Donald Trump has said enough outrageous stuff that this wouldn't be surprising. To be fair, the leaders of Russia and China probably say the same thing behind closed doors, except if you tried to record their conversations you would magically disappear pretty quickly. What can be done about it? Nothing until the next elections.

This looks like opaque Russian propaganda. Even if the politics are rubbish right now, Germany is going nowhere and is still the main powerhouse in Europe. I constantly see this lame undercurrent in the politics forum of subtle and twisted threads pushing the agenda that Russia is good, West is bad. Except it's not, the rest of the world sees that every day and it's laughable to suggest.

Are these recently produced coins or were they produced a while ago? Just can't remember seeing Supreme BTC tokens around before. Also, do you know if it is pure silver or just plating over another metal?

It's actually surprising there is no honeycomb effect after peeling, if someone was extremely careful - might it be possible to grab the key and re-apply the hologram? BTCC offer some high denomination coins and if they use the same set up it could be exploited, but maybe I missed something..

I've been using coinurl for a long time now and they have paid out consistently. Every few months a thread like this pops up and usually gets resolved. Most of the time coinurl had slightly delayed on payments or it turned out that the accuser was caught trying to run a scam on them. If you have legitimate visitor traffic then you will get paid.

This whole scenario looks very strange and one of several scams might have been run, along with the small chance that you were genuinely hacked. He may have sold the account to a scammer and been able to get it back by contacting the staff, or tried to run an exit scam and had second thoughts. Can any staff member confirm that they helped str4wm4n, because I don't understand how you got the account back otherwise? It looks like there was many other targets intended but not achieved.

So did anyone manage to get the 8000 Ethereum out of the wallet yet?
It looks like the owner of the wallet only handed it to one other company and regrets even doing that, so I guess he wants a bit more control over the password cracking service.

You could try coinbase but they require verification to buy directly. Localbitcoins.com may be a good place to buy but sometimes fraudulent trades can sneak in as it's "peer to peer". It may be best to find a company local to your country, just be sure to do lots of research and look around for the most popular exchanges.

There goes 19 BTC to scammer's wallet. Please never use an unknown Mixer, always use a trusted mixer that has been guaranteed legit by the community such as Bitmixer and Cryptomixer. Avoid any other mixer that doesn't have any trust from the community. I'm sorry for you loss, Dude ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Or you should probably avoid "Mixers" altogether. In the offline world those places are known as money launderers and if you're going to hand your money over to criminals then you will lose it like this. You may aswell of handed your money to a random stranger and said, can you please go and deposit this in my bank account. Sorry for your loss, but just a little research would have prevented it.

If you wanted to be useful, then you would follow the proper scam reporting format, but that actually requires posting some evidence that any of this actually happened. The point is, I am not interested, because there is nothing slightly helpful about what has been posted so far.
Blockchain transactions and where it happened might be a start. Instead of reporting it to the police, you have injected yourself as some sort of private investigator who will probably do more damage. I did notice you are part of the "FAIL" community, so you got something right.

You would have saved yourself a lot of time and hassle if you never accept paypal in the first place. There are clear warnings all around the forums because situations like this have happened thousands of times before this.
|
|
|
I'm confused, it is plastered all over the forums not to accept Paypal for bitcoin so why were you accepting the trade in the first place? It's fine to warn people, but you should were probably being a bit greedy in the first place..

So, do you want a congratulations or something? As you've mentioned nothing helpful to the wider bitcoin community in this thread. You didn't even mention the amount this "young boy" lost in the scam.

Hopefully it is just a problem with bitpay, but if you don't tell us the company that ripped you off then nobody here can help and you are helping no one by posting this thread.

Basically, these vanity address generators go through creating millions of random wallets to pick out particular combinations of keywords which may be desirable. However, you should avoid using any of the online ones if you want complete security, because they will save the keys which can access the funds that you store and can potentially steal them later on.

It'd be interesting if it was a military project, like how the internet was spawned by the requirements of spying agencies but stirred something much bigger. It may be one person, but you'd expect them to have come forward by now and it seems strange that Satoshis original coins were never redeemed.

If you want to invest in Bitcoin, buy some Bitcoin. If you are inexperienced with the crypto currency market you should avoid buying anything else. Just remember that Bitcoin has had some pretty wild fluctuations over many years and don't put in more than you can afford to lose. ICO's are public offerings of "alternative" currencies to bitcoin, but very few have new benefits and eventually die off to become worthless.

I don't think it cast doubt on the democratic process, just the means that were used to register the votes and the psychological warfare that may have taken place. I'm sure Putin has plenty of dirt on Trump that he can drip feed to the media to apply pressure when required, but if Clinton had gotten it then the situation would remain more hostile to Russia. As long as there is no war, the politics are fine

I first bought coins off Gravitate 3 years ago and still love the original Microsoul coins, however there was the odd occasion where he took a long time to fund the coins. I think it started going down hill with the 2016 coins and there were too many series were produced in such a small time. You deserve a full refund and Microsoul needs to tie up these loose ends before retiring.
It is unacceptable how you've been treated, but I don't think demonising every coin manufacturer who slips up is the right way to handle the situation and could lead to further losses if their reputation is left in tatters. The situation with Microsoul has been known for a few months and it seems like he overstretched, but lying about funding is a definite issue.
I didn't intend to fund these coin! I sent the wrong coins to him and I refunded the person who bought them from him already.. I didn't lie. Also I have made mistakes and ALWAYS sorted them out. To get accused of this is illegal as it dents my character. I will be seeking legal action against bitenvy. I made a mistake and I have offered to fix it. That's not scamming. I'm on your side and even with the odd funding issues, I still love your coins. I don't think there is any reason to bring up legal action as I'm sure bitenvy will take the thread down with an adequate resolution. It sometimes requires a thread like this to spur manufacturers to action and once it's resolved, everyone can move on.
