And I encountered also that bug on the previous version I guess 2.8. I can't remember actually but as per mentioned you only have version 2.6.3, so..
You should update your electrum to its latest version which is 2.9.2 if I'm correct, that's the issue of previous updates of electrum.
EDIT: it's 2.9.3 the latest version of electrum

IMO you can't do that since there are only specific word list for making address for this recovery seed. Upon searching you can see the wordlist here https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txtYou can choose your own 12 recovery seed in order and paste it on the wallet like mycelium, blockchain.info, electrum. Note that paste this words in order, once it mispelled or exchanged of order on importing you will get different set of address. |

I solved the problem. I received 4 codes and finally one of them was correct. But I dont know why I get so many codes
I guess it's because you have too many attempts in logging in or there's an error between the SMS provider of coinbase or SMS provider from yours at that when you time you try to login. Anyways since you solved this problem already, much better if you close this thread. |

After a sleepless night I tried a completely different password this morning and it worked!
The address was under imported addresses, this is why BIP39 wasn't showing the correct address of course.
Tonight I'll try to get the BCC coins before transferring my address. I'm not sure if this makes a difference but I assume that it does.
That's nice that you solved this issue on your own, I guess you must write your password to a paper in a safe place so you will not forget this, And also a suggestion don't use any BCC/BCH wallet online where you can see in some youtube videos where you are going to download a software or use a phishing sites to get your private keys so stay away from that since there are people encountered like this. |

You must paste your recovery phrase on bip39 converter orderly, the same as you get this seed on blockchain from 1 to 12. So if you accidentally interchange the order of this seed even knce only they will produce another set of new addresses. So must double check this or it will so hard to recover your address tho it has a chance but will takes time.

Scam? For that transaction ID you posted ? Whats the proof of this accusation? You can't accused to anyone/anybody without valid proofs. If you don't know what's the reason why every transaction didn't confirm immediately then you'll need to research first what's going on block chain.

Don't reflect the transaction fee in terms of USD, of course, it will cost 1-2 USD in every transaction since the BTC price now is increasing rapidly which is in the range of 0.0002 - .0003 and that is much lower than before(previous months). So don't panic and be confused in terms of USD and BTC it's normal.
