he just write football? Grin
5263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SUMMER FREE4ALL ~ 400+ MEMBERS ~ BEST SPORTS BETTING DISCORD GROUP on: July 02, 2019, 12:11:10 PM
That spreadsheet on the main thread doesn't prove anything.I can create a similar spreadsheet with lots of winning bets, even thought I am not involved in sports betting at all.
Can you provide a more valid proof that you are so successful with sports betting?
5264  Economy / Speculation / Re: Facebook’s Libra + Bitcoin + Trump + Israel = 666 Orwellian Dystopia on: July 02, 2019, 06:05:24 AM
That Shelby character must have a lot of time in his hands, writing all those long well-thought out conspiracy theories. He's like a flat-earther of the Bitcoin community.

Is he even a member of the Bitcoin sommunity?
Anyway, for me Libra+Bitcoin+Trump+Israel=A bunch or bullshit. Grin
Is Zuckerberg the anti-Christ?No,he's just e greedy power-hungry NERD/geek. Grin
5265  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the current tax status of crypto-currency in the USA? on: July 02, 2019, 06:00:43 AM
Quote
Are they going to tax people who lose money from crypto-currency?

No country in the world has taxes on capital loss. That would be insane.Paying taxes, when you are losing money.WTF? Grin
I'm pretty sure that cryptocurrencies in the USA are a subject to capital gains tax and income taxes.
The US tax legislation is so damn complex. Angry
5266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many People Are Really Trading Cryptocurrency? on: July 02, 2019, 05:21:50 AM
We will never know the exact number of people that are trading crypto. Many people use trading bots, the exchanges are faking volumes and many people trade crypto outside the crypto trading platforms.
The only solution to fight the fake trading volumes are the decentralized crypto exchange platform, where every transaction will be transparent.
5267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have any strategic way in playing poker? on: July 02, 2019, 05:18:26 AM
Definitely we can tell that there are games to which we played always as it will gain us more wins than losing. I have been to gambling in different games but I am now sticking to a certain game to which I love to play and at the same time I always win.

Poker is the game that I usually play. I do not know that every time I am guessing the next cards or my luck will always let met the right decision. I do sometimes call huge amount but these could be rarely will going to happen only when I have good cards held regardless of the cards drawn. My strategy is very simple to call when bet is low and then pass all the times when cards are not good.

BTW, what about yours do you have any strategic play in poker?

I'm playing poker like every average poker player.Waiting for the strong hands to come. Grin
Most of the time,it takes too much time to wait,I get bored and risk everything on some bluff and lose all my chips. Grin
The best poker strategy is to be unpredictable and never create patterns in your game behaviour.
5268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2019 betting [ODDS UPDATED] on: July 02, 2019, 05:15:55 AM
Raheem Sterling doesn't deserve such award, because he's not the best player of Manchester City.
I don't think that a collective sports athlete will win.My votes go for Joshua or maybe Lewis Hamilton, but I won't bet any money on it. Grin
5269  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Where would I be able to find angel investors Investing in Bitcoin startups? on: July 01, 2019, 12:29:53 PM
Im currently working on a startup that will help accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin.
I would like to know some dominant names in the industry.

If you’re also interested, send me a pm

What do you mean by "dominant names in the industry"?
Crypto whales?Crypto exchange CEOs?Bitcoin Core developers?
I don't think such people would be interested in funding your startup.
Maybe you should create a good business plan and a whitepaper.
5270  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Initial Offerings Overpriced? on: July 01, 2019, 11:55:55 AM
Lyft, Pinterest, Zoom, Uber… these are the big names went to IPOs recently.
It seems IPOs are roaring back, especially compared with the freezing winter for ICOs.
SophonEX uses data to study whether the winter will also appear for IPOs, and shall we invest in these initial offerings? If so, how?

https://medium.com/sophonexchange/are-initial-offerings-overpriced-29c896dba35b?source=friends_link&sk=4f04597535434f96c1fe05101ff15745

Overpriced based on what?Everything that has a limited supply and huge demand is overpriced.Bitcoin is overpriced as well, and this is perfectly fine.IPOs aren't "roaring back",they are just a normal way for big startups to receive funding.Comparing them with ICOs is totally wrong.
5271  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Theoretical reason for the bullish bitcoin now. on: July 01, 2019, 06:45:49 AM
I think there are some reasons to impact this bullish trend:
1. Bitcoin Halving to be occurred on 2020, now is just beginning of bull run.
2. Libra which is launched by Facebook
3. More countries have accepted cryptocurrencies

At least they are the reasons why Bitcoin including all crypto world is rising, but for Bitcoin bullish now is still just beginning. Perhaps there will be new high of Bitcoin price more than 20K as some people says 300K. I think it is possible.

1.Bitcoin Halving is still in the future.
2.Libra has nothing to do with bitcoin.
3.I don't see any news about new countries accepting cryptocurrencies.
The only reason behind the recent short term bull run were the crypto whales.
I don't have any other theory about that. The OP,who wrote this thread also doesn't have a theory.Just a price chart and a bunch of suggestions.
5272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chart - Comparison - Very similar on: July 01, 2019, 06:40:48 AM
...guess, we see a new alltime-high, soon.

The current bitcoin price is 10,900 USD.If by "soon" you mean next year, then yes,it will reach a new ATH at the summer of 2020.This comparison is kinda wrong and pointless, because the 2013 and 2017 price movements were caused by other factors. It's wrong to compare two price patterns without proper comparison of the factors that were causing them.
5273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos can use AI to get additional edge? on: July 01, 2019, 06:20:33 AM
Gambling is all about random number generation, and provably fair scheme provides guarantees that casino doesn't cheat, but we also know that humans are horrible random number generators - we are very easily predictable.

