5261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's value after being more recognized and accepted globally. on: April 28, 2019, 03:46:58 AM
Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency in general are slowly been accepted and recognized by some financial institutions in some countries in the last few years. And there are well-known personalities that promotes the use of cryptocurrency around the globe.

But the questions is how come its value decreases after it has reached the highest in the last quarter of 2017. Was it being more accepted affected its value? What are your thoughts?

People who have bitcoin since long time ago has took profit at 2017. It is normal. Naturaly, market equilibrium will be reached. That's where supply and demand works and control the market. People who have a lot of bitcoin at that time weren't miss any chance to get a lot of money. But the growth of bitcoin adoption is still going on so market equilibrium will not hold for long time. The price of bitcoin will still tend to rise.
In addition to those investors that took profits in 2017 new investors also invested then having a perception and speculated that bitcoin will reached $50K within the shortest time lo and behold they are highly disappointed with turn of event its price drops there are fears FUDs thus sold massively at loss thus causing more dumping in its price
5262  Economy / Speculation / Re: "RIP bear market" on: April 27, 2019, 09:11:32 PM
The price of bitcoin had already indicated a bullish trend despite the recent retracement or pullback this reinforced the fact that the bearish sentiment had subsided just as the OP had predicted but how far the price is gonna trend up? is a question that is beyond our predictions or speculations.
Obviously its time to start buying and accumulating so as not be cut unaware like the ATH in 2017 where a lot traders who dumped earlier regretted their actions.
5263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to ICO if....... on: April 27, 2019, 04:26:21 PM
If Bitcoin go down to $1000 it will not only ruin the ICO platform but also it will badly impact on crypto traders and big investors as every one knows crypto market is already in bearish from long time and more decline in Bitcoin is not acceptable for all, this is my own opinion may be i am wrong.
A successful ICOs is tied to the higher price of bitcoin recalled in 2017 when bitcoin reached ATH many ICOs reached both Soft and Hard Cap simply because of  the bullish price of bitcoin however since  the bearish trend of bitcoin many ICOs hardly reach soft cap invariably became fail project.
However if bitcoin dumps to $1000 that will mark the end of ICOs because investors wouldn't have confidence in the market again, even now majority of  the ICOs are struggling to reach reach soft cap with btc @5K+.
5264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader for Hire on: April 27, 2019, 05:53:12 AM
You should've posted proof of your trades or portfolio, or if you have offered this kind of services before customers feed back. Honestly, it is difficult to trust trading service offers nowadys. Show proofs so that people can judge whether you as a trader who offers service is credible.

Proof of consistency in winning trades will encourage those will patronize his services by showing details of real trades won not demos if possible covers his bitmex and bitfinex accounts details but revealing all his trading set up both losers and wins this will convince a would- be trader towards  agreeing to use his service else this is just an effort in futility.
5265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I ForeSEE EVIL Coming TO ALL Bitcoin Communities!! (SOUND WARNING) on: April 27, 2019, 02:13:45 AM
Thanks for trying to warn the bitcoin community but you didn't tell us what you experienced today so if you'd be kind enough to give us the details your info will be greatly appreciated
Exactly narrating some details about the experience when selling the bitcoin will have doused the tension invariably others sellers will be aware of.
I guess its has to do with government regulatory policy particularly in some  unfriendly cryptocurrencies country, of course the action taken by the authorities in that country might not be tenable in other countries where Cryptos is allowed though regulated.
5266  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will Binance get closed down? on: April 26, 2019, 02:09:56 PM
Binance is more popular and trustful exchange nowadays. It is very doubtful what it can be closed. I believe there are a lot of good lawyers in Binance which watch out for exchange to works according all legal regulatory and have no problems in this field.
More so I don't  think binance will disobey and indulges in any form of illegality that will warrant it closure by the US government they (binance) will operate within the sovereignty and control of the US government that is if they are allowed to operate there,  to avoid any sanction however its very advisable to always hodl a large chunk of coins in a hardware wallet ie. bulk of the coins shouldn't be hodl in any exchange despite the credibility of that exchange because exchanges are liable to hacking nowadays.
5267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: April 26, 2019, 12:54:50 PM
Traders analyses chart and makes a calculated guess by predicting the price movement however price do defies in some cases even with those analysis resulting to some losses.
To have an edge over the market using your trading strategy with a good reward to ratio  which I believed is a profitable one plus a good money management all these coupled with discipline and patience you will make profits despite incurring some losses which is inevitable as a trader.
5268  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin went from $5420 to $5117 in 2 minutes! Bubble? on: April 26, 2019, 06:07:22 AM
Is the crypto bubble finally coming to a end? Why and HOW is it possible for bitcoin to dump that much that fast? Is bitcoin controlled by 1 entity and will that entity dump bitcoin to $100 one day?

