5321  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 05, 2020, 03:02:42 PM

They have mentioned some specific times and only in those times they will contribute the 20% house edge revenue to the fund. I gave the suggestion before that why cant they make it flat and they contribute 20% for all the house edge revenue till certain date.

Fair point. I agree that those few hours won't be able to cater to everyone especially for those working or sleeping.

I suggest also freebitco could create like a button where every member could donate any amount (automatic debt from member balance), then the total amount would be donate for this institution in a separate btc wallet address.

I think this is a good idea as a lot of people will most likely want to donate without playing the multiply BTC. I know I would prefer to not play and just donate to the cause as we can sometimes lose more then what we are willing to donate so I think this is a great idea if the owner can add a donate button on the site.
You would have to withdraw from freebitcoin to their address which is quite difficult, so you would have to withdraw to your own wallet, lets assume you did that, you would also send it to their wallet as well. These all take a huge amount of time and money to do you realize that right? Hell some places do not even accept withdrawal under certain satoshi because it is not enough to usually even cover for the transaction cost, maybe someone wants to send the 100 satoshi they have left in their account here, what about them?

If they can do a donation type of thing on freebitco.in that we all can pay from our bankrolls here, it would garner a lot more money I think, there are plenty of people who wants something like that and I doubt it is as difficult as you think it is, they can probably do something like that in few days of work, if not and if it is really too difficult than I yield, you are right.

Seriously Derrick Jones is THAT good in 2k? I get that after a while Durant gave up but seriously dude was just a beast, and of course Trae showed everyone why he is considered the contender and DESTROYED Barnes, 101 to 59, that is ruthless, after a while you stop scoring all that much and just let the other guy score a bit to save face, he knew Barnes wouldn't rage quit on something this big, the game had to end one way or another so he just wanted to showboat his skills obviously.

Patrick Beverley was an interesting one to watch, dude basically talked during all of the game, he has that trash talk and rough game mentality on the court but cool to see he has it on 2K as well. Honestly, only uninteresting one was Lavine vs Ayton, that game looked as boring as it gets.
5323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was $3,871 on this day - 1 year ago on: April 04, 2020, 06:24:28 AM
I am not entirely sure if this year will be better than last year, last year was just so great for everyone involved who got in earlier and this year looks like it may not go up that much because of this corona deal. Last year we managed to go from $3k start to $13.8k at the peak, that is an INSANE amount to go up, and it did that like in a week or so, that was a crazy week, probably craziest we have seen since 2017 December peak.

So, in order for this year to do something like that we are talking about $25k or so price, that would make it all time high, I doubt it could go up that much, 3x to 4x is required to be like last year, and even at x3 we are talking about $18k range and that is just way too close to ATH price as well. I think it might be a decent year but not as well as last year I am afraid.
5324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about Arbitrage trading... on: April 03, 2020, 01:17:37 PM
Arbitrage doesn't always happen when you are dealing with bad exchanges or stuff like that, it usually happens between local exchanges that not everyone knows of. Just to give an example, lets say there is X nation and they have X dollars they use in that nation, there is also Y nation and Y dollars they use, there is also USD which is american dollars.

In x nation 1 dollar is 2 xdollars, in y nation 1 dollar is 3 ydollars, which means when bitcoin is 1 dollars it should be 2 xdollars and 3 ydollars. What happens is that price suddenly becomes 1.8 xdollars somewhere and 3.2 ydollars somewhere else. Now, if you are a person with bank account in both of those nations, and you have enough money to transfer from one to another and lose profit, you can actually arbitrage.
5325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CMC Misleading new projects on: April 03, 2020, 08:15:11 AM
I still think CZ taking over cmc is not really a good decision, it will showcase all binance as good and it will show all competitions of binance as bad and some other small places as good as well.

CMC is not good I agree with that and right now it is not really ran very well, someone should take over and make that place better again, however do we really want that person to be an owner of an exchange? They will simply just show the world how corrupt it can get, that is about it.

