5301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next monster on: April 19, 2020, 11:01:07 AM
I've been reading the archives of this forum over the past few days for the first posts about Ethereum, Binance, XRP etc.

Many posters calling them scams and shitcoins initially and a number of posters praying for Ethereum to get to $10 so they would become millionaires. I want people to look back at this thread in years to come and highlight the posters that predicted the next huge altcoins and it would also be good to see what people are investing in outside the top 100.

You don't need to look further, even bitcoin during it's early days and up to today are being called Ponzi etc.

I'll start - NULS.

Maybe the best tech I have come across with an extremely dedicated team and great community. With it's easy to use staking platform, chain factory and Nerve - the decentralised digital asset service network I think this coin will start making moves into the top 20 over the next year. Constantly ranked in the top 10 projects on CCID (China based crypto ranking) it's only a matter of time before this project explodes.

Let me know your dark horses for the next big altcoin..

If could be, but the thing with those supposedly shitcoins ike ETH, XRP is that they are way ahead of the game so obviously, there are a lot of people who we might call early adopters and bag holders and that they have gain so much 'trust'. Binance (BNB) is still fairly young, although one thing we can say about it is that they have the backing of CZ and his all mighty Binance exchange. If NULS will be very active and show it's true potentially then definitely in the future we might see it as strong as the top 10 coins we have right now.
5302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: April 19, 2020, 09:50:50 AM
Ah man, the NBA playoffs were supposed to start today, 18th April.  Embarrassed

Anyway, something that may cheer you up, ESPN will air "The Last Dance", a documentary following Michael Jordan and Bulls 1997-98 season. Five consecutive Sundays and 10 total episodes starting off tomorrow April 19th at 9 p.m. Eastern. Director is Jason Hehir, "The Fab Five" and a few other memorable '30 for 30' documentaries.
Ahh, actually I saw this recently on Pewdiepie's MyDay (on youtube). I get confused at first because he supposed to share about video games and stuff, right? Grin. Anyway, I will try to watch it as well and relive their magical moments particularly how Steve Kerr pull off the winning shot Smiley.

Not sure if I have seen this documentary but definitely I have seen the Fab Five already.

Yes, probably love to watch those again, I still remember one of my very first time watching NBA games  thru internet was around '97. And I vividly remember staying in office during weekends just to be able to watch NBA games and the Finals back then because I don't have internet that time at home.  Smiley
5303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of fraud crypto analysts! on: April 19, 2020, 08:28:36 AM
The main problem is; most of the newbies and those dumb traders are often believing and following the tips of those self proclaimed crypto analysts and gurus in all over the internet. They are vulnerable to losses because they do not know how to read charts and analyze trends.

It's a dreaded cycle to say the least, newbies fall for dumb traders and it goes on and on. And even those dumb traders are going to be exposed, they will continue with their gimmick because they know that someone can and will fall for the trap.

Observe most of social media platforms specially telegrams, there are many crypto trading signals groups and pump and dump groups that are victimizing newbies in the market. I recommend specially if your knowledge is still not enough, focus on acquiring knowledge and do not believe to those self proclaimed crypto analysts.

That's why to overcome this, one must learn technical analysis or at least some basic knowledge of it before you entering trading itself. And then continue to grow and learn as you go along with it. So that you won't rely to those so called experts.

you take my money 6 month ago and write every day i mast wait to ended Verify process/
i go to police today and there finish process verify

Hi. Please note that funds remain on your account as long as the AML procedure is on.
Would you please share your support ticket number or user ID?
Thanks in advance.

the procedure lasts six months? are you serious? every time your so-called support writes. "wait soon for answer."
I waited well enough. I collected absolutely all the complaints about your wallet. and my lawyer made complaints to the police about the illegal deduction of funds. Money on the account and on the wallets they have not been there for a long time they are all transferred to yours. Therefore, all further proceedings will go with the help of the police.

Alex, what is your support ticket number?

Lol, why don't you just check it yourself, why are you deflecting and giving the ball back to @alex1280?

