5321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: New privacy coin -> limited 15% staking rewards to celebrate its release on: June 11, 2019, 05:21:55 AM
It makes no sense putting up names of a team that you don't ant to be known by members here. If you want to be anonymous then do not put up any team at all.
We shall also pretend here that you have no team for all we know team names without pictures can be any names randomly picked.

5322  Other / Meta / Re: Amnesty 2019 bitcointalk.org on: June 10, 2019, 11:38:31 AM
Clearing the forum of plagiarism harmed many useful people for the forum who did not abuse the rules.
No, They abused the rules... I mean that's why they got banned in the first place right?

In many countries, there is a tradition to free people who have committed no serious crimes for anniversaries in history.
Theymos and other members of the administration, please show some mercy and review this list
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5144410.0
I am sure criminals with past serious crimes too don't get such chances in those countries... Do they?
Plagiarism is one of the very few offenses that can get you permabanned in this forum... So it's a very serious crime according to bitcointalk.

I think some of those who deserve a second chance have been granted it so far which I see is fair enough.
Don't forget that 2-3 months ago, chances of getting a permanent ban lifted once you got it were 0.01% so let's acknowledge the new linient approach from the global mods and admin
5323  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM Accusations: Some138 on: June 10, 2019, 08:59:54 AM
I can confirm that some138 has turned into a scammer. he was asking me to send payment yesterday over telegram which I refused because I felt skeptical.
It would be good if you included even the screenshots of the PM/chat logs so that people can know how he tries to pull off his scam tricks and stay off

1. With the funny trust ratings, Scammer was obviously trying to counter the tags but probably had no idea how it works  Grin

2. The accounts seem to have been bought, hacked or may be alts of the scammer.

I just left info here so that members can look into them and keep an eye on them.
5325  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] - CatalansCoin, Wallets are Infected with Malware!! on: June 09, 2019, 11:11:43 PM
Thanks for your warning. I hope you prevented people from downloading fake wallets.
This is the only official ANN (nº 1 of your links): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5128919.0
2 and 3 were phishing attemps.

Really?

I think you have forgotten that we already have archived versions of your ANN... Why did you edit it? Trying to cover your own tracks?
Look again in the archive: http://archive.fo/eKWye
Github profile with fake wallet that was reported is the same as the one on your ANN. So how does someone else attempt to phish through your ANN?

ANN before editing

ANN after editing

Reported Malicious wallet Github link:
Code:
https://github.com/catalanscoin/catalanscoin/releases/download/0.1.0/Windows-Release.zip

1. The first release was deleted because you probably know it very well that your wallet was malicious from the word go and wanted to cover your tracks

2. You Uploaded the whole zip file and then scanned it, but we all know that virus total isn't that accurate with zip folders. Individual files in the zip folder are very malicious as pointed out in the OP as the person took time to scan each file.

3. False positive can happen but when 5-6 or 8 engines detect something, then it probably not a false positive.

4.  The claim of someone's Ethers being stolen came from your own thread and not the "other fake threads"
after you install the wallet, took the 1.7 ether 0x566128F92063D95178b88b69D19C6E9b90796be5

I am even surprised why the DT members didn't tag you and the other profile that was reported by OP.

Meanwhile, Third place playoff between Switzerland vs England has been goalless all the way through Extra time. It's now time for Pens
5328  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this worth a negative feedback? [Community View - icosonar] on: June 08, 2019, 02:10:57 PM
Just seen the post history and it's spam, spam and spam.
Haven't yet come across someone get red tagged for spamming but i think a neutral feedback would just do fine.
I am not sure how effective reporting such posts to mods is?
If they can actually delete spammy posts of this kind then i think a neutral tag and a report to mods option would be okay though it would be a lot of work reporting each post.
5329  Other / Meta / Re: BAN APPEAL: Assuming my fault and looking for a solution on: June 08, 2019, 02:00:55 PM
As the message in red indicates... It's either plagiarism or Spam,
100% chance that you were banned due to plagiarism so might wanna look at your past posts that don't have links to the original authors.
No one here has been banned for taking against binance or some project of sorts as you stated
5330  Other / Meta / Re: Account compromised on: June 07, 2019, 11:24:33 PM
My email seemed to follow these instructions. I have added a few more details and resent an email just now. Hopefully, I will recover my account this time around.
According to past recoveries it usually takes a week before you are contacted by the team on your email on how to recover your account after you send the first  email. Quite surprised why you got no response.
Hopefully you manage to recovery your account this time round.

