5321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When next bull run happen?? on: November 27, 2019, 02:08:36 PM
what you think guys , before halving , after halving , no bull run
When we will be very close to the halving time and I guess the bullrun will come the bitcoin. I have been learning the bullrun pattern caused by the halving and we have been seeing how the impact that has already made caused by the halving of litecoin. There will be a bullrun before the halving and the stabilization will be happening after the halving will have done by the network.
that was happening so many times. The halving impact is a long term impact and that will come easily as those people if the halving will make the price even doubled in the future.
That was a wrong opinion that must be changed. Bull will come before halving and a year after halving.
5322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For just $40k volume, this altcoin pumped its market cap to $300 million? on: November 27, 2019, 07:43:59 AM
Something similar like biteball and a few days later this coin was going to the bottom again
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/storeum/

There was a big gap between the sell and buy orders. This not a big surprise but again shitcoin will always become the shitecoin whatever how much it will be pumped by the whales with a few pennies.
It's better to take the exchange site that is currently trading storeum
https://extstock.com/markets/sto_eth
there was a huge gap between the buy and sell order. You just need to buy a token to make it gets increase more than 100%
5323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 27, 2019, 03:17:52 AM

No, this HF has nothing to do with the POS. There is no certain date for ETH 2.0, just rumors that it will start in Jan 2020. It is not clear whether a full POS will be introduced, or mixed POS/POW at first for better security. Full POS may happen still in Q1 2020 if there are no bugs.

But what is means this hardfork on 7th December 2019? Which changes twil they have have?
January may be will be even better time for POS. The close to BTC halving - the better...
I hope that you will not be a  lazy person to read more through use the external source from the internet

EIP-1344: adds ChainID opcode for contracts to track the correct chain on state channels and plasma.
EIP-1884: prevents spamming attacks by changing the cost of some EVM opcodes.
EIP-2028: Makes zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs cheaper by reducing the gas cost of accessing data within a transaction.
EIP-2200: changes the EVM cost calculation (adjustment of SSTORE gas costs taking into account SLOAD gas cost change).

5324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins got rekt big time! on: November 26, 2019, 11:39:58 PM
It's too easy to make a coin or a token to make shitcoins flood the market. Anyone can create a project and sell it or publish it through aidrop.
As a bounty hunter I've seen so many shitcoins projects, developers try to sell their coins at all costs and then quietly leave the project.
I have not invested in new projects since 2018, my strategy now is to make lots of Bitcoin and wait until the end of 2020. I think Bitcoin will reach a new peak by the end of 2020.

You will get REKT, the same as all the people that think like you. BTC is never ever going to succeed.
it must be not all people but those are buying crypto at the peak price. The market is healthy to be used for short term play only right now. But you must respect even if you do know that if he was a bitcoin maximalist/believers. There is nothing wrong with it.
When it comes to the market and we must think about that rationally about the movement of the market.
I'm really interesting with what has already written on your signature, dude. It looks so funny.
5325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BCNEX | The Ultimate Blockchain Trading Platform on: November 26, 2019, 10:36:50 AM
maybe they will think about it after their platform really develops because until now I haven't seen conversations about other exchanges on telegram, just need to be patient and keep up with the competition on BCNEX platform
right now as I see the bcnex exchange is focused on adding lists in the bcenx exchange platform, so they haven't thought about adding bcnex tokens to other exchanges, let's see so everything looks perfect
In the near future, this exchange will carry out the IEO and it is time to decide on the development of this exchange as this is definitely a new step to become a major exchange in the near future. Currently BCNEX is a very popular exchange for many investors and hopefully they will have more preferential policies for loyal investors because the trading volume is starting to be better than at the beginning.

