5281  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: December 07, 2013, 10:13:17 PM
VE:

It is fascinating how when people complain about a thread, their postings do not contribute much to the thread and are just more whining. Personally, and once again, we here agree with you, VE. It was a good time and when Ken DOES come through and the price of ActM hits .0127 and I can unload all my shares for that price and then sell it all for $1300 US for each bitcoin, I will buy a couple of harley's and sidecars (sidecars for the girls we meet) and give you one if you agree to wander around Mexico with me.  We will use my iphone's 3g to send messages back here to this thread to tell people what fun we are having thanks to Ken.

If no one said anything here except things that were facts and if only informational posts from Ken or based upon real data were permitted, we would have maybe one post a week if that many.

This is way more fun, boys.

14 pages in 24 hours... i never set a user to ignore but now i do it to a couple users. The amount of useless fights in here is hefty.

Actually it was quite the friendly party in here.  We were quoting Shakespeare, listening to Lorenzo (the great)'s wise words, and feeding  Ken our children.. it was good times

Right, my post was useless like most of the others. Probably the anger having spent the time to go through so much info with zero info. I dont really see it as fun since at the end of the day im angry and asking myself where all the time went and why i didnt get more things done. Maybe ignoring the people that post useless things all the time will help a bit to slighten this... Smiley

At some point you guys are going to have to accept that if you want useful information you should just check Ken's post history. Until this point, feel free to look at this thread for updates. Though it is a "Discussion" Thread and you will be sorely disappointed like always. There just really isn't any meaningful discussion today it seems.

The problem with only checking kens posts or the announcement thread is that ken only posts things he like. Any other things like problems or something would be posted here moste probably. And if you will find such risks you need to go through this all unfortunately.

I think at the Digitalis Server of Open Transactions. Unfortunately i never was able to install the client software. Even with help for weeks. There are problems of some kind i cant solve.
5285  Economy / Securities / Re: Where's our G.ASICMINER-PT Shares??? on: December 06, 2013, 07:56:40 PM
I think the chance is high the divs are caught in weexchange wallet and owners have to wait for the problems to be solved.
I think by now its quite clear that there are no technical issues with WeEx's wallet.

I was informed there is a reason that ukyo cant speak more than he did and that he still is working with NEOBEE to solve this all. At least he isnt running. Thats something i would await from a scammer.
Only hope remains... slightly drifting away...
5286  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: all4btc.com < Buy from Amazon with Bitcoin < Is this legit? on: December 06, 2013, 07:52:54 PM
So all4btc.com is gone now? Looks that way... i hope i get my btc back.
5287  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 06, 2013, 12:30:46 AM

My theory is that he's investing all the coins on Just-Dice to make that quick and dirty 10% return before he gives back the coins.. easy way to make a quarter million.  That's what labcoin was doing except they fell into the temptation of gambling it rather than investing as the house.   Cheesy

Just-Dice a way to earn bitcoins? oO Till now i thought youre a serious investor... but this kind of thoughts dont match...

You can invest into the house, meaning the odds are in your favor.  It would be the same as investing in a company that's running a casino.  Very reliable investment income actually..

Didnt know that till now. Thanks for explaining.
5288  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: all4btc.com < Buy from Amazon with Bitcoin < Is this legit? on: December 05, 2013, 11:58:08 PM
I tried another website. joinsnapcard.com Im positively surprised.

I ordered around 8 different products and put sizes and colors in the notes and they are great. After 2 days after payment i got everything. They seem to put every product into a different order but its not so bad.

I tried shops besides amazon and ebay and 2 didnt work for them because they couldnt do a company address in usa and delivery to my country. They asked me to find it elsewhere. I found the products at amazon and bought there then.

They seems to have slight problems with the daily transfer limit of their bank account, like stated in the customer panel, but on the next day they gave me the links to pay. (I dont use coinbase)

They have support! And they are answering fast.

So i think i found a good website for buying with btc. I have nothing to complain.

With one thing i got i wasnt pleased. So i will send it back. Lets see how this works out.

Dont have my bitcoins back from all4btc. I think the guys at all4btc dont see the website as first priority... more something they do when they have time. I had to answer them to check things, they seem to try new payment methods for that i have to wait again and so on.

Whatever... tests show how it works.

30 at 0.31

Hey Seb, I got your PM that I got outbid so didn't bother checking.  But was browsing the thread today and think you accidentally recorded my bid incorrectly.  I was one of the first people to bid 0.31, right after sochee.  If there any available no-shows could you honor my bid?  Either way, thanks for the auction!

Too bad... youre right... 30 x 0.31... i think i was wrong then... but since neither Ajay nor sochee got back to me, they didnt log in for days but should have gotten the emails and the time ran out now for them i think i still can honor your bid.

I now will check the list and correct it. I think i have to put a negative note for Ajay and sochee.

I know I was later in paying, so I'm not sure if it made it in time. I only received the dividends for my already owned shares, not the new ones.

We found the problem already by pm and i sent you a new pm how to solve it.