By the way did you use the original email address with which you used for setting up the account to contact the recoveries team?

Edit:
The reason your account is not being recovered is because it was Permabanned most probably because of plagiarism, Perhaps after the hack.

https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=eerygarden

I don't have enough time right now but a little investigation can reveal which post got you banned. Whether it was a post before or after the hack.
5331  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 2019 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites on: June 07, 2019, 10:43:50 PM
You might wanna add https://bitcoinmixer.eu/ to the list of scams
Many people have been scammed as in this threads

5332  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I am in need of a legit Bitcoin tumbler similar to Bit Blender on: June 07, 2019, 10:24:37 PM
Also, you say LE is setting up some mixing sites. What/Who's LE?
LE is an acronym for Law Enforcement or Law Enforcers. I think that's what OP was trying to mean.

Thou for sure you can't know which Mixer has been setup by LE until they gather enough evidence and finally make a surprise attack, and sieze the domain as in the case of Bestmixer.
Maybe you should check out chipmixer as suggested by some other members and try to look into wasabi wallet too. Do some reading before you transact.
5333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's Official, Real Madrid Sign Hazard! on: June 07, 2019, 09:29:21 PM
Some people say that over €100M for a 28yo with less than a year in his contract is too much money...I say that signing a guy in his prime that's in the 'Top 10 best players in the world' list for +100M is nothing but a great deal.  Cool
What they forgot is that Real Madrid hasn't spent much on players for a while now.
Their last Major Expensive signing was Gareth Bale in 2013 for £86M(€100M)

So signing Hazard for 100M+ six years later is very realistic according to Real Madrid's standards IMO.
5334  Economy / Gambling discussion / It's Official, Real Madrid Sign Hazard! on: June 07, 2019, 09:05:39 PM
Finally, the day has come. A day that can bring a smile and Joy to Madridistas. Today Real Madrid have finally made an official announcement on signing Eden Hazard.

https://www.realmadrid.com/en/news/2019/06/official-announcement-hazard
Quote
Real Madrid C. F. and Chelsea FC have agreed a deal for the player Eden Hazard.
The player will join the club for the next five seasons, until the 30th June 2024.
Eden Hazard will be presented as a Real Madrid player on Thursday 13th June at the estadio Santiago Bernabéu, after undergoing a medical with the club.

According to BBC sport, the fee could be in excess of  £150M

5335  Economy / Reputation / Re: [27] multi accounts on: June 07, 2019, 07:43:06 PM
Good Job OP, you can try posting the ban evaders in this thread: [Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban]
There they can easily be seen by the mods and get their alts banned too.

Side note: How do you guys do these detective job :-P
It's interesting :-D
Cheesy It involves a lot of time, search around the forum and addresses for connections.
Fortunately, most of the offenders are dumb and leave clues here and there.
5336  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another Bitcoin mixer discontinued on: June 07, 2019, 07:18:37 PM
Didn't even know that ecomix existed until today  Grin
Reasons for abandonment could have been bad business or the bestmixer domain seizure ripple effect(which to me seems less likely)
Last time were very active on the forum was when they were trying to get their service tested of which some people even decided to scam them
members speedy1987 and Lilobo got btc and disapeared , please friends help to leave them warn, or how to ban them ?

Here is also topic with Fedor07 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5057074.new#new he got money and disappeared.

OP then when offline 25 days later until now. No effort was made to make any new announcements or updates whatsoever.

he's barred from posting, but he can still read and learn numerous things here
Look at his post history. He doesn't seem like the kind of person who will stick around to read and learn   Cheesy
5339  Other / Meta / Re: Why was I banned ? How to recover? on: June 07, 2019, 06:02:19 PM
Is it possible to fix and unlock my account? This is my only account I don't want to lose(
Just had a look at your post history and honestly I don't think your ban appeal will stand any chance of being considered so that your account can get unbanned.
You should have followed rules from the very beginning to avoid losing your only account.
There's nothing you can do now expect moving on away from this forum.