You have all the resources obviously, and you asking the supposedly victim looks like another delaying tactics on your end. You can review all the support tickets you have and thru process of isolation, you can identify @alex1280 support ticket, is that hard to do on your part?
5306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If we are to start from beginning. on: April 18, 2020, 09:56:23 PM
We will definitely see a reset of world economy because of this pandemic. Of course, we want more recognition from the world government and see bitcoin as one of the alternative out there, not to replace banks per se, but at least those majority of unbanked people globally will go to bitcoin and government will simply allow it so that adoption will grow without affecting the balance of geo-economics.
5307  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 2 exchange have the same appearance (bitxmi & ffex.pro) on: April 18, 2020, 11:13:00 AM
^^ What are the chances that similar looking websites using the same WL are listed on the same domain's IP addresses? But whatever fits your agenda, obviously, members here are not that dumb though and have seen this sort of strategy before.
5308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19: Avoid casino, play online on: April 18, 2020, 10:01:02 AM
As for me, I have been playing online for so long, so nothing has changed for me Cheesy

Good for you.

Do you guys noticed though that there are a lot of online casino's that pop up lately? I mean I have seen signature campaigns in the last month alone so I guess this is a good sign that it is the online business booming as far as the Covid-19 pandemic goes. Simply because gamblers are going to look for alternatives like playing online so I'm not surprised by the sudden surge of crypto based online casinos in the last two months or so.
5309  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Remember Plustoken? they are still active and massive sell-off keeps going on on: April 18, 2020, 09:16:47 AM
Now for the important part of my post:
Whose fault is it that these things happen? In my opinion, much of the blame lies with the unscrupulous exchanges. If they agreed, the stolen funds could be flagged and they would never be cashed out. With a well-connected and regulated system (Yeah.. I don't like it either.. but it's the only solution I can think of), the exchange from crypto to fiat could be blocked at the moment it happens.

As far as I can remember, exchanges have been notified of the btc addresses, but if those crooks used a bitcoin mixer then it is hard to blame exchanges from accepting those btc. So I wouldn't say that exchanges are part of the problem here. I'm not defending those scammers, but they are well sophisticated that it will take blockchain analysis to really track where the coins are going right now. And it will be too late, once they have cash it out.
5310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Isn't this the best time for Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2020, 08:33:48 AM
Sadly, the world is in a state of islolation, probably the first time ever?

In our lifetime? our probably say yes, I'm sure no one was born yet when the Spanish Flu pandemic.

But my real question is isn't this best time for Bitcoin? Medical researchers have proved that it's dangerous to use cash and ATMs during this period. Sooo what other ways can we look to make our daily transactions easier and safer? BitcoinBTC!! It's as easy as checking something on the internet, no contact with sellers and the spread of the virus can be reduced.

Stay safe, Stay home
Thank you.

We still have the credit/debit card out there. So that will be the first option for bank people. And remember that bitcoin is not yet universally accepted, so it might take some time. However, if you are into investing on bitcoin, of course, there's no wrong or right time, as long as you are willing to take the risk, then go.
5311  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 2 exchange have the same appearance (bitxmi & ffex.pro) on: April 17, 2020, 12:51:38 PM
Two different domains name but the same IP:

Code:
IP Address	157.185.145.96 - 1,483 other sites hosted on this server

http://whois.domaintools.com/ffex.pro

Code:
IP Address	157.185.145.96 - 1,483 other sites hosted on this server

http://whois.domaintools.com/bitxmi.com

And probably the same intention, to scam crypto traders here, they can be listed on coinmarketcap but it doesn't mean that they are not going to scam or pull off a exit scam.
5312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacken ai IEO failed on: April 17, 2020, 11:46:45 AM
Too late now, I really don't understand why they choose OceanX as their launchpad in the first place. I do hope that they have seen successful IEO in the past and they are not being launched on a poor tier exchanges but top of the list. Will a second round of IEO be successful? Obviously, there is a chance, but it they don't learn from their mistakes, then I don't see their project being successful to be honest. They should reset and rethink their strategy if they wanted to raise a lot of funds for their project.
5313  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Keep Your Crypto Portfolio Pumping During a Recession on: April 17, 2020, 11:02:59 AM
Just basic tips though, regardless whether we have the pandemic of not, this sort of tips are very applicable in the market. And I would have to agree about investing in bitcoin to safe guard your portfolio, it could be a disaster tip for a newbie who doesn't understand the how volatile the market is. It may give them a false hope, and then when bitcoin goes on a massive downturn, their are going to sell because of panic and fear on the market.
5314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A COVID-19 Blockchan app without compromise on: April 17, 2020, 03:51:40 AM
I don't know, every time that I heard about Covid-19 crypto related projects, it sounds like a scam to me because of the previous projects that we have seen who turn out to be scam after all.

This sounds like a gimmick for me. Whatever how many apps that will be created (plan) by them for covid or to fight covid and what we need is a vaccine. So many countries have already announced to lockdown and this enough to prevent the mobility from their civilians and the tracing app will not be used again.

