We are speculating the market runs that way after the COVID-19 but the question is when? We are not exactly sure that we can totally eliminate the virus this year. The fight still going on and the search for the vaccine is still far from it (it can be a year or more). But one thing I've noticed this time is that the crypto market isn't really affected by that pandemic, in fact, we can see the market recovering slowly and moving away from the bottom line and breaking the $8k resistance is a way to go.

This is how a speech of a certain person with high personality and known globally affect the market. It gives influence to the listener and of course, they will show sympathy for it. That was a marketing talk and I know people will follow if someone says like that (that was before). It is so much that, people are now learning from their mistakes last 2017. They are more cautious in buying today and they are also observing the market movement.
Maybe Bullrun is only just hopes this time because we look at the trend, resistance, and market support are not strong enough to make that possible.

Some projects today IEO/ICO have their own exchanger and obviously, they are not having the interest to enlist their project into other exchanges.
Not the thing that they won't make a good marketing strategy but we know investors are usually focusing on the known exchanger which leads the others to be ignored. Then, this is a thing that could bring those projects has a lesser chance to succeed than those who are listed to the big names exchanges. That is how it affects the future of a particular IEO/ICO and that will lies (mostly) in the hands of the exchanger.

Is it just me thinking this way or there are other people on here thinking same way? Listed bounty campaigns are getting annoying this year, blockburn postponed payout to bounty hunters, Cartesi split payout into three phases and distribution starts after 30 days of listing.
Too exchange like binance for that matter, bounty allocation was damn low to begin with, I start promoting listed bounties this year because of 2019 tachyon protocol success that lay as a lesson to me but things aren't going as I thought. Harmony one did bounty year ago and I heard they distribute in batches too, price already go down before bounty hunters get their payouts, how is this any fair ?

In this case, it makes the hunters feel the doubts and entrusted them. I'm not saying that should be happening but it near to that as this is also the strategy of many Bounty programs. Regarding Cartise, I hope they will fulfill their promises. I know a lot of members here participating in this because they feel it was legit and besides it was already listed at Binance exchanger. It gives them assurance but announcing the process of distribution, I hope they will never change their minds. |

There's little fear anymore because we already surpass that big fear in the past, crypto is now bound for recovery and bitcoin might continue its uptrend going to the halving schedule, now, halving schedule should bring some hype, but yet we are seeing a little hype now, and this is better than nothing and understandable as crypto market now looks better than stock market.
I can feel that as lately bitcoin is already having an uptrend, we have broken some resistance and I believe we will break another one and that will push bitcoin's price to over $8K soon, I'm actually watching bitcoin's movement, the time has come that it made me excite again. If the current momentum will continue, we have to expect that $8k resistance will be broke once again. But I can't expect to see that we could go over $9k during the halving. The market is still healthy as I believe but people are still more in the hold of their money as we are still facing the pandemic. This might be the reason why we can't move faster and see the Bullrun once again. Maybe we have to accept that this year 2020 isn't really the perfect time for Bitcoin to hit its peak again. |

Have we thought that Halving will use to pump the market price? Maybe I was guilty if I say no because I think the market started to make bullish during halving. $7k is quite a good price for me, we've been at below $4k last month but we are moving away from that price. Maybe we can expect a high price this time as we overcome the dip in the past days.
Well, I was an optimistic person and I am positive that the market no longer to dumps hard even we don't break the $8k resistance.

Everyone should also know their limitation because experts never have a lot of strategy in trading, they'll stick into strategies that they saw it was more effective and ignore the others. @OP, a lot of suggestions above. You can try them all and apply them in a real scenario to find which one will give you the most and master it because you can't have them all and work perfectly that is why you only need to choose one or two to have a better result. |

I'll just say that "NOT SURE" about its future.
We can't deny how people give their approach and market appreciation in crypto. The adoption isn't really stronger as we think before, even during the pandemic we can't still find that the support resistance and adoption rate still low. People are giving interest for sure but wondering they change their mind because not all establishments are accepting this, they are still be looking fiat instead.