IEOs are not so popular nowdays. Hype of IEOs had gone as like as this was with ICOs. As even on Binance most of IEOs tokens are trading in lost.
It's still a popular in the major exchange sites but it's dead when it comes to the IEO platform that launched by small platform. The bitcoin's bearish trend has made almost all of the IEO platforms try to give another delay to launch the new IEO. Those IEOs are trading in lost already lost their hype due to the various reason. But people are still interesting to take IEO as a short term way to bet.
Okex was doing IEO on 11 nov and it was successfully ended with the hardcap that already achieved.
5326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $35 million worth of ETH for a ridiculous $0.07 transfer fee? on: November 26, 2019, 07:46:45 AM
You can adjust your TX fees and this is the advantage when you are transferring use crypto and remember if that doesn't need a lot of verification process. if the network was not getting a lot of traffic and that means if the fees to get the priority should be lower. That's why when you are even sending million dollars worth of coins with just put less than 10 cents as tx fees and the network will always still confirm it consider about your transaction is still placed on the high priority due to the not so many traffic in the network.
This is why crypto is a threat to the centralized economic crap system that owned by the regulators.
5327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Comparing Chainlinks Oracles With Blocknet's Xrouter. on: November 26, 2019, 04:31:56 AM
Blocknet does have alot, its really curious that its not bigger, hmmm
in the end i think the majority of crypto users dont give a fuk, plain and simple.
They are here to make money, and how or why or what project does it with what tech, most dont care about all that
alot of people are also BTC maximalists, they only see alts as a way to make more BTC, so theres that too : /
in 20 years we will see what happens, tho imo, we should watch for the big places (the ones making the actual blockchain patents yearly) to bring services that make waves
will BTC just have all these features? or will a single alt do it? or many?

Well I kind of agree.
The hype around Chainlink has been massive. Hype means it's easier to get recognized, and form partnerships I guess. Don't see any reason as to why Chainlink is 200x the marketcap of BLOCK.

With Blocknet's Xrouter you'll be able to connect to virtually anything, not just blockchains, but real world applications as well.
Blocknet has non-spv calls that can be used to connect to any off-chain service. These services can be things you run yourself (your own custom code) or you can just point to existing services. For instance, if I wanted to I could monetize coinmarketcaps API. You could make it available for devs to use that API and make payments in crypto, not having to worry at all about the hurdles that come with fiat payments.

can you tell me what kind of real world applications? AFAIK, xrouter is working on out of the box. But I still doubt about that because what i know about xrouter is to build the interchain connection.
The hype of chainlink is very massive and people are always talking positively about chainlink anytime. I'm also joining in the chainlink TG group and that sounds like chainlink is getting a very big hype.
It's very ambitious project, that's why it was getting 200x.
5328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero Mixer ? but why ? on: November 25, 2019, 04:56:02 PM
This site https://www.atobmixer.com AtoBMixer offering monero mixer, why use mixer for monero ? taught monero was untraceable

they also offer mixing for 16 different altcoin

but mixing monero is not worth it or am i missing something here ?

Monero is nearly perfect but there is a intentional attack called EAE attack that makes the receiver vulnerable if the sender intentionally wanted to find about sending many transactions and have a look at the volumes.

Monerooutreach.org explains it as
"Monero’s ring signatures provide plausible deniability, but they aren’t perfect. We model examples where two colluding parties ‘E’ attempt to learn information about an individual ‘A.’ By sending outputs to individuals and tracing their transaction graphs, these colluding parties may perform powerful statistical tests to learn significant information, especially for repeated transactions where they would not normally occur by chance."

Monero mixers claims to stop this.
But the only party who can argue about the possibility of the senders are the exchange sites. I don't even think EAE will be working with the individual.
The exchange site is the only party who can ask the identities of the users.
EAE is still a possibility to argue some candidates who are having the possibility to be called as spenders.

Add more mixing to the monero will actually solve this problem.
5329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin vs. Dogecoin - FML on: November 25, 2019, 04:02:58 AM
I think that doge is more familiar than Litecoin, that's why every year they add it because it's needed.
whereas Litecoin will only control the price, I think for now
When you are counting both from the total daily trade volumes and you will see that if litecoin was getting better than doge. But again bitcoin is about having a very strong relationship with litecoin. I'm feeling no doubt if the litecoin will get a big impact caused by that. Remember about people are seeing doge as a payment system rather than litecoin.
Maybe you will see it has billions supply more than litecoin but just try to remind you people in doge is very like to buy and then hold. The majority of litecoin traders and investors are coming from the bitcoin market and that's why when bitcoin is going down to the bottom and then so many people in the litecoin market will try to sell their litecoin immediately.
This is what I'm taking from there.
Litecoin is on a very difficult position when it is getting so many pressure from the bitcoin.
5330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is going to be slower ? on: November 24, 2019, 11:35:30 PM
Recently, I noticed that all the platforms are just like pausing launching new IEOs, If you notice top IEOs launcher platforms like Binance, Okex,Kucoin or Huobi, you will see a gap between 1-1.5 months. ICOs, then IEOs, then What next?
The market has made those exchange sites are delaying to launch the new IEO platform. As per the downtrend of the market and those major coins must search the right time to launch the new IEO.
Remember about to launch an IEO is not easy as people think about that. That needs more consideration.
You must know that also exchange site needs to do more verification to the any ICOs that wanna list its ICO on the IEO platform that has already created by those major exchange sites.
But in this time the market's trend becomes the main consideration. That needs a lot of time to get a good project.
5331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS Recognized as the Top Blockchain by Esteemed Research Analysts on: November 24, 2019, 12:51:10 PM
There is something that doesn't make sense here about how bitcoin must compete with YUAN and what was the correlation from both? The problem is only china's government doesn't wanna see its currency to be traded with crypto.
The ranking is also lack of the explanations about what factors that already used to determine the ranking. So far if we are seeing from the total dapps and EOS was still getting at the top place caused by so many dapps gambling there. But if you are seeing from the working and useful product and that may give you another result. It looks like that this ranking seems not to be very accurated.
5332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JuSt a wish on: November 23, 2019, 03:15:31 AM
This is just if, new projects are finding it hard to list on top exchanges because of listing funds but since market is not in a good season why is top exchange listing fee still that high? Top exchanges are not making it easy for new projects to list on their exchanges or am i missing some good information?