Ok... since Ajay and sochee are out now 90 shares are left. Making PeterB's bid correct and taking outbid users back in we have the following spread:

Code:
0.31	30 128869	PeterB
0.31 2 40879 bitdude
0.31 30 103925 whalezy
0.31 28 26684 bitsalame

I will send PM's to all of you now with a unique payment address.

And he is ready to go to the police with this information.

I look forward to seeing  a copy of his police report.

Why did he not go to the police months ago, when he stated he would?

The lawyer will do this. He knows how to do it the correct and most promising way.
5292  Economy / Securities / Re: Where's our G.ASICMINER-PT Shares??? on: December 05, 2013, 10:43:27 PM
The div payment was stopped? Am i remembering wrong or did ukyo say he asked friedcat to stop div payments since the div payments would go into the weexchange wallet that cant be accessed. Friedcat didnt do it. Friedcat only seems to check mails with share transfer requests, no other emails.
I think the chance is high the divs are caught in weexchange wallet and owners have to wait for the problems to be solved.
5293  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum 1.9 released on: December 05, 2013, 10:35:04 PM
Ah yeah. The new file it's looking for is wallets/default_wallet. I believe there should however be a migration system in place that should automatically do this for you. If it hasn't try moving your wallet to that folder/ filename but please back it up first Smiley

I tried it. But pushing the 2 files and the dir locales to electrum_data/wallets/default_wallet didnt work. I then put them one directory higher and it started. But it doesnt save any settings. I cant change language or the currency.

Is auto-connect connecting only via SSL when i set it that way? The ssl-dropdownbox is grayed out then too so i wonder if it honors that setting at all with autoconnect.

It should take the electrum.dat in ~/.electrum and turn it to /wallets/default_wallet in the first run of the new versions. So you have to place your electrum.dat in the older default folder that is the legacy ~/.electrum hidden folder.

You can also use the File >Open option to select the desire wallet file, and then use the File > Copy option.

Im not sure if i see what you mean. It sounds a bit like linux directories?

Lets say my portable electrum is at L:\Electrum and all files are in there:
blockchain_headers
electrum.dat
electrum-1.8.1-portable.exe
and dir: locale

I put electrum-1.9.5-portable.exe in there and start it.

The following dir-structure is built:

electrum_data
  certs
  wallets

When i put
blockchain_headers
electrum.dat
and dir: locale

into electrum_data and stat 1.9.5 then it starts and creates a file:
electrum_data\wallets\default_wallet (Its a file, no dir)

It puts some files from the electrum servers in certs.

electrum.dat seems to be gone. Instead there is a file config. Electrum itself has its settings set back to default.

When i restart 1.9.5 all settings i made in settings or plugins are gone again. So no safing of settings happens.

The dir structure is then:
electrum_data
  certs
    (files from electrum servers)
  locale
    (dirs with locales)
  wallets
    default_wallet (file)
  blockchain_headers (file)
  config (file)
electrum-1.9.5-portable.exe (file)

Im not sure but i think the saving of configurations might be the only problem now.

Regarding sochee and Ajay... i didnt hear anything from them anymore. Ajay was logged in 2 days ago, sochee not even that. So i think i will give them a last time to get back to me. If they dont contact me until Thursday 24 o'clock MEZ, i will give the shares to bidders that were outbid.

Ill send them a pm again.

Like i wrote... friedcat answered to all the emails i sent him and he claimed he moved all the shares.

@chriswilmer... i checked your bitcoin address and found you got 3 payments. One of them exactly matches the 130 shares that probably are from this auction.

I dont know what happened and why friedcat now is sending multiple transactions. Maybe he dont add shares anymore to an existing address but creates a new entry with the same address and adds the shares there. So that multiple payments happen then.

@superbit... i see its the same for you. Additional transaction that exactly matches the 25 shares.

You're probably right about those 130 shares, but that means I am still missing divs from my old shares. :/

Thats strange then... i guess you had more shares than the other 2 transactions cover... looks like friedcat did an error of some kind. But im sure he will clear everything up.

5297  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN & HOT!] KNC NEPTUNE ++10GH/S = 0.05 BTC #1batch #1delivery - SebJu escrow! on: December 04, 2013, 06:30:05 PM
The official escrow address for this groupbuy would be:
Code:
1H9njKvPeqe9mS8UP5PQG5xJwijYdz91KH

In case anyone wants to donate for the escrow... my tip jar is in my signature... Smiley

Good deal -thanks!  So do we just send to that address and send both you and the OP the TxID and payment address?

I only will take part as the escrow. The handling of the actual payments and the groupbuy is with the OP only. I think anykeywhy will post soon about everything.

Good news! Friedcat sent me answers to all of my emails and claimed the transfers were successfully.

The ones that wanted the shares at an exchange. The Passthrough-Owner now owns your share and will give you soon the passthrough-share. Thats up to the passthrough owner.

Thanks to all! Everybody paid directly to me without an escrow. Thanks for the trust. I now have to wait for the other 3 users that didnt pay yet. I think i have to set a endtime for payment.