I think you are very new to the bitcoin world. Whales do manipulate the bitcoin price but it is not control by one entity. Yesterday there was a fud of Bitfinex covered 850$ Million dollar loss through Tether. This news made the market dump but it recovered fast. There has been manipulation going on with bitcoin and crypto currencies.
Everyone shorting or longing the bitcoin would have been REKT by this bitcoin move.
I believed price is reacting to the fundamentals that why its very important to take notes of crucial and upcoming news about bitcoin that can influence the price of bitcoin every cryptos enthusiasts and traders shouldn't be caught unaware by such an event that can make an instant impact on the price many traders must have taken profits at a price of $5600 before the announcement while the price retraced to $5100+ this is another opportunity to buy and accumulate now.
5269  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-04-20]Coinbase Launches Crypto-to-Crypto Trading Services in 11 Countries on: April 26, 2019, 12:58:41 AM
Coinbase is very strict with KYC expanding their territories and services to more countries is a welcome development however a lot of cryptos traders will not readily reveal their identities in the name of using their crypto-to-crypto trading whereas binance exchange has a withdrawal limit for KYC  of course a major reason why a lot of traders still patronizes  their services and having an accessible platform from any part of the world.
5270  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $10k Before June, Possible? on: April 25, 2019, 05:17:33 PM
Although the price of bitcoin might not reach the $10K benchmark in June as predicted however the price had really shows a sign of bullish trend having broken a resistance at $5300+ while another strong resistance is at $6K  with reference to daily timeframe of btc/usd of course Price Action plays out whenever a resistance or a support is broken price tends to retrace or pull back to the old resistance turned support vise versa in view of that I beleived it will take more time for the price of bitcoin to reach $10K.
5271  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: April 25, 2019, 03:50:37 PM
I am really not happy seeing this report, i made the greatest mistakes of my life last night, someone i believed in so much that bitcoin will not climb above $5400 before retracing its step back to $4500 and then speeding up to BULL, i was mislead by him and i sold my coin, only for me to wake up this morning and found out that bitcoin had broken the $5500 resistance
Well, it's inevitable I guess, it's normal for you to make few mistake because this is where your learn and I hope the you did learn. I had this kind of action before, I'm desperate to sell my holding since I have totally no money but it was a mistake. Anyway, since you have been perceived what capability of bitcoin is then you could now go and Hold. We shouldn't rush everything because there will be always a right time. Just stay put and keep believing.
In addition you should try and study price chart this will aid and guide you from trading blindly by listening to advice or avoid mistakes.
From my own analysis using daily timeframe as a point of reference btc has broken a strong resistance at $5300 and had retraced back to resistance turns support thus a bullish trend is imminent and might heads to another strong resistance at $6000 hence its not appropriate time to sell now.
5272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens? Like I do? on: April 25, 2019, 02:43:45 PM
I am holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens. So do millions of other people in our community. We must do something about it! So I decided to Pick up the gauntlet. I’m having meetings with projects leaders, big companies, and trading platform, trying to find the best solution for all of us. Would love to hear your situation, thoughts, and ideas.
I don't believe there is any reason to raise false any  hope here as far as those useless tokens is concerned they are gone forever in fact the project owners might have given up  and abandoned  those projects thus there isn't any remedy to it.
Personally I feel if there is any way out to sell those shitcoins in my MEW wallets I would have taken such step however this is why Its very important to be selective in bounty hunting or ICOs investment, however this is clarion call to every cryptos enthusiast to make thorough research on any token before investing on it or promoting it.
5273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung S10 Embedded with Cryptocurrency wallet on: April 25, 2019, 12:32:55 PM
Well, what do you think is the positive impact on the crypto industry, and at the same time what is the negative impact of it. It seems to me that cryptocurrency will be known because it will be use to a product by a big company and it will be on their upcoming latest phone, it will create awareness at the same time it can set aside those negative about crypto. What do you think?

Here is the link: https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/01/24/samsung-galaxy-s10-images-show-embedded-cryptocurrency-wallet/