There are many online demonstrations available, I'll just drop one here: http://www.cs.stir.ac.uk/~kms/schools/rps/index.php
After a small number of games, computer becomes quite good at consistently beating you at the game.

So, theoretically a casino can observe how you place your bets, then predict your next bets and make their own bets (they always go first) accordingly. The flaw here is if this algorithm is implemented too naively, it can be abused by players by making big amounts of predictable low-value bets, and then making a big opposite bet.

You know the saying "The casino always wins."With or without AI and random number generation algorithms, the casinos will win 99,99% of the time. The important question here is,can a gambler develop an AI or algorithm that can predict random numbers and beat the casino.
5274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we officially consider Blockchain the new internet? on: July 01, 2019, 06:11:40 AM
Blockchain can't be the new internet, bot of them are technologies but are different technologies, to be clear, without bitcoin internet will work fine, but without internet bitcoin will not work, because internet is the medium.

But of course bitcoin is a paradigm change and can be considered as the new money, it can take the place of paypal or visa and that's where things get interesting.

I can't agree 100% with you.Internet is the world wide web.The blockchain can be considered a web as well.
Both can be decentralized and both can have huge impact over our lives(the internet already has such impact).I'm thinking about a way use crypto mining for paying our internet bills.Imagine a bunch of nodes mining crypto that is used only for maintaining the world wide web infrastructure.
5275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Universal Basic Income Cryptocurrency on: June 30, 2019, 11:43:08 AM
Would it be possible to set up a cryptocurrency that pays out a regular amount to people who download an app, as well as obviously paying miners, so it can be traded for a local currency on a platform such as Coinbase and thus used as a Universal Basic Income without needing any government to set up a scheme?

I do not know a great deal about crypto or blockchain and know such a scheme would be much more complex in reality than the brief outline given above but I'm just trying to establish whether such a thing would be feasible.
Making such cryptocurrency is possible, even there are some that have done that, but the problem is how you can make that coin's value not deplete due to being issued without reason, it is like printing money as much as you can and you can't hope to the money to be able to hold if that goes on

I agree.Such coin won't have any value, because it would be given away for free and it's non-usable,because no merchant or crypto exchange will accept it.The idea of universal basic income has nothing to do with the crypto-world and there's no way to be implemented successfully.
5276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why was $13,800 unsustainable? on: June 30, 2019, 11:39:17 AM
The miners create 1800 bitcoin/ day, which means, with simple supply and demand, bitcoin will need ~$23.4 million of new investment/day just to buy the new bitcoin that is being created (not to mention holders selling new highs) to maintain that price.

I use LOGIC and NUMBERS to figure out my trading and holding strategies. I share this data with my clients on my site, please give it a look. It could have saved a lot of people money in this fervor.

https://www.amsinger.org/sample-analysis

I will keep updating this topic as the crash continues or if I get interesting comments.

I really just want to help people save money and avoid the pain I felt in Nov 2018 when I was cleaned out for basically no reason.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger,

Aaron

The 13K USD price was unsustainable because the whales+HODLers+small traders+lucky noobs started selling their btc to cash out the profits and that selling pressure was stronger than the buying pressure coming from the whales+traders+possible institutional investors(I'm not quite sure about the third group).
There's support for 11K USD,which is great.
5277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Police Seize $1.5 Million in FIFA Gambling Crackdown on: June 30, 2019, 11:27:33 AM
Wow looks like the Chinese are even using crypto to gamble locally, that's somewhat exciting news. The more use it gets there, the better.

Is there legislation in China about using crypto to gamble or is this just strict government control with no oversight going on?

AFAIK gambling in China is forbidden by the law. That's why most Chinese gamblers visit Makao,I guess.
I don't see anything exciting in the news.In this case, cryptocurrencies are being used for illegal activities, which doesn't help for convincing the noobs, that crypto isn't a shady tool used by many criminals.
5278  Economy / Economics / Re: What would you want to see on a Crypto Only exchange ? on: June 30, 2019, 11:22:55 AM
What would you want to see on a Crypto Only exchange ?

i'll go first, No need to upload a ID.

Crypto exchanges that aren't requiring ID verification might be more shady and thus more likely to conduct scams.I hate ID verifications as well, but they are required by most crypto related laws,so it's better to abide by the rules instead of breaking them.
I wanna see a fully functional decentralized crypto exchange with a big enough customer base.
5279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran seizes 1,000 Bitcoin mining machines after power spike on: June 30, 2019, 11:19:17 AM
It's highly unlikely for Iran to be the new "crypto mining paradise".Iran was never really bitcoin-friendly,due to the project of creating it's own cryptocurrency or due to the authoritarian nature of it's government. It's well known that authoritarian countries aren't crypto-friendly.
However,I'm surprised by the amount of mining hardware, that is currently used in Iran.
5280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: need a free tool to trade with it give me tp and sl on: June 30, 2019, 06:09:49 AM
AFAIK take profit and stop loss orders are a built-in functionality in most big crypto exchanges.
Some forex trading platforms like eToro have such features as well.
Kraken,Bitfinex,Binance and Bitstamp offer trailing stop orders, but I'm not 100% sure about that, because I don't use them anymore.
You will have to check it out.
