Hi there, download bootstrap.dat and place it in ~/.bitcoin. After loading Bitcoin Core, it will begin importing blocks from disk. Also you can to use the command line to extract the private keys from Bitcoin Core. Unless you're going to wait for the blocks to be synchronized from the beginning, export the private keys, import them to Electrum, go to the Send tab in amount hit key and send to one of your Electrum addresses. Make sure you have written seed properly in paper and in a safe place. Wish you success.
No. Do not use the bootstrap.dat. The download will take a long time and is unnecessary.

Long time but how much? Times may be inaccurate but this seems getting hard on me as I did it wrongly I think. The size was 1109 bytes, so what do you think?
You paid a fee of ~9 satoshis/byte. According to http://bitcoinfees.21.co/, that could take anywhere from 4-91 blocks before your first confirmation.

I depends on the size of the transaction in bytes, not the amount being transacted. The transaction may confirm eventually, but it could take a long time. Estimated confirmation times are usually inaccurate.

For what service? Regardless, people here cannot really help you. You should contact the support of whatever service you are using.

Now that this has happened, what recommendations does community have for bitcoin wallet type?
Do you think it was my coinbase or my multibit that was compromised?
Pretty sure it was your multibit that was compromised. You need to be absolutely sure that the computer you install your wallet on has no malware whatsoever. You can also get a hardware wallet such as a Trezor which keeps the private keys on a separate device and requires interaction with the device to do anything with the keys. This is generally considered to be safe against malware attacks as the private keys are never exposed to the vulnerable computer.

Make an issue on Github about it.

Are you fully synced? If you are not synced, it won't show the entire balance.
If you have the "No block source available" error, then you need to start Bitcoin Core with the -reindex option and let it reindex which can take a while.

Your posts are just spam and useless. You then proceeded to post the same post multiple times, so it was deleted for each consecutive post. Continue to do this and you will probably be banned.

I have my key and authentication codes printed out on paper.
What key? What authenticaction codes? Are you talking about Bitcoin addresses or private keys? Bitcoin has no authentication codes. Is it possible that I "unauthenticated" myself??
No. There is no authentication required in order to join the Bitcoin network. What is likely happening is that your firewall is blocking you. Double check that the firewall on your local computer AND on your router is allowing both incoming and outgoing connections on port 8333. If you have an antivirus, double check that it has the Bitcoin data directory listed as an exemption. Double check that the antivirus is also allowing incoming and outgoing connections on port 8333.

If i used API no need to use scripts?
No. Scripts and APIs are separate. An API is an Application Programming Interface. You need to write code that can use an API. This means that you still need some application (e.g. scripts or server backend software) so that it can use the API to get data from your customers and send the info to the payment processors. If you don't know what any of that means, then you should not be writing any sort of code for any service that handle's people's money until you learn how programming actually works.

Coinbase txid (at least I think this is txid):
e8ce9bdc2f273f07647a151c9639e0d54085674a7c4e4ddf6af7bf85615dfe40
TXID from Coinbase is in previous post. I copied address from Multibit and pasted to Coinbase (not sure if I copied QR address or bitcoin address, according to Multibit, I copied QR address) Have not yet checked for Malware on my MacOSX Yes, I've tried to copy / paste from Multibit to Coinbase, and it seems the address is the same (btw, my send/request log from Multibit shows the same address that my sent log shows on Coinbase which is 1GV13nHk4ZEKrfMqFnRkMqvPoBmXDzLDeR ) I will post a screen capture if all else fails....? I hope I didn't get a "fake" multibit site?...sucks for a first time bitcoin experience if that's what I did!!!
So the address you posted earlier is from your wallet, and that is the one that Coinbase did send to. It looks like your wallet is compromised. Someone has somehow gotten the private key to your address and is able to steal your Bitcoin. It is likely that your entire wallet is compromised. Unfortunately your Bitcoin cannot be recovered. Do a malware scan as it is likely that you have malware on your computer. You should not use that computer for anything with money (including Bitcoin) unless you are absolutely sure there is no malware. You also will need to use a new wallet as your original is compromised.

Did you open up armory to do this? If not, whatever you are using to get your keys may not be up to date, especially if you spent or received some Bitcoin so it may not have all of the addresses that actually have Bitcoin on them.

I know the P2SH calculation, as follow, 1:Hash1 = sha256(public key);
No, it is the hash of the redeemscript, not any of the public keys. In this case, the redeemscript starts with 0x52 and goes to the end.

Is your MultiBit fully synced? If it is not synced, then it will not know about your transactions.
achow101, Totally missed his second post, sorry. Scrolled past sig spam too quickly and missed it. Did you look at the address he said Coinbase sent to?
Those bitcoins have already been spent.
Did you notice that he said the address Coinbase sent to is NOT the address that is currently displayed in MultiBit is different than the address that Coinbase sent to?
Isn't the address he posted the address that he thought he gave Coinbase? But then Coinbase says it sent to a different address? If Coinbase didn't send to the address he posted, then why did it have any transactions? OP, Coinbase should give you the txid of the transaction it sent from your account. Can you please post that txid?

All I am looking for is a wallet to where I can send coins from coinbase > wallet > gambling website, so that my coinbase account doesn't get closed. Is electrum the right choice?
Electrum is a very good choice. It is lightweight and a desktop application so you are controlling your Bitcoin.

Being that I was probably scammed, im assuming there is no way to get my coins back? =\
Unfortunately there is no way to recover your Bitcoin. This is why you should a) research the wallet you are going to use and b) don't use a web wallet.

I think we should set up a channel to make some updates and fixes to the code, it will be more then nice.
The channel is called Github. Submit pull requests or issues there.