For that beliefs and trust will lead you into a better future in crypto but somehow, it is much better to have catch the dip before it finally in the Bullrun. Investing in crypto should be in a smart way since the volatility comes along with it. Knowing that not all the time we see an inclining movement or maybe it was a downfall trend right after you bought coins. We are now at $7.7k and the market is still in good shape which it makes to have a possibility if moving high as halving comes near. |

Sorry, but I would like to say that you are a little bit late for this. If you are usually looking at the chart and see its movement you can surely notice that we've fallen into less than $4k and if you are hesitant to that and planning to invest Bitcoin, that is certainly a perfect time to buy Bitcoin. But you did nothing and you just wait for the market to recover. But anyway, only I was saying a "little bit late" that is because you can still invest Bitcoin. We are not bullish yet, the price still at low but please never think that halving could actually make a huge pump for the market coz isn't the thing it looks like since we are still affected by the global market issue. |

Bitcoin and crypto adoption isn't going faster. People are still considering the volatility of the crypto market and make them feel not safe.
The lockdown, the limited access to the local market that we have experienced isn't enough to push them to pursue the adoption it is because isn't crypto alone have its solution. A lot of online services system that gives them an option to take just credit ad debit card, some of us are using these things before crypto. To finally say, Bitcoin adoption will come in a moment but not all of us are looking to that at this time.

This is the reason of the sudden increase of ethereum, it is a good coincidence or something calculated I don't know but in the end both of them increasing at the same time rarely ever happens, which is why I do not think there is any secret reasoning behind the increase, it is obvious.
Ethereum has its price strike as Bitcoin makes it first. Despite the continuous spread of COVID-19 but then, the crypto market still making its recovery slowly. Mostly are thinking for halving and it might make sense by then since we are near to that. That 11% (and more) in just 24hrs difference is showing a huge market change, it seems normal to have ups and downs but this time, ETH making its way to prove that still worthy for our money and trust. |

Trading needs knowledge, need to do chart reading, price monitoring and many more. People arent running away from it, its just that they need to have more knowledge.
Maybe you are right and Maybe they are running just to seek knowledge out there and bring back stronger and full of knowledge. That was a good attempt and tried to figure out what the things need to acquire to become successful. But even though we get back stronger and full of knowledge still not an assurance that makes everything will be fine, it also depends on how you adjust in every market change. That John McAfee gives no interest at all. He's been making such speculations without any basis and his mind is blowing in the air. Maybe he is really optimistic person but after having that prediction and many predictions he made, maybe everyone thinks not normal anymore.
I should never be fooled and fall into his drama, he probably knows about crypto but he is not able to understand it nor he gets what being unpredictable market being predicted. It was so much for John, maybe it was time to forget his name.

These two are sure good altcoins to invest, and I also believe that both will be successful in the future, but I would like to ask the community here if which coin they believe will be more successful in the future. We could say that BNB is having its name after it is listed on the market and soars high. It is first considered as another promising coin in the market but looking at how ETH maintains its role as the leading altcoins in the market since before it was giving no doubts that ETH is much better than of BNB. We don't look much into their prices but focuses on the market volume and we can find that ETH have much more that BNB. This simply means that the demand is higher than the BNB. |

Definitely it was. It is no different from the other strategy. Gain, lose...we all live that thing in trading. That is why trading is risking because those particular things will surely be happening to you and we can't escape from it even we are already an expert. You'll be lucky enough if you can make 0.5% daily profit, you'll probably do at your best. because in this volatile market, expect the price that moves differently and you can predict the market perfectly that could make you profitable. |

Since you have enough money to risk as I thought, I suggest finding another coin other from these GNT and BAT. A lot of potential coins in the market that are worthy of your money where you can expect of sure and big returns. Actually, these coins of your choice still have market value but if we look into their performance, they are getting far from those who are listed on the top.
Since you are risking your money by then, it was good if you'll be risking those coins that have been rallying in the market many times.

my opinion selling at $ 8000 is very appropriate, it is strong resistance in my opinion, usually if before the Halving price will experience an Uptrend, just like BCH, BTG and BCD, I'm sure BTC will also experience it.
If you are buying it early this month or during the price sunk into less than $4k, it is a perfect time for me to sell. But to think that the market will continue to move as the halving comes closer, it is better to sell half of it and hold the other's half. Or have to buy it into potential altcoins that are still at a low price. We are moving back to closely to $8k, and the growth will simply indicate that during halving the price will be higher. But of course, we can't be confident enough about the trend because we know how volatile we are and could be any time to drops. |

COVID-19 continues infecting people and many people become jobless that's pushing themselves to find a job online. It was then noted the increase of online transactions that is because more people had come into the use of crypto as it simplest way to make payments but thinking about a new project for investment, I'm not sure how people will looked into that. During this hard time, investing is not their main concern but they are more concerned about how to survive from the situation and live safely. |
