Electrum 1.9.5 portable isnt working portable. It doesnt find the wallet and creates a directory in the system dir which shouldnt happen for a portable version i guess.

Its not that he picked our pocket. We gave him our bitcoins. Now he claims he have technical problems and he isnt running. So when the police would stop by or a lawyer checks back he would explain that he works on the problem and... thats it. They wont do anything when he isnt running and can show that he works on it.

I guess ukyo wont be able to bring out good news before monday if he really waits for some kind of company or so. But maybe its something different.

Though i wonder how to prove the ownership of the shares. I mean there is the list of shares at bitfunder... but once the shares are moved to AMC-TENDER the old address should be gone. And its open if the user pushed the shares to AMC-TENDER or sold them. So im not sure how to prove that someone owns these shares.

Anyway... thats all theoretical since i doubt that anyone is selling at all.

It'd just be a waste of time if the price is higher than 0.0002 when the exchange goes up, whoever has said they would sell will just sell on the exchange instead.

Thats something im pretty sure about too. These are market manipulators that want to buy cheap shares later themself. They dont want to sell.

The problem is we cant do much. You can speak with ukyo and you would get the impression he is working on it. More isnt possible at the moment. If he had vanished its another thing. If the police would ask ukyo whats going on he would tell them that there is a computer problem and he is working on it. So probably nothing would happen there too.
I only hope he gets the answer soon that he waits for.

Thats not really changing anything since the effect is practically the same. I didnt insert the bid now since its an exit strategy only and you most probably dont need it.

I will cancel your bid but i will make a mark in your trust. Im not a global trust giver so its more a trust only i would see but i think when it comes to making business with someone one should keep track of how trustworthy someone is.
I admit that a shorter auction time would probably have been better but biddings are binding. It wouldnt help me yet to force you to keep the bid since you probably wouldnt pay anyway at the end and i would have to make a trust mark but canceling now allows others to get direct shares. And those most probably will pay for them.

The same goes for tinus42. It was only one share but i saw him writing in another thread that he could afford it so its probably not the reason he claimed.

Anyway its a mark to know what to await from someone, not more.

I hope you guys know your audience better than i do, because to me it seems you don't thing too much of their intelligence. 

I think ffssixtynine didnt mean that they should let a lawyer speak with NEO. He meant in case that someone goes so far the lawyer had to do this. Collecting info is crucial and a lawyer that wouldnt do this would be strange.
Regarding formatting... most policemen are similarly internet and tech affine than politicians. So hand over an encrypted harddisc then most of them wont have a clue and think its a new disc. At least one might hope that this changed in the last years but i still can imagine that such things happen when the wrong policemen is doing the job. In the past policemen can be very sure that every raid is successful since nearly every pc has anything copied on it that should be copyrighted. And for private persons your chance is big that you never see your equipment back. The police is using it if they can use it or auction it. At least thats how it goes in germany.
So yes... its not hard for me to imagine that one of these guys get such a disc and think it needs a formatting to be useable.
But i admit the chance should be low when its done by the correct persons. It was only a worst case scenario... Smiley

I think reinvestment is the most crucial part here since ActM has the advantage of being able to produce miners at cost. It cant be done the same way by paying out all divs and buying your own mining hardware at endusersales. So reinvesting is the smarter way to more returns.

Saying that... ActM still has much Bitcoins that can be used to reinvest. So im not sure if its really needed to keep back bitcoins. If its needed then we should aggressively reinvest and get way more return this way.

The other thing is to focus on hardware sales. Its good to see that the prices were raised. But 50% only? The bitcoin exchange price is way higher than 50% now. Though of course we are at preorder state. We cant really maximize profits now since too high prices means to presales. Once we have miner at stock this will work way better and i hope Ken will flexibly adjust the prices. Not like KNC that lets themself buy out in short time and everyone knows they could made way more money selling these miners judging from the demand. This shouldnt happen to ActM.

Wow... its impressive how desperate you are to drop the shareprice. You want to buy in fact right? Otherwise you would make a contract and accept payments to an escrow so that you can move the shares once they are listed at an exchange. If you or the buyer dont go through... they have to bear the trustloss or worse. It should be possible.
But im pretty sure you want cheap shares instead.

By the way... Ken is running the prototype board and divs are coming too... only not yet automatically. There is no sign of 50TH somewhere. Thats something you sucked out of your fingers.

No... it only means that Ken finally adjusts the prices because the bitcoin worth was raised several hundred percent. If you could buy a miner for 10BTC some weeks ago you now only need maybe 2BTC though the same miner still is mining the same bitcoins. So the miners become cheaper in fact. A raise for 50% is a good sign but im not sure it thats good enough. Maybe Ken knows more to judge this.

Ken wont honor such trades before the shares are on a new exchange again. So if a trade occurs its of trust basis. Using an escrow. And when its tradeable again move the shares. If one party doesnt go through negative trust? Scammertag probably would be too much.