And about binance IEO is there anyone on here who can tell me more about them? i mean if a project like eminer can conduct IEO on binance why can't others? is there some kind of agreement like taking IEO fundraising fee after IEO is successful?

Damn i wish new projects can just have their chances as well, now that bitcoin is losing its value things are getting more harder for new projects
Binance has a validator and verification team, a project can conduct an IEO on binance when there will be an agreement with the binance team and that ico has already passed all of the validation and verification. Not so many projects can do that because of binance will take the actual product as the main factor to listed ICO on its IEO platform. So many icos can't even create MVP and that's why binance has passed them all and take the one from them to conduct IEO on its own platform. About the agreement between binance and ICO platform that conduct IEO on binance platform can be argued consider about there is no information regarding what agreement that was already taken by both parties.
5333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BREAKING: Electroneum Add ex UNICEF Director David Bull on: November 22, 2019, 11:03:22 PM
This is good news for Electroneum, recently the team has been releasing very good updates. As experienced as David Bull is, I really think him being an advisor is a good step to tackle financial inclusion. Does this mean Electroneum has as one of its project objectives to foster delivery of financial services to disadvantaged segments of the society? I tried reading the article but got stuck at the home page.
Do you know what the latest update that comes from the electroneum? it's about anytask to go live very soon. David bull will not give a big differences to the electroneum project. As you can see that the electroneum token still become a useless token. I see no point to hire him. The developer itself can bring a good update to the token to make it useful for all.
It doesn't and it will not related to that thing.

There must be an objective for ETN to hire a better person than him especially to discourage the possibility for ETN token to be injected with the utility usage. We know that ETN is a garbage coin right now. This must be changed to give a better future for ETN.
5334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: UTRUST on: November 22, 2019, 04:29:59 PM
It seems wallet has been launched at last yesterday (according their twitter). Have you tried this already? I dont understand why so long delay with this wallet.. is there something especial?
I don't think it's available at the moment but many communities have been waiting for the Utrust wallet to release. In 2020 (it is not certain which quarter will make the announcement) they will announce the details of the staking program and maybe here is special from the wallet utrust

There are a lot of crypto wallets in crypto space which are supporting different blockchain and staking. This is not a something new. They should provide adoption (like payment in different stores with their wallets) as this had been promised since beginning
When you are comparing this one with another project that is working in the same field as CRPT, CRO and many more and it looks like utrust is very far behind. None of the promises already made since the beginning already delivered and more than a year has already passed and nothing to be proven. Zero development result, no transparency and the price of the token is always going down.
Product is not yet released and the competence of the team must be asked.
5335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the alternate plan - second option on: November 22, 2019, 02:29:21 AM
Experts can't be fully trusted, Remember so many times those experts are getting failed to predict the market direction. The only alternate plan to convert all of the cryptos to the stable coin and then try to withdraw it into the fiat currency. But again, we should not feel worried about that as i still have some coins that worth a lot of money and i just try to prepare it and then sold them all when the bearish trend will occur.