Even if it is not true and it is just a rumor, it gives a positive impression to the people that are outside the cryptocurrency community that Bitcoin and other crypto assets are here to stay. Nothing is a bubble, and huge corporations try to take advantage over their competitors by integrating crypto wallets and other apps that are related to the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Definitely this will create more awareness about bitcoin to outsiders, of course more enquiries will made by owners of those phones on the possible use of those wallets thus bringing in more adopters of bitcoin.
More so other phone manufacters will also follows suit the step taken by Samsung to also incorporates wallet features in their latest phones invariably bringing bitcoin into more limelight.
5274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LESS REWARD on: April 24, 2019, 11:51:28 AM
Bounty rewards died in 2018. I don't think those crazy thousands of dollar rewards will ever happen again, like they did in 2017. The market is getting smarter and no one wanna pay hundreds or thousands dollars for spamming in Twitter, the profit of which is zero. Only quality content will be rewarded.
Q1 of 2018 marked the end of bountiful bounties reward thereafter there wasn't any worthy rewards for hunters partly due to bearish market and more scam ICOs entering the market, however I absolutely agreed with the OP to divert our attention to trading ie buying of  coins with good project at lower price and selling high thus making a better rewards of course this requires thorough research because of thousands of Cryptos in the market obviously this is better than hunting worthless tokens
5275  Economy / Speculation / Re: When you win does someone else have to lose. on: April 23, 2019, 09:24:13 AM
From technical point of view traders have different ways of analysis the market with respite to charts while a trader might view his analysis for buying another trader somewhere else triggering sell button definitely there must be a loser of course no professional trader can have a consistent winning trades there will be some losers thus I agreed the OP perception of winning a trade while a loser will also emerge elsewhere wherein an exchange or a broker serves as a middleman.
5276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Forex Trading or Binary Option? on: April 23, 2019, 02:42:57 AM
Both of this type of trading require a high level of skills which most of the traders don't have so I would advise you to avoid them. It takes years maybe even more before you can learn how this trading system works and even then you are not guaranteed to make a stable profit every month since we are talking about a high risk investment.
Honestly you have be highly skillful in charting techniques to have an edge in both binary option and forex trading especially studying Japanese candlestick patterns and Price Action.
However I prefers forex trading to binary options because  the latter having reputable and trusted brokers and other favorable options and a vast resources for learning as to becoming a good trader unlike the former whose brokers have habit of manipulations especially when a trader is having numerous or streaks of winning trades and dealing with emotions and psychology in trading binary is another problem based on my personal experience..
5277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: April 23, 2019, 02:29:03 AM
The problem with ICOs is that they are not regulated and they can scam investors and leave. With IEOs we have some kind of supervising of the projects and they will not allow their customers to be scammed. It is not only about the package but we have real control mechanism in place.

I agreed with you judging by the bitter experience of investing in scam ICOs will definitely calls for diversification of investors portfolio to well secured and regulated investment like IEO which is well coordinated by reputable exchanges with all indications ICOs is becoming a thing of the past with its alarming rate of defrauding investors their hard earned money.
IEOs popularity is soaring lately at-least investors are getting interest in these form of investment with confidence knowing that their funds is safe and well secured.
5278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Vs Trading on: April 22, 2019, 05:19:36 PM
2019 has been a year with mixed feelings for crypto enthusiasts. A lot of bounty hunters have now switched over to trading, because bounty is longer profitable.
Some that have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.
I envisage that in two to three years to this time, the population of people on bounty will reduce drastically, because it will no longer be profitable as it used to be.

Trading is not a simple matter and requires training and a high level of intelligence, as well as stress tolerance.
Bounty companies require only one thing - time investment. First, most people do not have it. Time, most people do not appreciate. Because such a huge demand for bounty. Where many participants do the same, everyone earns less, usually.
Truly trading is not simple as perceived by many people however the resources to be a good trader is online as well in this forum, personally I have diverted my time and energy to trading both Cryptos, forex and binary options because its very obvious  bounty had been things of the past ie not profitable now due to the bearish market.
5279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: April 22, 2019, 04:43:18 PM
I know many members of the bounty company. Most of them got nothing. It began in early 2018, when 99% of the projects did not pay. A friend of mine participated a whole year in a subscription company. It has already been more than one year, he has not received any remuneration, despite the fact that the company continues to work, and the bounty company is complete.
After 2017, I have not seen a single case of receiving a good bounty reward.
Honestly 2017 and Q1 of 2018 marks the end of any profitable bounties this is due to the effect of the bearish condition of all crypto markets particularly bitcoin any bounty participants that claim to have made any tangible profit above that time frame is not saying the truth most of the tokens became shitcoins however hope is not lost as regards those shitcoins might be profitable once the market regains it bullish sentiment with a higher price
5280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the IEO cheating / Should I invest in IEO? on: April 22, 2019, 01:41:43 PM
Why do new investors consider the IEO a scam / Should I invest in IEO?
The fact that IEO is a form of mobilization is very smart because it minimizes risks for investors. However, there are two big problems that are common in IEO: the number of tokens that are being held too much by some people, if the token floor will bring a good amount to them, if the token is reduced to the floor then they will quickly take a loss or sell out of the market but the big risk is to be in new investors. Therefore, for those who have lost their money in this market, they lose faith and consider it a fraud.
Everyone please rate IEO projects on the exchanges
IEO is initial exchange offering. so the developer of some coin will sell their coin in some exchange. i think it's not a SCAM, because i think IEO is a good idea, with IEO we can buy coin from exchange platform and the future for this coin will be better because they have already done a partner with the exchange.
Well said I believed investing in IEO is very much preferable now considering how investors had been scammed in name of investing in ICOs, We have heard enough stories of how ICOs turns scam and investors are now diverting their portfolio into IEOs meanwhile binance is a very reputable broker wherein your investment is safe except the profitability factor that must have to be considered before investing in any IEO.