Honestly, I would prefer someone who is totally unrelated to crypto to take over, I know it may cost some money but if you buy CMC and not related at least you will become more transparent about it and people will still use it and you will make that money back somehow anyway since its a very high traffic website.
5326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Very Important Advice for Devs on: April 03, 2020, 07:36:01 AM
All of them are known to be quite shady, even if they are not scam they are at least shady, do not forget to add in yobit as well because they literally declined to pay you up many times, a lot of people complained that they couldn't withdraw their money and that was basically all from credible sources as well, not some people blaming them and get paid from other exchanges. They even did a HUGE signature campaign type of thing to make people forget about all of it but they didn't and all of that money became nothing.

Honestly they did even created their own tokens and gave everyone 700 of it, yoda or something, and everyone was waiting to sell it. What did it became? Something that is stuck on their exchange and requires you to write once to get 7 per day...
5327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: April 02, 2020, 06:57:10 PM
There is a fine line between making sure the fans are getting the fun they deserve and making sure that NBA doesn't pay a huge penalty and make sure that contracts suddenly doesn't drop because cap will have to be lower due to lack of money NBA teams made etc etc, but also putting lifes in danger.

When you are putting players in Las Vegas and making them play there to finish the league, you are not just putting players there, you are putting coaches, assistant coaches, floor moppers, broadcasters, doctors and many other people there as well, even if there is nobody watching live there in the arena. This is why I think it is quite risky. Could it be done? Sure it could be, but is it really the solution we are looking for? It feels like it wouldn't be fun at all and just would be "lets get this over with already" type of situation which doesn't really worth all the risks involved if you ask me.
5328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: whats next? on: April 02, 2020, 04:11:31 PM
That is what people have been talking about when saying bitcoin needs investment around it and not direct to it all the time. Sure we need to buy bitcoin as well, that is a good idea and should be done and everyone should buy bitcoin, but there needs to be people investing into stuff related to bitcoin as well, that is quite important.

All the exchanges, cards, payment processors, marketing, companies and many other stuff all requires money, you can't just try to hope that some people will do it with their own pocket money so they will need to be invested in order grow bigger and bigger. With the amount of money Ripple got, we could had such a HUGE investment around bitcoin that in all parts of the world we would have been easily capable of spending bitcoin anywhere.

5331  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think? on: March 31, 2020, 02:50:29 PM
Everyone thinks that corona will be "gone", it is not something that goes away, this is a virus and as long as there is at least 1 person who is infected in the world, there will be corona going on, and believe me there will be people with corona all around the world at all times forever from now on, it will never go away. Look at ebola, look at swine flu, look at others they are all still around, most noticeable we still have influenza, after ALL these years, why? Because, it never fully goes away.

We will just learn to live with it, it will not be as harsh as this and we will have cures and treatments for it basically it will be a hard flu and you will recover instead of thousands of people dying every single day, but we will still have corona that just kills a lot less people.
5332  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: March 30, 2020, 07:39:55 PM
Right now people are doing exactly that, many people moved to fiat and tether for a while but they are buying more and more right now. Of course there was a scare, who wouldn't be afraid when corona virus first became very dangerous all around the world? I mean we all got scared, hell I am still stuck at home and doing absolutely nothing at all, thankfully I am a freelancer so I keep working from home but I can't go out for any reason at all, which is basically why I was scared, think about all the things we do outside, all of them stopped.

A financial world where everything stops is a lot different than anything else we have seen so far, which is why I think it is quite important for us to realize that world is not really prepared for something this big which is why people got panic and sold for a while at first.

@Buwaytrees I think it is time we get you to join the esports revolution mate, a lot of us have been moving towards gambling on esports and honestly it may be as talent required as regular sports as well. A lot of regular sports people are actually quite talentless compared to these esports people, consider the third league bench player that gets paid, there is nothing like that in esports, there is already not all that many awesome teams and all those teams hire only the best of the players so there is usually a very very top heavy talent pool.

It does create some awesomeness to watch them, plus there are so many young kids growing up to be esports players every single year and you see the improvement of talent is unlike anywhere else, new ones always gets better than the older ones, games are at a way different level than 10 years ago talentwise.

5335  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 - The major reason for the current fall of Bitcoin on: March 26, 2020, 02:49:47 PM
Obviously, it was corona virus that dropped the price but it was indirectly and not directly.