Some people may predict next year will be the bullish trend for bitcoin but im not even thinking about that after learning from what has already happened with litecoin. Halving is a short term hype. But again, long term hold will be a winner consider the gradual increase will happen after that.
5336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] truly decentralized exchange | token ecosystem infrastructure on: November 21, 2019, 11:08:09 PM
With Blocknet moving to the new BTC v18 base chain & gearing up to support business customers with the release of XRouter 1.0.
Hackernoon take a look at the Blocknet protocol in this new article. Check it out: https://hackernoon.com/internet-of-blockchains-ss653xgl

I'm not too technical, but does this affect the holders of Block? Meaning, do I need to update my core wallet for this upgrade? Smiley
I does affect the holders of block and this will answer your question https://blocknet.co/word-on-the-block-15th-october-2019/
Quote
The new codebase will make the network more efficient, scalable, and secure and will also include on-chain governance (with proposal voting recorded directly on-chain), a single tier block reward, and allow support for enterprise customers as we head towards the XRouter 1.0 release.
If there was a new core wallet and what you need to do to upgrade it. But as per the update and I think that you don't need to update your wallet as long as it's still compatible with the current update.
5337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does DappRadar need $2.3 million dollars? on: November 21, 2019, 05:27:18 AM
I came across this article :https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/dappradar-secures-2-3-million-in-naspers-led-seed-round/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook
It reads "DappRadar Secures $2.3 Million in Naspers-Led Seed Round"

It seems as if this site that I didnt think of much before has allured investors like Naspers Ventures, Blockchain.com, Angel Invest Berlin etc to collectively invest in it. But what I cannot understand is, why?
How would DappRadar recoup the investors let alone make a ROI? I don't know of any sustainable revenue model from DappRadar, are they now going to charge listing fees from Dapps to get listed there? But if they did that, wouldn't that go against the basic need of such a website that lists Dapps without any biases?

I am confused. Can someone explain this to me?

they will be charging the listing fees but that will not be specifically the developer will pay the dappradar directly. As far as I know, the competitor of dappradar called dapp.com has already made it and if you are willing to promote your dapp and you can start to register to the packages that already available in the market  https://www.dapp.com/promote

that can be an example of what will be the business field that will be aiming by dappradar

I saw this on my rss feed https://cryptobriefing.com/volume-statistics-dappradar-show-defi-underreported/
Does this mean all the money dapradar use to build more proper search engine for crypto? or what?
It will be related to the product and the search engine that will be built in dapp radar just an additional feature only.
I'm feeling skeptical if that will work perfectly.
5338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real use cases that can't go wrong on: November 21, 2019, 03:00:44 AM
Not many cryptocurrencies actually have any "real world use cases" and are designed just to profit the project's creators for developing a token that has no real world value in terms of adoption so when you invest make sure you're investing in the kinds of assets that will last long term as these will likely benefit you the most

Agreed. Many projects even though they are not appropriate for blockchain is really doing a token crowd funding for their incoming project. I dont know why so many projects introduced that are connected into real state which I found very mismatch and not useful at all. I will understand if its about financial management purpose or bank affiliate but real state is something out of blockchain needs.
It caused by money and no more.  Even some scammers have made non-sense projects. So many projects have been using the idea to create further development in the financial system combined with crypto. that makes those scammers are not getting a lot of ideas and they started to take the crap and non-sense approach.
The problem is why so many investors could not even see which is a sensible idea and non-sense idea. Those projects were using non-sense approach just wanna try to scam investors only. After they have issued assets and they will be running away with the investor's money. some crap projects even declared if they are doing ICO to get donations only.
5339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bytecoin really scam? How come? on: November 20, 2019, 11:24:12 PM
Yes it is a scam. If you are looking for the reasons and this article was explaining complete reasons why bytecoin is a scam coin
https://coinsutra.com/bytecoin-scam/

one of the reason was more than 80% pre-mined coin. That's more than what already minted by the most centralized crypto like ripple.  Roll Eyes
5340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoW] [PoS] VEIL - Privacy without compromise on: November 20, 2019, 01:17:25 PM
Thank you very much, OP I really appreciate this.

I see this is a very detailed review as always by Proof of Review service and will have to read it a little bit later to be able to concentrate me accordingly.

I will edit this post or write a new one with a full review of the VEIL project when I finish reading linked content.

You say that this review is old and there are already many improvements added to the VEIL project.

Can you tell me what that is or where to find detailed information?

You're welcome Smiley. Sorry for the late reply. There's been major technical changes since launch. Aside from usual bug fixes and stability improvements, we did have to remove Zerocoin privacy due to a vulnerability that affected coins based on the Zerocoin protocol. Currently most of Veil's development efforts are going towards RingCT-based staking, new privacy protocol Sonic to replace Zerocoin, and new desktop wallet and mobile wallets.
I just aware if you said about sonic. I have a question about can I still use zero coin right now? or is it already disabled? I'm wanna sending my veil and I'm feeling worry about that because I have been always using zero coin to send veil. I hope you can consider to create a new desktop wallet that doesn't forced us to update the wallet to be fully synched with the network.