This is what I'm trying to drive out, do we really need blockchain app at this point?

Every government and no-governmental organizations have their own tracking, and this might compromise security and privacy as well. What we need is vaccine to help the spread of virus and not just Covid-19 theme apps, just saying.
5315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tone Vays channel deleted from youtube on: April 17, 2020, 03:24:43 AM
Is his account does have the 91.3k subscribers? Guys his account is back. He's on the live now with his channel.
The people in the chatbox is congratulating him for getting back his channel.

Ok it seems that he is back in business, he seems that Youtube is quick in responding to those ban accounts. Maybe this time, human intervention is needed. They may rely on their algorithm, but at the end of the day, a simple message to them will help those crypto influencers get back their account the soonest.
5316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another Exchange got hacked on: April 14, 2020, 09:31:57 AM
Another crypto exchange got hacked and this time the victim is Bisq, a trading platform that has temporarily ceased all its trading services that unfortunately cost users at least $250,000 in digital funds, is there no year gone by withouth a crypto exchange getting hacked? This one weaks me, will this ever stop?

You're late though, there have been thread about this hacked already.

It's good though that the hack only cost 6 digit figures, so I will say that is not that that big as compare to other centralised exchanges in which one hack can cost millions of dollars. Easy peasy for the hackers. I don't think that this kind of hacking will stop, obviously, hackers are taking advantage of loopholes and it's easy money for them. That's why we need to learn not to put huge amount of money in a exchanges so that you won't get affected.
5317  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto personal analysis on: April 14, 2020, 08:31:51 AM
To whom it may concern,
Last analyze worked as I was expected to see the first scenario happening, much much appreciated everyone who followed and contributed in this thread.
Since the recent movement of the Bitcoin price. I believe, it's time to check the alternative coins markets as well.
Maybe I'll try to post some a few analysis from alternative coins soon. But, still I'll keep updating you about the Bitcoin price.
Please kindly feel free to commenting your ideas.

What's your take on altcoin though? Does it follow bitcoin or will it start to de-couple as well?

The reason why I ask this is because if it will just follow bitcoin then I don't think you need extra effort to do your analysis on them. Much better to focus solely on bitcoin as this is what everyone wanted here, to see such predictions like yours. You just don't know, maybe you have a following here and waiting for your bitcoin prediction only because obviously, you are really doing a good job.
5318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is our chance on: April 13, 2020, 10:37:42 PM
This actually made me smile. It's cool to see such energetic post regarding the upcoming bitcoin halving. Honestly, I haven't seen one before. It's my first time, and I can't wait for it as a lot of people keep talking about you. See you on the other side ☺

It's less than a month from now, everyone is really excited about this event, so those who have seen it before are again very energetic and enthusiastic because this is one positive news that we all have been waiting for. And with the Covid-19 pandemic and the looming financial crisis at hand, halving is the like the ace in our sleeves to fight this negativity right now.
5319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can POLIS surpass DASH and become nr. 1 in the payment industry? on: April 13, 2020, 12:18:34 PM
I never heard about POLIS before, however, I would say that DASH has already established itself in the industry so it will be very difficult to just topple someone here in crypto specially as far as payment system is concern. Bitcoin is still there, together with ETH, which lately have been gaining grounds as well to be a payment system Reddit: Why not bitcoin?.

And as pointed out by @CryptoCrawler_2017, to be able to gain traction in the community, perhaps POLIS needs to be listed on top tier exchanges.
5320  Other / Politics & Society / Re: GLOBAL PANDEMIC - BLESSING IN DISGUISE on: April 13, 2020, 10:31:06 AM
The truth of the matter is this global pandemic is really changing lives and changing nations. Things that we gave little attention to like regular washing of hand, the use of sanitizers and social distancing is now a must. Some of our leaders are now building huge facilities to curb down the situation. The most important thing is when everything calms down the  world is going to view the digital currency in a different spectacle which cryptocurency is going to be a great beneficiary. Lets calm down and stay safe since we are not in normal times. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. The cashless world will be coming soon  Smiley

I'm not really sure about that, we still have the banking system standing after this global pandemic. And I think people will getting loans from banks after everything has settled down in order to start all over again. Of course, cryptocurrency is here to stay, but I don't think that most people will view like it will be the saviour, sort to speak. They will seek government help first through banks before anything else. So I don't consider it a blessing, but probably just another wake up call.