People who got afraid of the stock markets and other stuff just sold their coins for cheap to get rid of all the investments and just go all in cash which was basically the whole point, that is why it dropped. There was no need to sell because honestly we were just 10%-15% higher than this and losing that much during this time is not really all that much if you ask me. Many people lost 50% during this time, so losing 15% is nothing of importance.

However, you can't stop people from being scared and that is what happened here as well, just people being scared. When market is fearing something and dropping, that causes a snowball affect and we have found the bottom that way. Fortunately we are going up once again though.
5336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 25, 2020, 05:41:09 PM
There is no "cure that is hidden by china", literally a generic drug is good enough to cure everyone, it has been talked about for days now that there are 2 drugs, can't say their name because it was Latin as usual, when combined helps people cure in less than 6 days, if you start to give every single person that comes through the door with a fever those two drugs, you are basically saving everyone.

Right now, the "cure" is to keep people alive, the virus stays in your body for just a few weeks and during those few weeks people actually die because of the fever and not being able to breath, but if you keep them alive, it just recovers and virus goes away, so "staying alive" is literally the cure right now which kills a lot of people, with this new two drugs (not new to world, it was used for different stuff) works as planned, we will actually get rid of it by this summer for sure.

I guess being a noble company and acting honorable is one way to go in business, usually doesn't last too long and you end up either becoming the villain in short period of time or you do not make as much money as you possibly can which is why many companies who start out in a simple garage or something turns into let's get Chinese little kids build our phones for few cents and sell them for hundreds of dollars.

I am not saying you "should" be like that, that is a greatly exaggerated example (which is going on right now in reality) but when you do not take advantage of corona and self isolation and not publish a half finished product to make more profits, that might be "too good" either. Don't get me wrong, as a gambler for me you are doing something marvelous, kudos to you for being so honorable in your endeavor, however not sure if this decision that is amazing for me and all other gamblers is also great for the company.
That is literally why beta was mentioned, you do not have to rush to release a full version, but you could have a beta testing separate site where you give people play money and they gamble with it and give you the results. You can make it free at this time because there are plenty of people who are staying at home who wouldn't mind helping out, however in the end you will get some people who are amazing beta testers if you pay those people as well.

No matter what they end up doing I will love them because so far they have been down to earth type of website, but beta is always suggested irregardless of corona or not, every website that is going on a full overhaul should do it after a beta test period, without that you will eventually face some problems that you didn't realized.

I don't want to lose my BTC.

The problem OP is that you don't want to lose your BTC. You are in gambling, and you already experienced to be in gambling, expect that the chance of losing all your money is very high. Just use the money that you can afford to lose. There are so many reputable sites here. You can also check my signature.
This must be the basic problem of most gamblers regardless of their level of expertise in gambling industry. Almost all the gamblers do not want to lose their money even they are very well aware of how dangerous the gambling is, for their money. It is simply a high level of contradiction still I do see it is a level of greedy.

Because, they do know what is possible and what is impossible from gambling still they do not want to lose their money. Dicing is known for losing all the money in long run and OP is about to get into it. I'm sorry I can foresee the final result of what is OP going to experience since it is free world and everyone want to learn their own lesson out of their own experience Roll Eyes.

5340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 22, 2020, 08:30:15 PM
Tron also one of the best altcoin to handle the gambling sites, But Bitcoin is more convenient for long term investment in gambling so we can concentrate Bitcoin and tron it will be match for all the time. Nowadays Ethereum is more familiar in all the gamblers so I am concentrate ETH and BTC for all time gambling. I hope number of altcoins are easy to handle in gambling sites at same time BTC was stay in all the pocket.
I do see very few gambling houses are accepting tron. Not sure my favorite houses are accepting tron for gambling. So far I too gambled only with bitcoins and if I get any free coins then I do gamble with them (primedice more often mail me free coins). I prefer gambling in BTC so that may hit my luck with big levels. I think there will be no matter of price of BTC to risk it in gambling as once decided to risk in gambling then it should be in BTC and no changes along with BTC's fluctuations.
