And after this imagine some cloud minings which offer you lifetime contract, that's very fun. Hashnest is legit because they are under bitmain and also you can to sell your hashrate. They take fee from selling hashrate and that's mostly how they profit.

oh yes, that's good when you are using bitcoin core on your own computer but also it has it's side effects. If your pc got damaged hardly, you will lost your bitcoins. I understand that online wallets are risky because you are trusting them your coins but legal websites like coinbase are safe for me.
And what's about thread, bitcoin isn't that old coin which was good for quick and cheap transactions, it's great now for only very high amount, not for simple 100$.

Any website can go offline for some time and this doesn't means they are scam because of this. But also let's take for example sportsbet. hmm, why do you think so? For example when BitFury was building largest datacenter in Georgia, goverment liked this fact very much and as one of them said, bitcoin is the currency of future and building largest datacenter will help country to be known for many people.

Well, maybe primedice don't has any special rules on much account holding or buying/selling (don't know really) but on bitsler in rules it's not allowed to have more than 2 account. So if we start account selling and person has 2 account, when he/she buys new one, it means 3 account despite the fact how active was any account. Also for example if someone sells bitsler's legendary account, it has unlimited 5000 satoshi faucet and I believe buyer will use this for unlimited faucet. So faucet farming isn't allowed.
In any way, account selling can't be allowed.
